The level of service and repair was terrific; we're delighted with the work they performed to repair our car and the professional and courteous staff we interacted with. We received constant updates on the vehicles through automated messages or phone calls from our advisor (Jasmine). We were delighted with the experience and the outcome - I highly recommend them.

I had to take my Volvo hybrid to a location on metric that was not close to my house as they only work on specialty cars there. Initially, the communication was not great, but it improved a lot. I wish I could say the same for my insurer and enterprise Rent-A-Car. They did a very nice repair job. The car was dirty when I went to pick it up and I insisted that it be run through the car wash. Overall a pretty good experience. I have used them before and I would do so again.

5/5 is only for Steven.3/5 for the Caliber Collision company because I had to comeback again to get it fixed and thanks to Steven again for following up to get it fixed. Definitely 5/5 for his efforts. Workaround time for my car was 3 weeks which they were transparent and worked hard to get it ready. Again 5/5 for Steven for working on my case of my car.Steven definitely deserves a raise because he is heart and soul of Caliber Collision in Metric Blvd location. I have seen so many customers happy to be served by Steven when I was there at their location.Steven definitely is 5/5 super star at Caliber Collision Metric Blvd.

I would just like to acknowledge the superb performance done by Jasmine. She took customer service to a completely different level! She was extremely personable and made me feel like a person she truly wanted to assist instead of just another client she had to deal with. Jasmine not only handled my issue but made absolutely sure that it was resolved AND took the time to converse with me about any other problem I had or even might have! She relentlessly worked to attend to more than I could have expected! I m more than satisfied and grateful I had Jasmine! She REALLY cares about helping and I feel as though I had a personal friend to assist me. I would personally recommend Jasmine for any and everything that might arise. With her, people can t go wrong! THANK YOU JASMINE!

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. This is my second time to use this shop. My Avalon was repaired quickly and well. I received updates during the week to know the progress with the job. When I got my car back, it was repaired and cleaned and looked and felt great. Would recommend them.

My repair was finished before promised and it looks perfect! I was kept informed throughout the entire process and everyone in the office was so kind. My vehicle was cleaned before given back to me and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Shout out to Steven for providing awesome customer service and having everything run so smoothly!

They were thorough in completing the work I needed on my vehicle. I will say the biggest downside was how long it took to get my vehicle back; there were several delays on when the work would be completed but I believe that was more for extraneous reasons (part availability, insurance pay outs etc). Overall id given it 4/5, but Steven, the specialist who helped me directly, is what pushed it to a 5/5. He was attentive, flexible, and really helped through alot of the hiccups that came along the way. He assured things were being done correctly and adequately.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to the team over at Caliber Collision Luxury, I have been sending my clients vehicles for the last 3 years and they continue to outshine the last, hands down they have the right team for the job. From start to finish every single person greeted me with a smile, took care of the vehicle as if it was there own and made the damage look like it was never there! Talk about quality, it's hard to find good paint shops in town, if you need quality work reach out to Steven, Juan and their paint crew!

I brought my Audi in for repair. Jasmine was extremely helpful in keeping me posted with quotes and updates on the work. The car is now running perfectly. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

First, the staff and communication was spot on. They were nice and responsive. The problem is, the work done was pretty poor. They had to take my vehicle back 3 times and it's still not right. The bumper is misaligned and the paint is orange peeling. I've given up at this point as I cannot afford to keep losing my vehicle each time.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional people including the GM. If I had the option to rate them zero star, I would have done it. I would never recommend them to anyone. They damaged my car without taking any responsibility.

Our XC90 was rear ended in a hit and run. Jasmine and the team handled everything, quickly and professionally, and returned our Volvo looking and driving like new!

I took my car for a cosmetic repair (cracked bumper). They kept my car for more than a month costing me huge sums in personal rental car fees. They could have easily reassembled the vehicle after assessment and returned it pending the arrival of replacement parts. The front desk flat out told me they keep the cars so that customers don t have a chance go elsewhere (maybe a faster place) while waiting for parts. I understand parts shortages abound, I get it but return cars that are only cosmetically damaged and save your customers thousands in Rental fees. In the end I had to threaten to come get my car and the new parts and take it home to assemble myself. Miraculously it was ready the next day.

I have used this company's services twice, and both repairs were perfect, it was as if the damage never occurred. I'm very meticulous with my car and they took great care of it and washed the interior and exterior before pickup.Delivery was either on time or early. They have my trust.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible service. I will never take any of my vehicles back here and I will definitely recommend everyone stay as far away as possible from this place. The field inspector had absolutely no clue what she was doing or looking at. She thought dirt on my bumper was paint chips and then tried to tell me after they worked on my car that someone tried to use touch up paint on some damage that was not there when I dropped off my car. There is NO type of touch up paint. The clear coat got scrapped off by whatever damaged my car. Please tell me how this even remotely looks like someone tried to use touch up paint on it? My car is 2 months old and straight off the lot from Tesla and no one besides their shop has touched my car for any type of work. I'll be filing a report with the BBB to report the lying and misconduct that was presented to me and to my insurance company.

Excellent work, this is the only Audi certified auto body shop in North Austin that my car manual specified as necessary. Steven and crew went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was perfect. Caliber did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress being made on the repair. The slowness of getting parts for a repair of $7000 was frustrating. It took eight weeks for the repair. Supply chain issues are real and presumably beyond their control. I very much appreciated the excellent customer service by Stephen.

Steven M. was incredible. He and his team delivered on the promise of a just-like-new and clean service earlier than expected. Steven kept me up to date on each milestone of the repair process and always willing to answer my questions along the way. This is the place where work gets done with excellence and fast! 6 stars if I could. Huge shout out to Steven and Rick for making my Audi shiny and new again! Steven was in close touch the whole time and made it all as easy as possible. Rick put in some extra free work for an issue they found caused by a prior accident that I didn t know about (bought car used), which insurance would not have covered.

Tried to get an estimate on getting just the front bumper painted on a Tesla Model Y since they are supposed to be an authorized Tesla repair shop. Some paint was peeled off during a PPF removal but no damage to the bumper itself They refused to give me a quote unless they replaced the whole bumper that they would have to buy. What kind of auto body and paint shop is this that won t just do paint? The kind that wants to be able to charge you or your insurance as much as they possibly could.

Best body shop experience I ve had and I ve lived everywhere. Despite the long wait for an appointment and the long wait for the car to be done (partially insurance company s fault), they did an excellent job repairing the side of my EV car. I had a great experience with Steven and Ronin. They took care of my Tesla in a very timely manner and were professional at every step in the process. Great on communication, speed of repairs, and quality of service performed.
