I recently purchased an X5 at BMW South Austin. This was the hands down the best, most enjoyable car buying experience I ve ever had. The entire staff made my family and I feel welcome and made sure we were comfortable. My client advisor Curtis was a stand-out professional. I had two different models in mind and he worked patiently with me from test drive to purchase, making the entire process easier than I could have imagined with expert guidance along the way. I felt like a valued customer and I love my new car!

Amazing service and assistance from our Sales Representative, Drew Peterson today. He was patient, kind, and attentive to everything that we requested during our time at the dealership. Exceptional customer service and professionalism. We give an extended thank you to his managers, Debbie and Steve for making all things happen for us. I just Purchased my first BMW 2 series at BMW South Austin. This was the best car experience I ve ever had. The dealership was beautiful, the front desk made me feel very luxurious and welcomed, and my sales man Andy Anzaldua is the man to see. Andy made my car buying experience very easy and exciting I didn t feel pressured at all. I highly recommend come seeing him if you re in the market. Also thank you to the finance team everything went great!

I recently purchased a couple of new vehicles through BMW of South Austin. I placed both orders in mid August I ve taken delivery of my M2 and I m set to take delivery of my X1 M35i in a few days.The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Grant was super helpful! He was quickly able to get me allocations for both of my vehicles, kept me updated on their delivery status, and guided me throughout the entire purchasing process.Another plus is that I was able to purchase both vehicles with 0 markup very rare to find these days. Highly recommend shopping with BMW of South Austin.

Edit: a week after I got my car, the battery was dead and had to be towed to dealership in Houston. I end up paying for a new battery but decide to give my Sales Associate, Curtis, a call to see if they can do anything about. They were super helpful and after getting my receipt/ invoice copy, the mailed me a cheque as reimbursement immediately.So much respect for the team and dealership, will definitely get my next car from them!Came all the way from Houston, Curtis Hardin was our man in helping us score this really low miles M340i. The whole process was quick and probably the most stress free experience we ve ever had buying a car!

Had a great experience here at BMW buying my first truck with Andy Anzaldua. He s a great salesmen and will find the perfect car (or truck in my case) to match everything you want.He ll keep you updated and check in on you and help you wherever you need he deserves a raise if you ask me. Purchased our first BMW with the help of Andy Anzaldua at BMW of South Austin and could not say more about the incredibly service he provided throughout the entire experience! We felt well taken care of from the moment we walked into the dealership, felt that our vehicle needs/desires were heard and understood and appreciated the knowledgeable answers provided to our many questions prior to our purchase. Plus the dealership was kind enough to let our pup tag along to sign the papers which meant a lot to us. Thank you Andy for a great experience!

Michael was extremely helpful in getting us into 2024 i4 M50. A bit of an issue arose when the one we want was sold while we sat there. LOL. However Michael and management ended up getting us fantastic deal. Michael is a professional, calm, driven and provided us with a really nice experience. Highly recommend BMW South Austin. Thank you Michael, we love this vehicle the M is a beast!

Alec is a great salesman with amazing listening skills, he also has great knowledge of all BMW vehicles that are in their fleet. Incredible experience purchasing from Monty and BMW of South Austin/Hendricks. From the greeting at reception to the test drive, paperwork and financing meeting, a 5 star experience. Monty took great care in helping us select the right vehicle and made the car buying experience fun and easy! If you are looking for an exceptional experience buying, leasing or for service this is the ONLY place to go!! I ve been an active licensed Realtor since 1986 and I know sales. Monty is not pushy he is so sincere. The service department - especially Justin, my service representative, they are awesome!! Best car buying experience ever!!!

Bought my first ever electric car and BMW on Saturday. Went just wanting to test drive but ended up leaving with a car. Andy is just that good! Really pleased with the entire experience from the front desk to the financial services. Everyone was extremely professional and made the entire experience pretty seamless. Huge shout out to Andy for showing me the ropes of the vehicle and answering all my questions. 10/10 guy!

Having experienced excellent service at BMW of South Austin, I strongly recommend you visit them if you enjoy a knowledgeable, professional team. Riley Woods was my sales rep and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and answered all of our questions in a detailed and respectful way. He was super responsive to our email communications, and was very patient while we considered our choices!

After test driving a myriad of makes and models, I finally purchased a car from BMW of South Austin. I can say without a doubt that Drew is the best car salesman I've ever worked with. His no pressure tactics were refreshing, especially after several long test drives. It's clear he's knowledgeable as well as a problem solver who loves his job and happy customers. This is our experience at BMW South Austin. My husband and I were interested in looking at the 2024 BMW X5. When we arrived, Alec Cotton approached us and asked if we needed any help. From the beginning Alec asked us questions about what we wanted to see in the X5. He spent time listening to us, about our needs/wants and asked us questions about our options and types of X5s. Alec spent the time to show us all that the X5 had to offer and the models that were in stock. He was kind, friendly, and patient with us as we looked through the different X5s that were available. Alec stayed with us way past closing of the dealership to make sure we found the X5 we wanted. In the end we purchased the car of our dreams. Alec made the whole experience worth every minute. We recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW at BMW South Austin to ask for Alec Cotton. You won't regret it. Five stars to Alec Cotton!

We shopped for a new car and absolutely loved the BMW and the high technology and luxurious feel. Ashely was amazing and made the process so easy for us. She always stayed in communication and found the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered to the dealership. She was so wonderful and sent me pictures and updates along the way. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever done.

We recently purchased an X7 from Jerron and he made it a truly painless - even enjoyable! - experience. He was easy to talk to and negotiate with, not pushy, and he really seems to know the product he is selling. His sales manager, Matt, was also pleasant to work with and went out of his way to get us on the road when he knew we were in a bit of a hurry. I've bought and sold probably two dozen cars over the years and dealers seem to love the "make the customer sit there and wait while we pretend to crunch numbers" game. We didn't get any of that from Jerron and his team. I can say with certainty this was the least amount of time I've spent in a car dealership from test drive to drive off. All other dealerships need to take note.We highly recommend Jerron and the rest of his team at BMW of South Austin.

I always have a wonderful experience at this dealership. I bought a car here 4 years ago and this past weekend traded it in for a beautiful upgraded X3. Andy Anzaldua was who I worked with and he made the process so easy and hassle free. The sales team and finance team were very knowledgeable and honest which was the most important part to me as sometimes car dealers are not always transparent. Every sales and service interaction I ve ever had at BMW of South Austin has been above and beyond and I love giving them my business.

The premise is simple: a modern building filled with a team of great people who will ensure your car needs are met via a no-nonsense approach.As soon as you enter, you're greeted by some politely friendly folks at the front desk.Personally, I was there to buy a vehicle. However, their service area looks like a lovely place to spend some time while they perform maintenance.I had an appointment set up and made sure to arrive early, although it wasn't needed. The sales team its a team above all and they were all kind with their time and generous with their conversation. I would suggest reaching out to Quintin Williams.Finance was a pretty straightforward process. All thanks to Ryan Mckey.After completing the purchase, they offer excellent technical onboarding for your vehicle. They are patient and thorough, ensuring all your questions are answered. Justin Hagenbauer is the local BMW Tech Maven.If you're looking for your next BMW; just do yourself a favour and call them.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. Not only was Alec prompt with communication, he was very helpful throughout the buying process. He and his team stayed more than 2 hours past closing time to accommodate test driving and purchasing the vehicle. This dealership doesn't charge any mark-ups on their vehicles. The whole team was very friendly, and provided direct answers to questions without trying to sell me something. Overall the experience was excellent and I would recommend working with Alec Cotton and the dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.

He was very patient with my determination to have a 6 cylinder M in the exterior and interior colors I wanted and found one at a sister dealership. So far I love my new BMW X3 and would both recommend and buy from this dealership again.

This is now my second lease with the BMW of South Austin, and I've only had positive experiences here. Chris Joly is the best sales person there, he's attentive, cares for his clients and goes above and beyond. Laura in the finance department made the process of signing and getting what I needed covered easy, she was great to work with and finally Zack who was my genius tech and helped me get accustomed to my new 330i. If you need a BMW, look no further and ask for these 3 stellar employees!
