Excellent customer service! Full transparency. No nonsense. Matt, at the North Lamar location, discussed all of the options for my brake pad replacement with me and was very helpful! Great price for the services rendered. Quality work.

This Break Check is always fantastic.I had Matt today, who got me in, let me know it would be half off, and told me how long it would take.He was nice and friendly and FAST!I drove 7 miles out of my way today to come to this break check. It s not normally that far, but it was worth it!

Old email >.> This location is great. Very fast and efficient. Went in for an oil change, dropped it off and walked down the block to eat and by time I had ordered the food my vehicle was ready for pick up. The guys are very nice and respectful. I am a trans female and sometimes when I go in other shopels they can be rude :( even tho I'm a 10 lol. Anyways, highly recommend. Drive safe!

These guys are top notch! Get the job done right- attitude. Went in to get a repair done on my work truck and they were very thorough in getting it fixed. Matt was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get it done! Thank you Matt and your team!

My car is my prized possession. All of the guys that I ve spoken to here are courteous, professional, honest, and informative. The service is absolutely five star worthy I could go anywhere to have my oil changed, but i can trust that these guys will treat my car like it s their own. They take pride in what they do and they deserve every bit of the praise that people are leaving here. Keep up the good work guys. thanks again!

Brake Check was able to take me as a walk-in. Very nice, the process was quick and super affordable. I desperately needed an alignment and they were able to get me in, get it done and my car sounds so much better now. Thank you Brake Check!

Exceptional service. They found a mistake made by the last company that worked on my brakes and now they re working perfectly! They even waited with me after the shop was closed until my partner was able to pick me up so I didn t have to wait outside alone in the dark/call an Uber. Very respectful, super friendly, highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and very informative. I was concerned about the price as I had never had any brake work done on an oldish car.The price was reasonable. I plan to continue working with this company and shop.

Bait and switch. The online quote is very low. They then told me that I needed the rotors serviced which more than doubled the quote.They supported their rotor recommendation by telling me that I had that vehicle serviced by them years prior. I was at work when they called and very confused. It turns out they were referencing a different car that I sold years ago. I called them later in the day to share my confusion and frustration and they were unwilling to take responsibility for the mix up. I would not have had the rotors serviced on this vehicle if they had not misled me.

Today I came in for an oil change. Customer service was great and I was in and out swiftly. One thing though I asked for the printed receipt and at the bottom it says Urgent or Highly Recommended Items Declined by Customer with Fuel Injector Cleaner and Rain-X Washer Fluid Add under it. Those were never offered to me, so how could they have been declined? Also, when I have come to brake check for an oil change, they usually show me my engine air filter and offer to change it for a cost of course. This time, I m unsure if the person doing it didn t think it was that bad, but they didn t bring it up or offer the service if replacing it. A couple of things with the actual vehicle service that could have been communicated if they felt it was needed.

These guys are amazing. I went in for an oil change and they made me aware of a problem I had with my oil gasket because of a mess up at the last place I went to. They showed me what was wrong and solved my problem completely for free. They were really cool and helpful the entire time. In addition, they did everything in less than 20 minutes. I would go here for the fastest and best quality oil change you can get for a great price. Can t recommend more.

Fast service, for brake service and oil change. The guy educated me and took me out to show me why a rotor needed to be replaced, so I just bought two new rotors. Also, great service relaxed conversation.

I really enjoyed my experience here and definitely will be coming back for future brake repairs. Matt and Steve were very helpful and informational. Matt explained everything thoroughly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or was pressured to get any unnecessary work. They even put air in my tires! Also, they have a great oil change program which I plan on doing later on as well. Thanks guys for helping a girl out!! Oh yea and it was done in half the time they stated!!VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

We are visiting and had some concerns about a loose running board and they put the car up, checked it for us, said we were good and there was no charge. If I lived here they would have my business forever. Such a nice thing to do. That is standout service from kind and honest people. Thank you!

This place rocks! But since they don't accept cash, don forget the credit card plastic. But actually, it's good to save $500 (cheaper than the previous bid) I'm goin back for oil change...every other change is half off

Excellent service putting new tires on my Lexus, adjusting my suspension and doing an alignment. The car rides great and I was not oversold. Matt and Avery are awesome and got the job done correctly and quickly

Took my SUV in as the brakes were making a terrible noise. A lot of work ended up being done. It was thoroughly explained. The communication both by phone and text was A+. My Lexus is rolling and stopping great!

I had my oil changed and serviced. Everyone was very polite, courteous, and professional. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes if that. Thank you all for your service. See you then end of next month for my brake job.

There was basically no wait with my appointment which was a great start! They also explained (in depth) what was going on with my car and physically showed me the issues/differences. We went over plenty of price and work options, and overall my experience was efficient and friendly!!!

Called Matt up last minute for a much needed alignment on my pickup. He told me to come on in. I did. No kidding, From time of arrival to drive out was maybe 20 mins. Truck runs like a Champ.Matt and his staff are always A1.While there an older gentleman came in with vehicle issues. Although quite busy with other concerns Matt took the timeout to talk to and resolve the gentleman's problems.Superb customer service.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

This is the best car maintenance place ive ever been to. While I was locked out of my car in the middle of the intersection after a lady hit my car and left me with no door handle (lol), they let me sit in the lobby to wait for the locksmith. As I sat there wondering if they were ever going to come, the dudes there wanted to try and see if they could just unlock it. Lo and behold after a few minutes of trying the door swung open. A wave of relief washed over me as I was finally able to get to work after being two hours late due to these strings of events. I will 100% be coming here for any issues with my car. These dudes and gals are the best.
