Couldn't be happier with my Brakes To Go experience. The scheduling was seamless and customer service was top tier. Our tech, Tim, showed up right on scheduled time which was great because we were leaving for an 800 mile road trip that day. He diagnosed our issues and got straight to work. He worked neatly and was finished very quickly. I confidently drove straight to the mountains and spent the week putting the brakes to the test through the curves and long downhill grades. They feel better and were more predictable than when we bought the car despite Mazda always telling us there was no issue. Can't recommend the Brakes To Go team enough. Thanks a ton.

I had an excellent experience with Brakes to Go and highly recommend their services. Jose, my service advisor, demonstrated remarkable professionalism, swiftly diagnosing my brake issue with honesty and integrity. He provided insightful recommendations without pushing unnecessary upsells. The convenience of their mobile service was a game-changer, and their pricing for rotor and brake replacements was reasonable compared to competitors. Overall, a top-notch service that I will undoubtedly use again and would recommend to anybody that needs new brakes for their vehicle!

Trey was so easy to work with in setting up an appointment. Great customer service! The tech, Carson, was right on time, and got front brakes fixed in under an hour. Great job! No surprise charges. Good price. Would recommend this company hands down!

Tim and his colleague were incredible. I'd gotten a quote from an auto shop (Lambs) that seemed really high, so I had Brakes To Go come out for a second opinion. I was informed that I was indeed being told I needed much more extensive work than I actually needed. He showed me the brake pad that had a faulty plate which was causing the squealing sound I heard, and also showed me that I had plenty of life on all of my brakes and rotors. I had been quoted ~800 for a front brake replacement, and had that needed to be done with brakes to go it would have cost closer to ~450. Ultimately, I only needed my back brakes replaced, and it cost around $210 with tax. Tim saved me literally hundreds of dollars and in turn I will only be using them for brake concerns going forward. Thank you all so much for your honesty and integrity!

Excellent job brakes to go! From customer service with the first call to have the job done second to none. They are just excellent! My brake is working fine and I am happy! I recommend everyone out there to consider brakes to go. Talk to Jeff and all his team because their all deserve 5 stars.

2nd time and 2nd car used with Brakes To Go, had great experiences both times! My technician, Jaime, was respectful, professional, knowledgable and all around a pleasure to work with. I appreciate that he took the time to take me through the issues with my VW rotor and how that was impacting my brake pads. My pads were already grinding my rotor and the dealership told me it would be 6 weeks to get the earliest appointment!!! I contacted Brakes to Go at 6 PM to get a free quote. I had the four new brakes and rotors I needed installed by 2:00 the next day!I didn't have to leave my house or stop working and paid about the same as having to drive to, drop off, and retrieve my car anywhere else. Bargain! It's like Amazon shopping for car repairs. Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've replaced my brakes myself for 30 years, but this is so much easier.

2nd time I've used this company. I love it. Fast, efficient, easy, honest, and affordable. Justin was my technician both times. He is very professional and honest. Will show you exactly what's going on, make recommendations to fit your budget, and complete the work quickly. All while being at the comfort of your home. No waiting long times at a service shop or having to drop off your vehicle, and paying more for the same service plus having to deal with a service advisor trying to upsell or charge you more for unnecessary work. Best business idea ever. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I started noticing some minimal squeaking when I was breaking and my car just hit 65k miles so figured I would have to replace my brake pads. Had Brakes To Go come out and they let me know my brakes were actually in great condition and still had 9mm left on the pads, so at the moment I didn t need to replace them. WOW. what amazing, honest customer service! I bet if I went anywhere else they would have sold me on new breaks, when in reality I didn t need them just yet. Will definitely be calling Brakes To Go When I am in need to replace them!!! Thank you for being honest and truthful. I feel as though that is something super hard to come by in this day and age!

I needed to have a work truck inspected because it was going to be used to haul a large trailer. After the auto shop quoted me, Brakes to Go came to my house and inspected my vehicle. They were honest, fairly priced, and took the time to explain exactly what I needed and why. Their work and customer service went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their personal or work vehicles.

Such great customer service, so convenient and reliable. Jamie is an amazing employee. He took his time explaining the whole process to me and educating me on my cars brakes. I scheduled an appointment and they were there to fix my brakes the next day. They worked around my schedule, and made it extremely convenient for a single mom with a full time job that cannot take her car into the shop for the whole day. 10/10 totally recommend this company to repair your brakes quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using this service again in the future!

TIM IS THE BEST!!! Tim arrived early and was kind and efficient. A nearby auto shop previously told me my break pads only had 2mm left. Tim was the most honest mechanic ever and told me that the first place completely lied to me. Tim gave me his truthful recommendations and saved me from getting scammed! I recommend Brakes to go to anyone and everyone! When the time comes that I do need my brakes replaced I will be calling them back and asking for Tim without hesitation!!!

Ryan came and replaced my brakes while Jeff set up the appointment. It was a very positive experience and my brakes were super affordable. Ryan sent me a link with his ETA and came to my home in South Austin to do the work on a day I WFH. This was the most convenient work I have EVER done on any of my cars I've ever had.

These guys are convenient and I think would be fine if all you need is to do some routine part swapping (new brake pads, calipers, rotors...). If you need someone to actually diagnose an issue with your overall braking system, from what I observed, you need to go somewhere else. The technician seemed to lack knowledge of the brake systems a whole and seemed consistently unsure in answering my questions. He kept telling me I had anti-lock brakes (abs) which is wrong. My jeep was pulling hard right, the technician couldn't really tell me anything except that new front calipers 'might' fix it. After the test drive he said, 'it seems better'. This is a lot different from something like 'I have identified the issued with your brakes and they are working correctly now'. They did seem better for a while but the issue returned. Because of a lack of trust, rather than call back Brakes to Go, I went to a real mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the issue as a collapsing brake line, which the Brakes to Go guy never even mentioned as a possible issue.

I love Brakes to Go! My brakes started grinding on Monday afternoon, and once I got home I contacted them. It was right at closing time, so I expected a response the next day. Instead I got a quick response and was scheduled for Wednesday while I was at work. The technician was super friendly, and not pushy at all. He was honest with me about exactly what I needed to get done now, and what could wait a little while but that I needed to be aware of. Super friendly too! Being a one car family, I hate the thought of having to go sit somewhere while my car gets worked on. This was so convenient, and I cannot stress enough how easy everything was!

I am a RAVING FAN!!!Not only did they do a great job, show up early, and were incredibly fast...Jose had other parts available as he anticipated that my calipers may need replacing. As he pulled one off and the piston in the caliper came out in a river of corroded rust particles he assured me they had the replacement ready.The managers worked with me to finance the unexpected repair costs and I was able to get back on the road with peace of mind and confidence. Thank you, Jose, for your foresight and professionalism!

I was so pleased with the service, quality and how nice he was. He was able to change all four brake pads in my driveway in about an hour. He arrived on time. BTG saved me time and money. I would definitely make another appointment with them. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Great service, fast and excellent work, exceptional customer service. Got a response and quote within minutes, got an appointment right away. No need to worry about driving a shop, they'll do it right at home and will be done in less than an hour. Got all 4 brakes done, huge difference and noise is gone! I am so so relieved, i was expecting to get new brakes for an Audi and James and Dillon came out and inspected my car found a sensor issue and reset it for free! Yes you heard free evaluations!! This was for the Dallas location:The representative was very informative and stated the what and why of the procedure needing to be done. He was quick and the overall price was fairly great compared to local shops near me. My brakes work great and help with crazy highway drivers. Tim came out to assess my brakes, which I thought were bad. He told me they were fine, which I appreciated. I would have believed if he told me they needed work. I felt bad that a trip out to see my car was wasted, but he was really nice about it. Will be using for any future work I need, because I know they're honest!
