Got there when they opened to drop off my van. Got a call about an hour and a half later that it was completed. Very fast service. Friendly and welcoming people. And most importantly, very affordable. Will definitely be using them again with any glass needs.

Call Aztek! Karla, who I spoke with over the phone, was THE NICEST vendor customer service rep I've dealt with. They were able to come out within 1 day to replace our windshield. Great communication, including text alerts regarding arrival time. Super nice, super informative, super kind people, super fast. I'll call them only from now on!

Such a great experience! I called for a quote in the morning and a few hours later I had a new windshield installed without ever leaving the house. I got quotes from several other places and Aztek was by far the most affordable... then they hooked me up with a coupon... and then they added at-home installation (a shock to me, most places won't come out to Jarrell but their service is huge). The team was fast, friendly, and did a great job. Don't waste your time any place else!

Pretty simple. Called around for best price for windshield replacement for 2014 Honda Accord. Aztec was best price. Then looked company up on bbb and it said they had A+ rating. They charged me the quoted price and it took one hour at the appointment time. Not a fancy waiting room but comfortable. All wore mask I felt safe. Aztek Auto Glass replaced my windshield on my Honda Pilot about a month ago. I just went through a car wash for the first time since having it done and there were no leaks. They came to my house to replace it and were done in 1/2 an hour. As far as I can tell the windshield camera (ADAS) is working. Their price was considerably less than the dealership and they were far more convenient. From my initial call for a quote, it took three days to have a new windshield. Thanks for the great service, Aztek!

I wasn't aggressively denied service but it really seemed like the establishment wanted to avoid committing to offering me a windshield replacement. The receptionist admitted she was distracted while she was on the phone with me and had difficulty collecting my vehicle information. I was told over the phone to expect a follow-up call. I decided to head over and discuss in person. I received no information about a price estimate or scheduling an appointment while I was waiting there. I was told to wait for a follow-up call (again) and I could expect to make an appointment for the following day. Needless to say, the team didn't follow through. It's not fair to the customer when they're dealing with a potentially hazardous driving situation and are seeking immediate help.

Amazing!! Definitely 5 . I was thoroughly impressed by there ability to repair my auto glass quickly and professionally. My back window came out perfect! Let me also mention the fact that they are HALF the price of another known glass repair place !! Don t waste your hard earned money come here if you need glass repair. Good clean bathroom and waiting area as well. With ice water and coffee. Friendly office staff. I also appreciate the fact they will travel to your home to do your repair if need be.

My boyfriend's back car window exploded due to the temperature drop yesterday and the heat from the defroster being on.This place was 1st on the list according to my phone search so I called right away. I'm so glad I did! Best customer service and super fast! Carmen was awesome and the guys that replaced our back window were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend! They really do have the best prices in town:) Also, the window came already tinted! A+++!!

Wonderful customer service with exceptional work! Having to replace a windshield was dreadful but these guys made the process so convenient by coming to my house and replacing the windshield in the driveway! Not to mention, their price was $100 cheaper than our insurance deductible! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone asking.

Slow to give a quote, not that great of a price compared to others, then blew off my appointment with no call or followup, made me waste an entire day waiting for them. I imagine if they're this cavalier to get business, they're probably not that great on the details that make the install professional. I'll spend my money with someone who wants my business.

I used this company 2 years ago on my 07 Dodge. They did great. I called them again 2 days ago and i guess since i needed a replacement on a 01 Sequoia it was to hard for the girl behind the counter to look up the part and call me back, cause she never did. So i called back 3xs and no one answered the phone. So i used Safeview Auto glass they called me back within the hour and made appt to come to my house the next day. Sorry Aztek maybe it was covid but you're not the same company i used 2 years ago.

I never had to replace a windshield on any of my many vehicles I have driven so I didn t really know what to expect. My wife wanted to let our insurance company deal with it but I drive my vehicle to work and the insurance recommended company couldn t get to me for 7 days.Read their reviews, cost was so affordable that I didn t have to claim it, the staff was very genuinely Austin, my windshield on my work horse truck got replaced, now I m not stressed. Actually, I was worried because they were so affordable that I thought the work was not going to be the best but it looked brand new.Actually, don t tell anyone so they can be my windshield guys for life and so they don t become too popular to were I can t get the same day service I was lucky to get.F safelite. This should be where all Austinites go the take care of their windshields.

Called once and gave all my vehicle information: model, make, year, VIN. Was told I would be receiving a call within a few minutes with a quote. Didn t receive a call. Two days later, I called back to see if I could get get the quote. I gave my vehicle info again, was told I d be getting a call in the next 5 minutes. No call was received. Left my phone number and name both times.

Had them install a windshield on 2001 Lexus ES300 took 3 days due to issue with rear view mirror. When I got in car there was glue all over the windshield, mirror, console, dash, shifter, and both front seats. I cleaned the glue off. About a week later the drivers seat wouldn t move forward. I removed seat and found unknown piece of metal jammed in seat track.Not long after that the windshield leaked water into sunroof switch and it quit working. I replaced switch and Aztec sent someone out to fix leak. So I immediately see the headliner has big above mirror. 2 days later as I m driving I notice that I can t see out of mirror due to it vibrating I adjust mirror and it very loose. A few minutes later mirror falls off. I get home and look at mirror and the base is damaged and just full of glue. It s the same glue I cleaned up from original job. So I look for mirror on internet and find parts diagram for mirror and mounting. Turns out the piece I found hammed in seat track is crucial piece to mount mirror. The guy lost it and decided rigging with glue was best option. I call Aztec and was told to bring car to shop. I go there and explain the broken mirror and missing pieces issue to them. Again they rig the mirror with glue and get glue all over the place. This time the glue ruined the gear shift indictor that surrounds shifter. To replace broken mirror is $162 missing mounting pieces $30-50. Installation is at 1hr @ $125 an hour. Gear shift indictor $ 75 for it and at least 1 hr labor $125. Lexus dealer wasn t real firm on labor due to age of car and stressed it could be higher. Headliner not available new would have to be removed and recovered estimates range from $700-$1200. EVERY TIME THEY HAVE WORKED ON THE CAR THERE IS DAMAGE. The damage far exceeds they re price of windshield. I m a mechanic with 39yrs in the automotive business and have a regular glass guy but he was out of state at the time. This is car belongs to a 74 year old lady that s handicapped and on fixed income It s the absolute worst work I ve seen in many many years. Who does that to people and they re cars?? Do not use this company!! Totally shoddy work. Again terrible job, lots of damageService: Installation

Nice and easy! I had a rock smack my windshield and left a 2 foot crack, so I had to get a new one. These guys gave me a quote quickly, came and did the work quickly and it looks great. Thanks again!

Good service. Took 3 tries to get the windshield from not leaking in the rain. Now it s right!Also a side note wish they where a little more carefully broke two trim pieces in the truck.

They must have all the customers they need because when I called I spoke with a guy about a windshield replacement, gave all my vehicle and personal info, was told Id be called back,& it has been nearly three weeks. oh well
