Cedric helped me buy a new battery for my jeep today and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND with service. So kind, so knowledgeable, very helpful, and extremely efficient. I would absolutely come here!!! He really made my experience amazing, Cedric thank you SO MUCH

I had a problem with removing one of my wheels, and Manny (I believe he's the manager) went above and beyond to help me. It was so nice to experience great and knowlegeable customer service, because it's rare these days. Very grateful to him and will only shop at the Stassney AutoZone from now on!

John d at stassney was super helpful and should be manager. He was more helpful and nicer then him. He was trying to hold battery for other store for me so so I know which one to get but Manager was rushing him rudely. Either way 10 out of 10 for John d. Thanks man.

John D saved me!! I needed a battery urgently before work and had been to TWO Walmarts - both out of stock and not that helpful. I decided to try AutoZone and really hit the jackpot. John D was so helpful. He went above and beyond when installing the battery for me (my old battery had almost fused itself to the terminals yikes!) I highly recommend this AutoZone and ask for John D!!

They seem to almost always have the part in looking for, the parking lot is vast, so finding a spot if one needs to do a little fix-it real quick, there's no problem doing it.Lack of staffing seems to be pervasive throughout Autozone right now, they're all short staffed, can't run in and grab an item and get out.Having only one line makes everyone wait while the battery gets addressed or the part gets returned. Timing is everything.

Manny was amazing! He changed my battery very quickly and I appreciate him so much for doing it in this heat. He s the store manager and doing a great job running it! Give Manny a raise!

I had an order where I had to go to 3 different auto zones to pick up all the rotors and brake pads I needed. 1st was great. The second store that is on 600 w William was awful. After that store I was afraid I wasn't going to get my items I needed and I came in unsettled thinking how they wouldn't be able to help. I was already on edge and starting to panic.This group of guys were amazing and super friendly. I had an issue with my order and they made me feel like it wasn't a big deal and it wasn't an inconvenience to them. They made it easy and was very kind and respectful. I appreciate employees like this!

Very helpful guys, last 2 times I ve been in they ve recommended and helped me out. Once for an adhesive to put my cars side mirror back on and another for a break switch rubber. Even went out of the way to call another store and put a part on hold for me.

Cindy and John D was very helpful and was very easy to talk to Ms Cindy helped me even push my car out the way John D then gave me a jump they was great team together I highly recommend them both great people and service

I needed my battery tested and possibly replaced. Guy would not comeOutside to test my battery and just wanted to sell me a new one. He plopped it on the counter and I asked him if he could install it and he said no. I am a 65 YO and can t do it myself. Went down the street to Auto Zone in 1st Street and got it tested. I did not need a new battery after all. No service at this location.

Exceptional service! Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, very helpful and caring. I was looking for headlight bulbs and Michael, beside explaining all the variety of existing bulbs for me to choose from, offered me rubber gloves to handle them and even went the extra mile to help me install them too. I strongly recommend this place.

Bought a computer for truck > wrong computer, no big deal. Gives core and buys different one. Tell me I have to pick it up at other store. Okay.It not there. It was never there. Was told My computer I brought never existed in their invitory and that a manager tomorrow would have to order it.Order what? I already bought it...Wast of two hours. Still not computer

I was purchasing a starter for my 2006 Toyota Matrix. I provided them the make, model, and trim, and they gave me the wrong part. I was supposed to receive 17841VC, and they gave me 17641VC. When I called and confirmed that they had provided me the wrong part, I was sent to another store to exchange it for the part that I needed. I spoke with three different individuals in the process, and no one apologized for their clear and documented mistake. I was not impressed with the customer service I received at either branch and will be shopping elsewhere whenever possible.

My visit was very satisfying! I went in waited in line and one of the employees let me know that he would be with me in a bit oh, he was very friendly and very positive set a really good vibe for the place. I feel he put in a effort to help me with what I needed. I'm not sure what his name was but he was tall had a beard and I think he had glasses on with a back brace he had a red shirt. Great representation of the store

Was told part was in stock, drove there to find a out it wasn't there. Computer showed two in stock. Was told inventory has been an issue. Wasted my time and gas.

Recently had a battery go way bad and dashed here one evening to get it replaced. An employee Rob was extremely kind, explaining what he was doing as he helped me find a new battery and replacing it in the dead heat of the sunset. Thanks so much for y all s kindness and hard work!

Needed new windshield wipers all the way around my car. There were about 5 Employees and a Manager and I couldn't get a single person's attendance to ask do assistance?Purchased a total of three wipers. One box was taped backed together and missing parts? Another was the wrong windshield wiper for my rear window.Went to O'Reilly's and they were spot on! He even came outside and helped me put them on.

This store is terriable, they need training on courtesy and safety precautions. They need to place their free trash cans in front of the store, for the public to use, and not use large bags to prop their door open. They should be using door stoppers to prop open their doors. This is not safe. They are so rude, insensitive, and no knowledge on how to run a store.

Bought a part for $200 it doesn't work, my check engine light stayed on got a computer reader to ensure that was the problem. Went back to get a new one because it's supposedly covered for lifetime warranty. They want me to pay the $200 again to order the part just to return it to me once the part is delivered and available for me to pickup. Please explain how this makes any sense.UPDATE: went back to the location to pickup my ordered part, now they can't find my information or my purchase for said part. I had a gentleman tell me the part wasn't even from Autozone and tried to make me out to be a liar when I told him I was there the day before. He said he was there all day and never saw me. I told him who I spoke with, Kevin, and that there was a manager onsite in a grey shirt that confirmed my order and part details. This guy has the audacity to tell me that the people I spoke with must of not been trained correctly and that there is nothing he can do for me. I called a different AutoZone in Oak Hill, they found my order date (January 9th) the part number all in my name as it should be. Will not ever go back to this location and I hope the idiot I had to deal with today is fired! Useless human being can't even do a simple task like looking up a part in a system.
