I recently had a terrible experience with Bright Spot Automotive, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. They promised quality service but delivered nothing but disappointment and frustration. My friend, who is new to the US, fell victim to their deceitful tactics. They charged him an exorbitant $600 for what should have been a simple fix, only to perform minimal work and leave the issue unresolved. To add insult to injury, his car broke down on the side of the highway shortly after their "repair." Bright Spot Automotive is a shining example of how not to run an automotive service avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Bright Spot Automotive is a complete disaster, deserving of its one-star rating. Do not, under any circumstances, bring your vehicle here. Their incompetence knows no bounds, as evidenced by the shoddy work they did on my car. Not only did they fail to fix the problem I brought it in for, but they also managed to create new issues in the process. Save yourself the time, money, and headache steer clear of Bright Spot Automotive.

They have done above and beyond I wish all the best for them. As a woman I felt safe and trusted to have them do my repairs I have a Mercedes glk and needed a engine mount other shop gave a very high price and these guys done it for way less and very fast I would recommend to all my family and friends

Highly recommended, the mechanics are knowledgeable and have great customer service. I have taken multiple cars to them they fixed then in a timely manner at a reasonable price while responding to any questions I had about my cars.

Amazing service had a 2017 ford f250 took it to multiple shops and they told me the transmission was bad I took it to bright spot and they replaced a sensor and my vehicle was shifting fine if you want honest help this is your spot to go thank you bright spot will definitely be recommending my family and friends to you
