I am a loyal customer at AutoZone. I am very grateful for the quality customer service Jennifer Customer Service Manager provides every single time. She greets everyone cordially and helps find parts. She also explains best options. She is a very hard worker and represents AutoZone with upmost quality. I'm so grateful for her as I'm sure I speak for every customer she serves! Great job Jennifer!

I was in need of windshield wipers and the two guys working helped me find them AND replaced them for me super quickly! Very nice of them, highly recommend coming here for any car needs.

East 7th street location - very friendly staff, working on my car in the rain. Jennifer even offered to teach me more about my car and how to take care of it. Stanley worked very efficiently and was taking care of multiple cars at once. Definitely coming back in the future for their help

Jennifer and Stanley went ABOVE and beyond to help me with my car. I was working on my car in the parking lot for about 3 hours and Jennifer came out to check on me about 5 times. She even stayed 40 min after her shift/after the store closed to help me out. AMAZING Customer service and I will be back. Thank you!!!

Went to the AutoZone on 7th Street. I cannot remember the man who helped me but it was raining and he was still willing to help a bunch of people with repairs on their cars in the rain. He helped me get my windshield wipers fixed. He was working with another woman who was named Jennifer and she was very kind and super helpful as well! Overall, great experience.

Store Manager Jennifer, Has exceptional Customer Service. We are new to Austin, Texas, The first Autozone we went too has horrible service and From the time we walked in the store Jennifer acknowledged us and took care of us right away with no hassle. I will continue coming here. Thank you!

Pretty solid auto zone, not busy when I stopped by. I recommend looking online for parts to identify if they have what you want before you go. Had the parts I needed and my truck is running good!

After an unfortunate accident by the staff while replacing my windshield wipers, the AutoZone complaints line stepped in to assure I was refunded for the damage & replacement, no thanks to the regional manager, don t waist your time with Omar. Thank you Customer Service!!

I bought a battery yesterday and when the guy installed it he put it the wrong way and he connected the positive to the negative and it basically blew my amplifier and messed up all my fuses and relays, now my car won t start at all.

Need to upgrade their computer software..(all stores!) They seem to crash down when looking up refunds and core exchanges. Good employees and a good manager but without the correct equipment. They can't do their jobs correctly and efficiently...

Walked in. Surprised there was no waiting. Was asked if I needed help. Told the gentleman what I needed and he took me right to it. Payed and was in and out inside five minutes. Excellent.

10/10 came in in need of a new battery. There was a woman who was clearly heading home from her shift, purse in hand, but she saw me waiting and stopped what she was doing to help me. She showed me what batteries I could choose from for my car and helped me make the best purchase. -I wish I caught her name but I think she may have been a manager. After that, I waited a few minutes and Josh came to help me install the battery-free of charge. He was friendly and quick and even tested my alternator afterwards to make sure I was taking care of everything my car needed. All together I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this location.

Came in for a moped / motorcycle battery replacement. They were kind enough to charge my existing battery for free. I came in without any clue that they offered a battery charging service. they could have charged me $70+ but did the kind thing and charged my battery for free (which is a service they offer).Great customer service and I ll be back.Thank you !

I was able to find the things that I needed from AutoZone they all with respect to social distance and were able to do their job and help with things that is needed is a knockout place very respectful not rude very clean
