Had an awesome experience at this location with Adrian & Martin. From the moment we walked in, they were helpful and friendly. We got a new battery, and they replaced it for free. This is going to be our go-to location moving forward. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work

Came to look for a clamp and was rushed out the door at close. Employee told us we shouldn t wait till last minute to come in whenever we had just got off work ourselves and needed the clamp for our brake piston.

They got the worst Manager ever ( Marco ) he refused to remove or install the battery even when I bought it from him, I asked to talk to manager he said I m the manager and no one above me!He should take his job professionally and not Acting like a thatI will never come back there

Staff there seems to have no urgency is helping people quickly. Lot of talking to each other behind the counter while customers wait in line.

All i m gonna say is the manager and two workers are racist, there s a whole video for proof too. Don t even say y all don t tolerate discrimination because if that s true.. these workers would ve been GONE. I ll keep reporting and reporting till something is done. Talking all that but literally look hispanic too!! Y all are embarrassing.

Great service and help. Ordered a battery that got semi lost (no fault of theirs the system is buggy for delivery since it is through door dash) and they recovered it only for me to realize it's was totally not the right battery for my car(on me fully). They were still gracious and kind inspite of my hiccup and had very delightful interaction with the store manager. I'll definitely be back for my next car maintenance purchase 110%.

Good experience! Purchased some break pads and rotors. Manager honored my military discount. He noticed that the discount was not enough so he gave me a better discount! I think this will be my auto parts store now! Thank you for supporting us veterans and taking care of us!

Cat was SUPER HELPFUL! Give her a raise! I'm driving all around town with my kids in the car looking for this part to my AC because it stopped working. Online says 1 in stock everywhere but I showed up and there were none! I called cat at this store and she told me I should order it online when inventory says 1 so I don't have to call 10 stores to see if they have it! You literally saved me two hours in time. THANK YOU CAT!

They were friendly and appeared interested in helping me. The didn't have the part I needed but checked thier system and found it right across the interstate and then called to have them set it aside for me. That was cool.

Best AutoZone experience ever. JR was kind, friendly, and quick to great me as soon as I walked through the door.Came with a dead battery and walked out with a replacement battery after JR looked further in to my previous purchase to uncover that my battery was still under warranty!Big thanks to JR and his assistance!

I got pulled over for not having my license mounted in the front of my car, and Titus came to the rescue! He knew what I needed to buy and even installed my license in the freezing cold all with a great attitude! I m so grateful.

I really like this autozone auto parts on William cannon and bluff springs area.Since Marcus comes to managing this store, everything changes!!especially the customer service ...Marcus was always checking on whether each customer had the right thing in a good manner from his staff.I didn't see him in a while, but he left the culture of giving a good service to all the clients!!Location: East William Cannon.Parking: plenty.Price: affordable.Customer service: EXCELLENT!!Highly recommend!!

amazing experience! i walked in and was helped right away by D. i was concerned that i needed a new battery and the test confirmed it. he provided quick and friendly service and even noted that I needed to fill my brake fluid. i'm not the best with car stuff, so i'm grateful that D was able to help me.

(Update this is not the auto zone I went to it was the new one in the old H E B leaving this up so you know not to go to that one and hoping one of these locations can help me ) tried to sell me wrong Freon sold me kit while I was asking if it would work with my vehicle to which they said yes , did not work for my vehicle the manager didn t know what she was talking about whatsoever and was getting angry at customers who asked for help outside the store. Total incompetence and lack of customer service

Went in for a battery replacement. Snoop saw that no one was there assisting me. He immediately assisted me with great options and offered to change the battery for me. He has a pleasant attitude and customer service skills are superb. I would recommend this location and if you have the chance to have Snoop assist you, you re in good hands.

Danny G the store manager was such a pleasure to work with, kind, happy and professional! He helped me out with swapping alternator and assisted me with air filters and windshield blades with such a positive Attitude! Great human handsdown!

Stop by for power steering pump employee was very rude and unprofessional telling me he wasn t understanding what I was talking about. Yes this people are racist I really hope corporate steps in they have no manners to treat customers

Gets busy frequently due to the convenient location and pretty overall competent staff. A few employees are definitely the knowledgeable ones, but all of them are above average for customer service. It's stocked well with the common stuff, and okay for less common stuff. Check online if you can to avoid a surprise. They always honor defective/warranty replacements, and I've bought enough from this location to have tested that. My go-to for auto parts and tools(in a pinch), and if you have a tough question there always seems to be one employee there they can grab that can answer it. I've never got a made up answer to get me out the door or buying something, which is unfortunately the low bar set by other auto parts store around.

Shouts out to DD for helping me out today. My car didn't start Christmas morning so I came in the next day and DD helped me out with a battery test, new battery, and install. I have always used this AutoZone location for my car battery and other miscellaneous car needs and never been disappointed. Thanks you guys!

Friendly staff and well stocked. I ve been coming to this location for 8+ years. I ve always had a pleasant interaction with the good people there. I highly recommend this location for your auto part needs.Updated *05/25/2021I just want to update this review that say that everything on here is still completely true and I want to callout one particular associate. Titus has been working at this location for a couple of years now and has been my trusted advisor with anything needed at this location. He is professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.
