It was 1210 and I was on my way to Cedar Park for 1pm appointment. Jumped from 183N frontage road onto 183 and felt my 1 year old X5 sharply pull to left and then immediately got a tire alert that my left passenger tire had very low pressure. I was right in midst of the construction zone nightmare so assumed my tire had a nail or something from it. So I went straight to BMW of Austin and they got me right in to replace the tire. They were clearly busy as both service lanes were full. I was seen very quickly and efficiently. They offered me a loaner car so I could get to my appointment on time (which I did!). It was seamless. I m very pleased with them. I picked my car up and they d even vacuumed the inside and washed it! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them and even got a video reviewing their work. Finally, I bought my X5 at their location and I m glad the finance advisor recommended the tire warranty. Very pleased!

Great service, great professionals. I got a new vehicle and Gino, my sales rep did an excellent job walking me though the process and giving us various options that will mee our requirements. The places is very clean and well maintained and the customer service is amazing. They also have good deals if you compare them with other BMW dealerships in San Antonio or other places. Would recommend anyone to go to this place if they are considering getting a vehicle.

I recently brought my car to the Service for yearly check, and my overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon returning home, about 20 miles from the dealership on Thursday, I noticed a flat tire caused by a screw embedded in it when I attempted to start my car on Saturday following the service.The service supervisors exhibited a dismissive attitude. Rather than offering to inspect the tire and check if the screw was consistent with their service materials, they immediately denied any responsibility. The service supervisor suggested, based solely on the attached photo, that they don't use this type of screw without considering the need for a proper technical analysis.This lack of willingness to thoroughly investigate and provide solutions left me unsatisfied with the customer service. A more proactive and customer-oriented approach would have been appreciated. I recommend future customers be cautious and thoroughly inspect their vehicles post-service.

I was very happy with excellent service of BMW. I had two flat tires and they were able to replace them within one business day and even washed my car sparkling clean! They were also very fast in their actions when I arrived and they all greeted me with high quality customer service. I highly recommend BMW. Love the car too.

Last week I experienced a flat tire after having two new tires installed a few months ago. Bummed out, I texted my BMW Service Advisor, Jason Santosuosso. He promptly replied and informed me that my tire was covered under warranty, and he was checking whether a replacement tire was in stock or needed to be ordered.Being a Friday, I assumed things wouldn't get resolved till after the weekend, but then heard back from Jason that the tire was in stock, and I could bring my car in that afternoon. He also suggested addressing my car s overdue brake fluid service during the same visit. No need for a separate appointment talk about efficiency!By that afternoon, my car was ready to hit the road again. A brand-new tire, fresh brake fluid, and a sparkling clean exterior a great way to start the weekend!Car troubles can be a headache, but Jason s commitment to getting repairs completed swiftly and seamlessly makes the experience virtually painless! And his professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness really stand out. His exceptional service goes a long way in building loyalty to BMW of Austin.Thanks Jason, for going above and beyond!

Luis, my service adviser, was very courteous and straight up. He discussed the issues with my vehicle and went out of his way to make sure I understood my options and was fully satisfied with the work. Alejandro and the entire BMW service process was excellent.The tire wear issue on this $100k vehicle is unacceptable. Seems like it is generally understood in service that the tires will only get 12k miles. Why wouldn t sales share this with buyers?

My appointment was at 0700 at the service department. BMW promptly opened at 0700. Scott Cuny, service advisor, greeted me upon arrival & reviewed what was needed for my vehicle.Scott was very professional & didn t try to upsell what I didn t need. As a female customer, I feel Scott took the time to explain what needed to be done & what could wait. Thank you, Scott, for conducting business with integrity.

We were able to schedule an appointment to get our car in for alignment and they did a great job. I appreciate the video they send showing the items they inspect while my vehicle is on the lift, since we don t get to see that side of the car. Our service advisor always keeps us updated in the process. Thank you

My service advisor Kait Puckett was amazing as always. I had an urgent battery issue and she immediately prioritized it despite being a busy day for the service center. She also booked me a round trip Uber and arranged for loaner when as soon as she realized the repairs may take more time than anticipated.

As a first time BMW owner, I was impressed with the Service department. I scheduled an appointment to get the brake fluid replaced, as well as a regularly scheduled service event. I specifically worked with Jason, who was fantastic. He got me a Lyft to and from work, which I appreciated. He also kept me updated on the status of the service. I also liked the fact that I was able to pay for everything before I picked up the car. The only miss was the fact that I had to pay for the brake fluid separately because it wasn t included in the original invoice. That said, Jason s kindness and professionalism made the entire bill easier to pay.

1. Regular annual service with some AC perf. check, had left car with some broken parts (2nd-row driver-side seat panels towards the bottom of the seat)2. After I reported the issue(Came to the service shop) didn't hear back from the service Rep(Alejandro) for a week even after a few follow-ups using text messages.3. Finally, when I got a call back, I was told to leave the car to check why the part was broken etc., Was willing to leave the car in shop, but there was no guarantee of a loaner. Didn't mind waiting for a couple of hours, but, Alejandro could not guarantee a time window where this simple check can be done within 2 hour window for next few weeks.4. I have a hard time working with Service Rep. Alejandro. He is not courteous to clients, not willing/capable of scheduling a service for a small checkup at a fixed time window in a span of few weeks.extremely disappointed in the service received.

EXCELLENT service experience today at BMW. Charles Bellinger, my Service Advisor, did an incredible job taking care of me keeping me informed and helping me get my service done quickly.I would highly recommend BMW of Austin for service and purchasing of vehicles, my BMW X5 is the 4th vehicle I ve acquired from them (Larry Stenson - Internet Sales Manager).I started purchasing BMW vehicles specifically due to the customer experience I had on my new 2014 BMW. BMW Motorrad (motorcycles) had a safety alert on my new R1200 RT I just purchased, they immediately gave me 3 options, return, trade, or repair. Most importantly they communicated the issue and gave me choices.This experience led me to look at BMW vehicles - The ultimate driving machines. 4 vehicles later the service and sales experience is #1.Thanks Charles.Service: Oil change

I love this dealership. I love the honesty of the service team and the detail work the Technicians do and share with you on each job. I truly feel that my vehicle is taken care of and I feel safer once they give it a good look. I don't mind the higher price for basic maintenance because I love the guarantee and I know it's a certified technician that only work on BMWs doing the job. I would never take my BMW anywhere else and I look forward to my next car purchase soon. Hopefully in 2025.

Service provider Yen Carl was excellent. Professional and had my best interest at the forefront of all services provided. Offering an electric vehicle for free was unexpected. I should have asked if BMW as we are considering an electric or hybrid purchase before we retire next year. Yen has set your dealership standard to a lecvel we may purchase from BMW Austin rather than our own state or dealership. We will return for both service and vehicle purchase consideration.

There were many fails with my service at BMW. I made the appointment about a 1.5 weeks before the date & I was told I would have a loaner car during service. The afternoon before the appointment, I received a call that I would not be able to get a loaner car, but we receive a ride from an Uber instead. I had to change my work meetings to accommodate this. When I dropped off the car, the person helping me told me it would take a couple days for the service. It ended up taking a week. I asked the service advisor how much it would cost to replace the main battery in the BMW i3 and he said about $30,000. At this level, it would make this car disposable and not worth replacing the battery. I ve checked online and it s more like $8k to $10k to replace the main proportion battery. When I picked up the car, the attendant assured me the car was fully charged, which is about 65 to 75 miles. When I got in the car it showed 39 miles. Luckily I live closer than 39 miles from BMW of Austin.

Scott who has been my Service Advisor since I bought my car 9 years ago continues to impress, super knowledgeable and personable. Quality of the services is always top notch but prices are reasonable based on my experiences with other brands and dealerships.
