The mechanic I talk to possessed a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, which was evident in his confidence and precise diagnostic skills. His knowledge base allowed him to accurately identify and resolve any issues (even though he lacked very young) with my vehicle, ensuring a swift and effective repair.Customer Service and Communication:The lady at the phone was also very nice when she called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. My transmission stopped working in New Braunfels, Tx. Humberto the owner from Automotriz Del Norte sent a wreck to pick up my truck all the way here. He was very professional and his crew did and outstanding job with my truck's transmission. My truck was ready within a week at a very reasonable rate. Especially compared to the rates in San Antonio or New Braunfels. The truck is still running like new and it's been almost 2 years. I highly recommend Automotriz Del Norte for your transmission needs.

This shop is great he took very good care of me and got me back on the road running A1 he took care of me in 3 days as he said he would... I recommended him hes a good respectful guy and honest.
