Having visited Autocraft Bodywerks on three separate occasions, I can confidently say their service remains unparalleled. Working with Christian has been an absolute pleasure each time; his attention to detail, professionalism, and customer care truly set him apart. What I especially appreciate is the meticulous detailing my car receives before it's handed back to me - it's like getting a brand new vehicle each time! My 2023 Tesla Model 3 got rear-ended after only 976 miles on the road. I live in Dallas, and all local body shops were backed up due to a recent hailstorm. I ended up going with Autocraft Bodywerks despite the 3+ hour drive, and I have no regrets. Robbie did a great job keeping me updated all along the way, and the car came back in pristine condition. Before and after pictures are attached. Another great aspect of working with Autocraft is their partnership with Elektrica Rental Car. They put me in a rental Model 3 while my car was in the shop and billed the other party's insurance directly. Elektrica can also pursue a diminished claim on your behalf if the other party was wholly at fault. All in all, I highly recommend the team at Autocraft Bodywerks.

Was able to drop off my car and get a rental the same day as the estimate. I was not planning on going through insurance initially, but when I switched it over to go through insurance, they were very helpful and accommodating. And the car detail at the end was nice too!

Christian and the entire team at AutoCraft Bodywerks are amazing! I ve had the misfortune of needing bodywork done on my Tesla on two separate occasions, and both were a stellar experience. On my most recent visit, they were able to repair my bumper as if it was brand new rather than replacing it, which would have cost a lot more.Did a full detail on my car after the repairs. Gave me a ride to and from the rental car place. Communicated properly on how long the repair was going to take and when it was ready for pick up.Just overall amazing customer service as well as the repair workmanship.Highly recommend!

Honestly the work they do is good, but it is a chore and a half to deal with them. It took 7.5 weeks for moderate hail repair job on a Model 3, the first several weeks of which was just them getting the estimate together and approved even though we had already had their PDR shop provide an estimate so they could get started on the process in advance. They lost it and had to do it again. We had to follow up repeatedly about the tint and PPF, and in the end they still didn't get the tint done while it was at the shop getting the PPF reapplied, so I have to get that done separately now.Additionally, my car s antennas no longer work after getting it back so navigation and infotainment are inaccessible. I flagged this to them and they say it's happening to a lot of their customers cars (kind of concerning) so I will have to go pay the Tesla Service Center to resolve it because I am out of warranty. And that means waiting multiple weeks to get an appointment without having connectivity.In the end the car looks good, but I am not looking forward to having to go through this again with them for my other vehicle.

Y all this placs is amazing! My Tesla was stuck on the highway during the hail storm and incurred heavy damage. Autocraft was able to get me in asap! Edgar and Christian went above and beyond taking care of my girl. She looks so good and has been incredibly detailed! She needed it so bad. They made sure my insurance, statefarm, took care of everything. I feel so lucky to have had them on my side. Especially after having a bad experience with the Luxury Caliber Collision. Definitely my go to body shop!!!

I am from Nashville and my bumper popped off while visiting down here. I was in a panic because the Honda dealer said they could not fix it and I could only drive 35 mph without it trying to completely fall off. The Honda dealer recommended Autocraft Bodywerks and I am so grateful they did. Tammie and her team are amazing!!! They had my bumper fixed so I could make the drive home safely in 30 minutes. They were incredibly friendly, thoughtful and a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. Tammie was very thorough and explained the pros and cons of each of my options. Very responsibly priced and very timely. They are great people and I cannot day enough good things about them!!! Autocraft - it wasn't cheap, but you know what you get for cheap. But what it is, is a body shop where the craft of what they do is of primary importance. I had a small fender-bender (front of car), broke the grill and some other stuff, and now it looks like new. Like new. But perhaps the biggest pleasure was the interior of the car was detailed - they do that routinely, as I understand it, and it was dealership, brand-spanking new feeling! A very good experience.

Best Tesla collision body shop in the state! Christian, Bryanna, Edgar, Bri & team are all amazing and made both the 2021 & 2016 feel like new again! Give them a chance if your baby ever needs a rez!

I can't stress enough how outstanding this company is. They removed scratches on my car and made it look terrific. Not only are their prices great, but they are friendly and get things done fast. I will be going to them from here on out for any kind of body work I need.

Where can I start!!Outstanding work from Autocraft south! I was very happy with the work they did on my Plaid S.Edgar, was my advisor and a huge help while my vechile was in the shop.Not only was I updated consistently but he even facetimed me when I had quetions and concerns on my plaid which was great!!!!Also, s/o to Christian his supervisor for also touching base with me and reinsuring me on how my repairs were going.Overall I believe my vehicle looks better now then when i first picked it up.Edgar & Chris. Bravo!!! I will tell ALL my tesla people that you guys are the dream team to work with. Thanks. J.

Best Bodyshop that I have ever used. They thoroughly inspected my car, meticuluously repaired it and detailed it prior to my pickup. I would recommend Autocraft Bodywerks to anyone who wants their car repaired properly.

The employees are nice, especially the manager who greeted me kindly each time I visited the shop. However, the work done on my Model S PLAID is not what I would ve expected from a Tesla third party. Here are some things I believe they need to improve on:1- Quality: Car looked good from the paint perspective, but there were important details that forced me to take the car back. They used the wrong screw to secure the tire and the suspension. I noticed this at home while inspecting the work done - this is a security concern because the car is meant to be driven fast and the tire could quickly fly away with it being loose. Other pieces like the doors had to be revisited multiple times, becase they also weren t set as expected.2- Time: This fix took 4.5 months, which is too long for the amount of damage. The team made a lot of mistakes with trivial stuff which delayed the fix of the car. The battery died while in their care and it was not noticed until after a month. They ordered pieces that didn t fit and had to be reordered, and other things that could ve been prevented.3- Communication: I wasn t contacted for a long time. I d never get updates unless I reached out directly to the manager, I didn t receive details of the pieces being ordered, or status of the car for weeks.4- Price: I can t set your prices, but compared to other markets/bodyshops this was a very expensive job (outside of the price for Tesla parts, i.e. labor costs). I wouldn t take any car here if I had to pay out of pocket.

I gave my Tesla Model S for repair after 4th of July and got my car back after mid October. I ran my car right rear wheel on metal post. There was a small buckled area of the body in front of right wheel. Right rear wheel was crooked and pushed back. Body shop informed me there is only body damage and no damage to suspension. Only wheel alignment needs. It was hard to believe since the wheel was pushed back . I repeatedly asked them and the body shop continued to answer, there is nothing wrong with suspension. They changed rear quarter panel of the car and after over 2 months they planned to return the car to me. Just before I would get the car back, my insurance adjuster informed me that body shop is given more money since they NOW found suspension damage. I talked to the managers and the team and their statement would change every time I would talk to them and will not take responsibility for missing the damage on first assessment. After I received the car in September, on the first day of drive, I found read end of the car shaking when it goes over a bump on fast speed.I asked body shop to go with me for a test drive, but they would find excuses. Finally they asked me to leave the car and they would test drive. I dropped the car and within 2 hours they returned the car, left outside my office, texted me that there is nothing wrong with the car and multiple people did test driveI took the care back, showed them the wheel was crooked and pushed back by mere visual inspection without any gadgets. They realized their blunder. Kept the car for another month. Found damage in Aluminum subframe. Once it was replaced, there was no shaking of the car. However, there was squeaking sound and loud noice when car moves. I took it back, rode with manager and technician. Manager again discredited my complaint and said this could be normal squeaking. Technician was very nice and immediately said, no there is something loose and he needs to torque it. They kept the car and found they assembled a rod in a wrong way by examining another S model they had with them, reverse engineering. As soon as they fixed this problem the shaking was gone.My insurance paid over $21,750. THE BODY SHOP MAIN INTEREST IS TO CHANGE QUARTER PANELS OF CARS EVEN FOR SCRATCH OR FENDER BENDER. So they can make more money.THEY DON T PAY ATTENTION TO ANYTHING ELSE AND DO BLUNDERS AND DISCREDIT CUSTOMER S COMPLAINTS.This is my second bad experience with them.TESLA SHOULD OPEN BODY AND MECHANICAL WORK TO MULTIPLE VENDORS. COMPETITION WILL MAKE VENDORS DO BETTER JOB AND BE MORE ECONOMICAL. EXPENSIVE REPAIRS BY THESE VENDORS WILL MAKE TESLA LESS ATTRACTIVE CHOICE AS INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL CHARGE MORE PREMIUMS.One thing worth mentioning about the shop. They were very professional when it comes to their interaction with consumers. Even when they discredit customer s complaint they do so very professionally. After I pointed out their blunder they became extra nice to me and provided me free Tesla rental for almost 2 months.

Cristian and Edgar, along with their whole team, did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish to get my Rivian's rear end repaired back to factory spec after valet at a local restaurant backed it into a tree. They promptly wrote me a quote, got my truck in quickly, and were dead on to the timeline they gave me (to the day!). My truck looks absolutely perfect. I highly, highly recommend this shop!

I'm so happy to have found this Tesla approved body shop near my house. I have had several incidents with my Tesla Model Y and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are always reliable, helpful, trustworthy, and offer unmatched customer service. Christain is the best and made dealing with my car issues a walk in the park. My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit was in a front end collision in Round Rock. I didn't think twice about who I would send it to. I wanted to use all OEM parts. I wasn't going to risk the safety of myself and others to insurance written cheap aftermarket parts.My service adviser Cristian assured me from the very moment I dropped off that I was in good hands and I would receive my Jeep back in showroom condition. He also kept me up to date with the jeeps progress.If you need repairs to your vehicle, I suggest you trust the professionals at Autocraft! Don't settle for where the insurance suggests you to go. This team will not settle for anything less than perfection.

I had a nasty door ding (deep dent and the paint was compromised) so on the manufacturers list of body shops I found Autocraft Bodywerks. I met Edgar and he handled everything. He introduced me to Charlie at the Dent Repair Shop. I dropped the car first with the Dent Repair Shop and they did an excellent job removing the dent which was on a crease line of the body. They then transported the car to Autocrat Bodywerks who then did their thing.The work that Edgar's team did was excellent. All in all I would highly recommend Edgar, his team, as well as Dent Repair Shop.Service: Painting

These guys are absolute life savers! I have a customized Tesla so unfortunately, Tesla service center was not able to take care of me! I was frantically trying to search for a trustworthy and reliable Tesla certified body shop to fix my sensors and found these guys! From the moment I called to the moment I stepped foot in their business, their crew was absolutely helpful! They took care of us covering all bases from affordability, time, maintenance, and friendly/ professional customer service! You will definitely not be disappointed! Shoutout to Bryanna at the front desk and Edgar for being my representative! All around 5 stars! Would definitely come back for any other issues!

They are easily one of the top Tesla body shops in the Austin area. When I arrived for my repairs I was courteously greeted and taken good care of. That level of service remained throughout the entire repair process! Christian was my representative, and I can t speak highly enough about him.I highly recommend Autocraft for any luxury car repairs.
