This is a very honest shop, highly recommended! Listen up - I brought them work that the Audi dealership quoted me $4,000 for, but instead they told me nothing was wrong with my car and allowed me to leave without giving them a single dime. Mike, the owner, personally inspected my car and took it for a test drive just to give me peace of mind that nothing was wrong with my car. The receptionist actually is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. They run a nice and tight operation here and they now have a customer for life - I ll be back for anything that my Audi needs in the future.

Let's talk about Brink Motorsports, these guys are amazing at what they do. I had my car tuned here and it runs phenomenally, night and day difference. A few weeks later I needed a replacement oil pan, coolant reservoir, and water pump, (nothing related to the tune) and they quoted me a fair price. When I went to pick up the vehicle and pay, they told me it actually cost LESS to repair then previously quoted.THAT NEVER HAPPENS at auto shops. That went a long way for me, it showed a firm moral ground and care for the customers.You gained a life-long customer!This is the place to go.From reception to auto work, they truly are professionals.

These guys are the best!!! Super knowledgeable staff, highly skilled and experienced repair techs. They fixed a significant issue for me and showed me pics to prove that the dealership had to have been ignoring it or simply not seeing it for a while. They also took a lot of time with me on the phone explaining the repair, why it was so expensive (parts costs), and analyzing whether it made sense to keep the car or replace it. I trust them completely with my Audi at this point.

Mike and team have been servicing my Audis since they opened. Their expertise, customer service, fair prices, and honesty make them my only choice for service. If you re looking for tuning and aftermarket options, they are second to none. Highly recommended.

I worked for both local Audi dealerships in Austin for over 13 years and I have to tell you, this place is THE BEST place to have you Audi serviced at. Michael, Michelle and team will take great care of you and your Audi! Go see them and thank me later!!

The best mechanic that I ve worked with in Austin! They were able to squeeze me in to have a wheel bearing replacement at least a month before any other mechanic in the area. So grateful and highly recommend. All of the staff were amazing!

I ve come to Brink for maintenance for the last 2 years and those experiences were nothing short of great. A leak arose in my a/c system. Came to brink for a refill and Michelle brought to my attention an extended warranty from Audi on my specific models evaporator. They took great care of me in the coming months advising me on the best form of action. The last time I went in Michelle was very straightforward and honest(as she always has been) and told me she didn t want me wasting money on a diagnostic when it was most likely the evaporator. Brought my car to the dealership and sure enough Michelle was exactly right from the very beginning, it was the evaporator. Got it covered under extended warranty and didn t have to spend a dime. I can t speak highly enough on Michelle s knowledge of these cars and her honesty when it comes to telling you what you need or what is most likely the issue. Other euro shops in town have nowhere near the quality of advisors that Brink does. Brink took great care of me through the whole situation and I will not bring my car anywhere else. Thank you Mike and Michelle for caring about your customers.

Michael Brink and his team at Brink Motorsports have always gone above and beyond maintaining and keeping my Audi s on the road. They have always provided fair pricing and timelines, without the typical upsells and auto shop BS. It is clear that they take pride in their work and look to deliver the best experience possible. 10/10 would recommend

Brought my 2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance to Brink for APR Tuning. The work was performed quickly and completed while I waited. The entire process took less than an hour. The car runs flawlessly and I am a happy customer. I'll be honest, anytime you contemplate going to an outside shop OTHER than the dealership, that can lead to doubt and what if's. Michelle & Mike truly have the best customer service, and they know Audi inside and out! I will never take my top dollar toy (Audi S6) anywhere else except to Michelle & Mike. I had two major car problems, scared to fix, thinking it would cost 3-4k+. Ended up costing less than 1k and now my car drives truly BETTER than even the day I bought it Oct last year [New to me '14 S6]. Michelle really cares for her clients, trust what she says, she'll steer you in the right direction!

We bought a 20 year old Audi TT. This is before we discovered that it had an issue with the ECU... the car started. It idled fine, but no response from the gas pedal. We exhausted our limited ability to diagnose and repair the issue abd began our search for someone to diagnose and fix the issue. Everyshop we talked to either did not have the equipement, time or expertise to help. Even the dealerships were no help. The ECU is not available anymore and they did not want to work on it unless we used an ECU that they supplied ($$$).Then we were referred to Brink Motorsports... and what a difference it made. They were friendly, and when I handed the keys over, they took them with confidence.Their entire parking lot was full of Audis, VWs, and other cars. All much newer than our car. So we did not expect to get an answer or a repair very quickly. But within a few days we had an answer.Turns out, it was not a bad ECU at all. It was a damaged wire. The easily repaired it and we were more than happy to pay for the diagnistic labor charges (we never would have found it, just as the previous owner had not)This is were we will take our car for all of our repairs and upgrades. And I recommend you do the same.THANKS AGAIN BRINK MOTORSPORTS!

I have a lot to say but I ll try keep it short.I ve been here 3-4 times with two major upgrades/repair. Everyone there is above and beyond nice and trusting of their customers.10 stars for the work as my car hasn t had any issues after each repair/upgrade, engine bay and car is clean when it s returned to me, and my favorite is my car drives like new.It kind of sucks because my car is repaired so well it doesn t break down. No break no brink Motorsports. Makes me want to buy a project car just so I can go back and give them my business haha.And occasionally you get to see some of the cool cars they work on.

I ve had my Audi A3 for close to 8 yrs Mike (and his crew) at Brink Motorsports have always been honest, upfront and stood behind their work. They are knowledgeable and have the best services with quick turnaround on labor. I would recommend anyone with an Audi to come here.Michelle is also the best. Nice, kind and also knows her stuff on Audi s.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys! On my first trip, they earned a lifetime customer, if that gives you an idea how awesome they are.They were a lifesaver and helped me with a ton of work on an oddball car you don't see too often. I'm extremely particular about my cars, the parts that go on them, and making sure everything is perfect. The team at Brinks motor sports are incredible. Starting with the customer support, Michelle is diligent and a strong communicator who always keeps me in the loop. The owner Mike, is always transparent and knowledgeable about anything Audi related. This is my go to trusted shop, I wouldn t take my care anywhere else.

Brinks is my new go to place for my Audi A7 TDI. They were life savers when my sunroof was stuck open one day and nobody in town would or could fix it. Ever since I've gotten all maintenance and repairs done at Brinks. Skip the dealership and go to Brinks- honest, fair prices, knowledgeable, and local. You can't beat this place!

Brink is the best in Austin! Mike is a great owner. He treats everyone so well and has personally worked on my car on multiple occasions. Michelle is the best. She is always helpful and wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work. This place has such a great family/friendly atmosphere. And importantly the quality of work is also second to none. I never hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Brink for maintenance or upgrades and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of service, repairs, tuning, etc. for their VW/Audi.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I've been trying to find a place I felt confident to assist me in the care of my TDI Jetta and when I walked to Brink they were immediately a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable, honest, not trying to push me into ANY type of extra work, took me as a walk in and did my DSG service while I waited. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to perform the service however I received a text in half that time letting me know my car was ready. The mechanic definitely seemed passionate about his Knowledge of the diesels and I don't feel was blowing any smoke up my a.., I've been in and around all aspects of the cars business my entire life and observe thoroughly when talking or dealing with anyone in shops. This is the first shop I have felt comfortable and confident enough to allow to touch my vehicle. Fist impressions are A+++ even tho I'm sure first impressions of me were along the lines of "who this homeless looking guy walking in here" j/k Will definitely be returning.

I have had several issues that Mike has helped me with. I tried 2 OTHER wheel alignment and balancing places (both major well know brand tire shops, I think its called DISCOUNT something) and they couldn't get my alignment right on my b7 quattro A4. It would feel like the front left tire was about to come off while driving. Mike did it in HALF a day! My car runs straight as an arrow at 90mph + !I later took my car back to Mike for my AC compressor, he got it done in a couple of hours. I have lived in 3 different states, had other "german" shops look at my car and by far Mike has been the best. Easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, reasonable priced (trust me he is) and more importantly; you feel like he really cares about you, the little guy. My car is a14 year old b7 A4 quattro with 189,000 miles, and he treated it like it was priceless.If you have ANY issue with your Audi and are in the Austin area PLEASE have Mike look at it, you wont regret it.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Michael (owner), Michelle (service and office manager) and the Brink team have been extremely good to me and my vehicle. Not only are they always accommodating to scheduling pick up and drop offs when they are working on my vehicle, but they are transparent in the work they recommend and in turn perform on my vehicle. In addition to their high quality work, they also go the extra mile to work with me on pricing if I need a big ticket item taken care of on my vehicle.Lastly, they know how to make a customer feel special - the last time I went to pick up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to see my car in their show room when I walked in the door.

These guys are the best in the business! I either drive my car in or have it towed to them when necessary from the hill country. Wouldn't consider having anyone else work on my Audi. They have taken exceptional care of my car and me since 2017. Michelle and Mike are professional and knowledgeable about my car inside out! Their mechanics are cream of the crop. Michelle has become a treasured friend to me. Brink Motorsports is the real deal. Super responsive, friendly, and even had the best price among local shops. I can't imagine a single reason why you'd take it anywhere else. Mike wrote me back personally to discuss the work that I was looking to have done. He recommended a great tow truck service to get it there. Then in just a day, the car was ready to roll again.

I have a 2013 Audi A6 Prestige with 3.0t supercharged engine and this shop was recommended by my Audi forum. I brought in my car for an oil change and once over and they did not disappoint. Michelle is very professional, told me what might need repair in the future and what didn't (that the dealer said did). Really appreciate an Indy shop that is honest and does good quality work and doesn't try to gouge you. My experience with Brink Motorsports was excellent. The price for a tune on my MK6 GTI was competitive comparing with other local shops. Michelle at front desk was very knowledgeable about everything regarding the APR stage 1 tune. The whole tune up process only took about 30 mins. Overall, highly satisfied with the customer service and friendly staff as well as the tune itself. I recommend Brink to anyone that owns a VW.

I just can t say enough about the service at Brink Motorsports! Michelle is not your typical Service Advisor, by any means. She s so knowledgeable, helpful and goes far above and beyond the expected. I ve worked with two different Service Technicians and both did a phenomenal job. They, not only took care of the job at hand but also, offered suggestions about how best to care for my car in between visits. They also took a great deal of time to explain what was done to the car and why. It s a rarity to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys have accomplished it!

Mike and team did a fantastic job on my Audi A4, 55k service. They did go above and beyond their call of duty, they proactively find out that there are some outstanding recalls on my car, and setup an appointment to the dealership so that I do not have to pay for those repair.They are honest, fairly priced, great service overall great local business. I will definitely take my car there again for service. I am a very Satisfied customer.

I came Brink because I was tired of dealing with Audi dealer for basic services as well as major ones. From the moment I walked in I felt like my car was in good hands. Michelle is very knowledgeable and went over all the details in regards to what was gonna be done on my car. Even better when I can back she informed me of things we need to watch out for at my next visit. I will definitely keep coming to Brink for all my Audi needs and recommend them to anybody,

Went in early morning to ask about a tune on my car, Michelle gave me good advice on what I should actually do to my Passat GT. Ended up ordering a Borla exhaust, and they installed in the next day in about 2 hours! Super quick service, car sounds great, good quality work, and the owner Michael actually reached out to me via text to assure everything went well. Not your average customer service, would highly recommend!Service: Exhaust

While I was waiting for a repair on something I broke while DYI tune up, I was able to overhear conversations with other customers. The genuine response and concern for all customers issues and concerns were outstanding. The entire staff makes you feel like you're part of the family. I have found the only shop that I will use for my 2015 Audi A6.They also told me how to check my oil when I arrived ...the South Austin Audi Dealership wanted to charge me $160 for service if I went there to check my fluids when I called to ask.
