Visited the store couple of times and also been with friends for the battery change, they take in old battery for $22. Staff shall assist in free battery check and also assist to change in new battery.They also have wipers and other car spares. #HappyVisiting

Just wanted to share the GREAT experience I had in this Location. Mr. Bob Yarosh greeted me and asked what could he do for me I told him I was having a problem with the Battery he right away took his tester and went out side by the way that day was at 17� outside very cold !!! He hooked the tester to the Battery and did advise me that was the problem. This Gentleman has GREAT customer service and has GREAT Leadership !!! I highly recommend this Location for your mechanical vehicle needs !! Thank you very much Mr. Bob keep up the great work, Sir. !!!!

A big thank you to Darrin W. who went above and beyond to help me change my back brake light on my car. He not only helped me find the correct bulb, but he also came outside in 25� weather to help me replace the bulb and made sure it was working again. Thank you, Darrin! I appreciate your help and great customer service.

I drove into Austin from Houston for a kid s soccer tournament over the weekend and wouldn t you know my battery died while at the fields! Edward and his team were awesome and helped me to quickly replace the battery so I could get back to the games on time and also back safely home to Houston!! Thank you so much for your help today!! These guys know their stuff, and take care of everything. Jose was so friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. This is the 2d time I've had them help me with my battery. They keep all your warranty info in their system so I was able to know exactly when my last purchase was. Car stuff can be stressful, thank you again Jose and AJ (?). I"m very grateful!

I went to this shop the other day after having a terrible experience across the road at the Firestone autoshop. Buddy looked at it and said my spark plugs were fine. The pic below are my "just fine" sparkplugs.Thankfully I got everything I need and was told what I would need to just do the work myself.I had no problems with installation and would highly recommend these highly helpful folks. Cheers y'all keep up the good work.

I had an excellent experience here. The team was helpful, timely, and professional. My battery was checked, replaced, and I was on my way and still on time for work. So grateful for the woman at the front desk who helped me through the process!

Saved me $95 diagnostic fee by using the code reader and finding the seal on my gas cap had a leak which caused my dashboard to light up on my 15 yr old vehicle. This store is fantastic, and the crew always helps in every request.Secondly, they had a serp belt I needed was $30 higher at a different store... so, I m pretty doggone happy!

I find it very undependable when I show up to a store that says it s closing at 8 PM and it being only 6:45 PM and the store is locked down and closed. I m gonna have to assume they can t keep staff.

My daughter's car battery died in the parking lot just in front of Auto Zone. For the bad luck of a battery dying that day we count ourselves as lucky that it happened right there! Frank, I believe he is the assistant manager, could not have been more helpful. After we told him what we thought was wrong, he came right out and did a battery diagnosis, determining that she needed a new battery after a couple of tests. He offered us a few choices that were in stock-- my daughter purchased one and he installed it immediately. He ensured it was working and we were off with the warranty in hand. It was about 30 minutes total, or less. He was patient and thorough with his explanations-- never pushy or salesy--just generously helpful. Hats off to Auto Zone, and to Frank, for saving the day!

I came in to run a diagnostic on my car, and Paul was able to get me in and out in 10 minutes. He was very professional, humorous, and made it a pleasant experience. I asked to tip him and he declined, which just shows the type of men they are at this Autozone. 10/10 would come back again. Thank you Paul!

Cade and Frank were tremendously helpful! I had car troubles and Cade helped me take care of the issue asap. Frank pointed me in the right direction to take care of the long term concern. They went well beyond expectations and what was required. I went in to give them a tip and they both declined it, I couldnt believe it. They are true professionals, take pride in thier work, and amazing at their jobs. These are individuals that should be hired for high postions to help run businesses. If i could rate them any higher i would!

Had my oil light come on when making a trip. Stopped by here to see if I needed any oil. Tina was AMAZING! So nice, sweet, and helpful! She assured me I would be ok and made me feel safe. Big shout out to Tina! THANK YOU TINA!

I walked in and Tiger promptly helped me grab the parts I needed to pass my inspection. and was kind enough to offer to install the bulbs! I was expecting to figure it out on my own, and he pretty much made my day with helping out. Also helped my sister with her car. Great experience :))

Paul was working Sunday night snd went out of his way to help me find the right parts to lift my muffler back up since the bolt had fallen off. Since I had an hour drive he helped me personally makeSure the wire zip ties were placed on correctly to hold the muffler in so it would t fall off or drag.Thanks Paul not manyPeople go out of the way to do a little extra work for people that need a little extra help. I m so glad I arrived when he was there. That type of customer service is not seen often snd so I give him a 10 thumbs upThank you so much and I made it to my distination

I was outside trying to take off my wipers when Dewayne came outside and helped me when he saw me struggling. I needed a new bulb for my blinker as well. He was so kind in jumping right in and helping me. Thank You! Every time I'm in this location I have a great experience.

Dwain at the Oak Hill gave us top notch customer service. It was above and beyond so much so that I felt compelled to write a review.. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in detail. He even came out and swapped our battery in the rain! The world needs more people like Dwain. Highly recommend this location!

I knew my car had maybe one good start based on the sound of it starting that day. I drove from work and went directly to this location to see if they could test my battery. Chase was so wonderful! He tested, replaced and had me on my way home within an hour! I cannot tell you how grateful I was for his help and quality of his service. He literally made my day.

Called this place to see if they had my air filter in stock! They did and they were kind enough to help me get in replaced. I also bought new windshield wipers and they replaced them as well. A competitor refused to help me with putting my air filter in so they lost my business and this Auto Zone got it instead! They were great!!!!

My headlight went out while my husband was gone on business and I had no clue how to replace it. Thankfully Brett H was here to help! He got me in and out super fast even though my car has a super complicated system and took some finagling. I really appreciate the assistance and professionalism he showed. Quick and easy. Staff knows how to use their system to find parts and then they actually select the right ones. Everyone seems pretty set on helping you fix your issue, whether it be with store products or resources for the more obscure. Good spot for a DIY mechanic.
