GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEMade to inform me of my truck s performance.He made sure that, if I was not able to pay the full amount due, but I have the option for a payment plan. Can you make sure that I knew that I had options and that was Awesome!

I went for an alignment. They scratched and dent my truck and didn't want to take responsibility. Home office never answered my calls. When they finally did, they had the same attitude. When I wanted to see the video. They claimed that their cameras didn't work. I'm very disappointed.

10000/10 this was a great experience! I had to get my break pads changed and the staff was so nice, the initial inspection was super quick, and the service was priced extremely well! I would go again and recommend to everyone!

Not sure why the negative reviews, but been here twice and so far amazing service! Won t charge you a leg, will recommend adjustments and cheaper options, and do good work. I ll be coming back

I go to this brake check regularly! They always go over everything with me and inform me on some of the things I don't know/fully understand! Most of the time I go for an oil change, they get it done pretty quick! They also inform you when the request maintenance isn't necessary after they analyze your vehicle! I've gotten good service and no issues at this location!No, this is not a bot review!

I needed my brakes checked, called and was able to get in at 8:00am. I needed new rotors and pads since I was having work done already I had them change my oil also. They had me out of there in 2 1/2 hours! Great job guys

I went here for an oil change. They were very friendly and had great customer service. They were also able to check my car s brakes and alignment. Excited to come back for my next oil change or if my car needs anything else in the future. There was no wait when I went so it was super quick. They also have all the info from the appointment which they text to you. I recommend if you re in the area!

I got an oil change, brake fluid change, and a whole brakes set changed on my car. Cam was super friendly and informative; I very much appreciate him educating me on the maintenance done as well. I got lucky with timing perhaps, but I didn t have a pre-set appointment, I just pulled up and they got me in and out of the shop in good time. Drove away with no more brake squeaking - yay!

There aren't many good reviews online while all of you are trying to decide if you should come to Brake Check. I would 100% highly recommend them and their services! Their prices were very reasonable, and I could head back to the shop with a supervised technician so that they could explain all the details of my car, how the safety systems connected to the brakes work, and how it operates, which was impossible at Midas. Alan gave me sufficient information and gave me a rough draft of prices of what services they would charge and if I wanted to decide to complete the work. All Alan said was that I needed a simple brake flush, and there I was on my way in no time. Do your brake services at them, and you will be reasonably happy with their prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

This place is great. Staff is knowledgeable about what they are doing and they always let you know if any further problems identified themselves during your oil change. They don t over price their services and they always have different promotions going on. This Break check in specific is always fast to get you back on the road! I had Alan Perez help me, he was of great service!

I got all four break pads replaced today at this location and it was such a pleasant experience. I spoke to three different employees here and each one of them was genuinely kind and friendly. Usually, in my experience, anything to do with cars I expect the worst. I will be going here from now on and for my oil changes as well.

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES ALIGNED HERE.Last Friday, I brought my truck in for tire alignment after some mobile mechanic work was done it. Prior to my visit, I had not driven my 2010 Ford Ranger for 2 months due to numerous issues. My mechanic friend had just replaced my pinion and rack that day, but could not do the tire alignment. Other places would not take my truck in. This place was available at the last minute for me. I had also read all the reviews on the supposedly good alignments whereas other places had low reviews on their alignment services.When I arrived around 4:45 pm, I was expecting to spend maybe an hour or an hour and half as is typical for an alignment job. However, my truck was in and out for 10 minutes in total. The steering wheel was still crooked. Moreover, I left the parking lot feeling rough vibrations whenever steering for slowly backing in/out. I had to wait all weekend before I could bring my truck to my usual body shop for a proper alignment job. They informed me the tire rim was bent, but luckily no other damage was done. My truck's tires were perfectly fine before I had came to this store. So I have reason to believe that not only the alignment was NOT done correctly, the tire rim was damaged in the process by the employee. I did not get all the facts or the final results until yesterday evening when I was finally able to pick my truck up again.I attempted to call today now that I had all facts, however, the person hung up on me. So I am now very angry. I also have emailed the store via their website. If I do not get a refund and an agreement plan for reimbursement on a new tire rim, I will be taking legal action.

Service and customer service was outstanding and professional. My only concern was that it was very cold out and it seemed like none of the radiant heaters were working in the shop. Maybe they just didn't have them turned on?? Anyways, I'm very satisfied and will be returning for future services.

Customer service seemed ok at first. I was constantly told they're finished with my truck, but even after I paid the invoice and received multiple text messages my truck was finished it still stayed up on the lift. After asking a third time for the status I was told they needed another 15 minutes. If it was communicated properly I would've dropped my vehicle off and came back for it. I wasted my entire Saturday morning waiting for actual confirmation that my vehicle was ready. Not very happy.

First time taking my car at brake check and they took great care of me. Had my little one waiting with me and front staff put Pok�mon on for him. Very thoughtful staff and had me out in hour. Had my alignment, oil change, and tire rotation done. Thank you Brake Check!

Went in for wheel alignment and left with a major road hazard. 4 out of the 5 bolts that hold the wheel in place were so lose that when I pulled over due to the weird noise and handling I was able to manually unscrew them.

Brake Check did an awesome job! I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the staff was courteous enough to align the wheels on my vehicle knowing it would keep the staff past their shift.

Just visited them on a Sunday to perform brake pad replacement. Aiden, was very polite and helpful. Prices are very much lower than most other mechanics stores or breaks change folks.Got breaks replaced in under 1 hour. Will definitely go there again and also recommended few of my folks to go there.

On IH 35 access road. I do like customers service here because they are friendly and respectful . They do explain on what is wrong with your vehicle and give you the right quote. This is the place.

Best service in town, great customer service, I went in to get my oil change it was a good and fast experience no hidden fees wich is great I recommend this brake check I'll be bringing myb9ther cars here as well. They do have bilingual people working wich is a plus not that I need one but it's great that they do.

I have a class 1991 325i BMW that I baby and only want the best for. I ve taken my car here for an alignment multiple times and I always feel listened to. I appreciate the one on one conversations about the car s condition. It means they understand my needs and care! Love that the wait is never long and their pricing is super fair too.
