Has to be the best place in Austin to replace auto glass. I have a vintage Mercedes and needed rear window reset. Not only they accepted the job (unlike other shops), they did a great job! Super quick and very fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Mark was able to accommodate me quickly this morning with replacing a window after a break in. He gave me a great price and my car was done within an hour of getting there. I appreciate how helpful he was as I dealt with this stressful situation. Would definitely recommend!

Finally got around to fixing my windshield after the big hail storm a few months ago. They fixed it in a few hours, and at a fair price. I'd definitely use them again. Friendly staff, fast service. 10/10 love it!

This company has shotty workmanship and unprofessional service. Although the technician was courteous, the workmanship clearly showed after the first rain storm. My van has now suffered from mold and internal water damage due to their mishandling of my vehicle. When contacted, they refused to honor their lifetime warrenty, although nothing about the small amount of rust treated was mentioned at the time of service.Better use somewhere else if you want a job well done.

Extraordinary customer service, friendly staff, and experienced technicians.I've been to Auto Glass Solutions near Burnet and 183 on more than one occasion. Each time I visited, I was sincerely impressed by the level of service received.From Mark, the technician, to the older gentleman working in the office and the kind lady managing the register, it's apparent this team has their client's best interests in mind.I hope no one ever has to replace a windshield for their car, but if you find yourself in that unfortunate predicament, there's truly no better place for you to go in Austin.

Second time taking two of my cars to Auto Glass Solutions. This time was due to the hail storm, I called thinking there was going to be a wait due to so many damaged cars in the Austin area. I was surprised by the quick response and fast appointment to bring my truck in! Same day appointment and just a couple of hours!! 100% recommended! Try them!

Had a great experience here - really professional and efficient! Needed a broken window replaced, and Mark and his team had me scheduled and completed the job less than 24 hours from when I reached out.I compared prices with quotes at several local places and they had the best price. Will definitely be back next time I need help replacing glass!

They got me in quick and didn't take long to replace my front windshield. Customer service was great! I messaged over a major holiday and they responded with a quote shortly after. Windshield is great! I will definitely take my car here again if needed in the future.

What an experience! My windshield needed to be replaced due to a crack that went nearly all the way across. Unfortunately, my cable that unlatches the hood snapped in half when the team tried to open the hood. They went ahead and replaced the windshield a different way and then promised to pay for the fix on the cable. Luckily, my car was still under warranty so it was covered. That being said, the team picked up my car from the dealership, re-did the windshield so it was better situated and THEN drove my car 20 miles home to me. Exceptional customer service! Thanks, y'all!

My car window needed to be replaced and I reached out to several businesses for some quotes on Yelp. Auto Glass Solutions reached out very quickly with a reasonable price + an opening for the next day.The technician, Chris, was professional and personable I appreciated him giving me a heads up on when he was arriving as well as an ETA of how long it would take to complete. He was amazingly quick, it was fixed it under an hour! Highly recommend Chris and Auto Glass Solutions!

Lisa was so helpful and informative. Although we did not get our windshield repaired at this time, I can assure you that they are at the very least an honest company. They could have charged me well over $400 and instead, Lisa assessed the issue and advised us accordingly. Should I ever need windshield repair, I will for sure be back. You can trust that they will do what is right, and in your best interest and not try to take all your money.

Auto Glass Solutions tackled a very tough job of mine, with replacing my two side windows on my 1988 Fiero and I couldn t be happier with their job well done! These windows are extremely difficult to remove and replace and they were more than happy to get it done for me! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys much appreciated!

Absolutely perfect! They were very courteous and explained everything including about the autodriving calibration. They made sure to get a new windshield with no distortion and the installation looks brand new like it came from the factory. I think they calibrated it better than new becaused it used to favor the right side of the lanes by a few inches so sometimes it would get too close to the right side on a curve, but now it stays in the middle!

Auto Glass Solutions is a gem. I've had two cars worked on by them in the last month, a newer car they did at our house and an older car done at their shop.In both cases, they could not have been quicker or kinder during what has been a challenging time after the recent hail storm, including taking on an antique car with noteworthy care and confidence (deserved confidence, I'll point out, because they delivered wonderfully).The scheduling was easy over the phone, and they kept me informed at each stage of the process. Auto Glass and Chris, the technician who helped me, worked with my schedule and were able to come to my place the very same day that I contacted them. Chris was very kind and did an excellent job. Gave me some heads up on next steps to take and also cleaned up the glass from my previous shattered windscreen. I would highly recommend them to anyone with windshield difficulties.

Will definitely use Auto Glass Solutions again. New windshield was in stock and they were able to do a mobile installation within two days. Chris did a great job communicating his ETA and installing a new windshield on a Toyota Land Cruiser and it looks great!

We have taken all of our vehicles here for several years now. We have never had an issue with the quality of product or service. We have had windshields replaced, chips sealed, and new chaulking applied to side windows on vehicles that we were restoring.They have been able to schedule us for same-day service on an occasion as well. We recently had a few chips repaired on our 28' RV windshield and they were thoughtful enough to give us suggestions with how we could pull into the place (back in) for service.Their prices are very reasonable and they have completed all work in a short amount of time each time we visit. If they are busy, I would suggest dropping off the vehicle so they can fit it into their schedule. Auto Glass Solutions gave me an amazing experience. They were incredible with communication and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. The technician was great to work with as well coordinating around my schedule. On top of all of this, they beat Safelite's pricing by roughly $150 for a windshield replacement. Update: Window was nailed by a boulder after my repair lol Good ol' Austin highways and gravel trucks driving like they are in NASCAR..had to get the window replaced completely. I refused to go anywhere else but AGS. They found a window, called me to scheduled and had me taken care of within days and on the apt date the turn around time to get my car back was SO fast. Still recommend this business!Beyond impressed with this company. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and professional. They took my call immediately, answered all my questions and got me an appointment same day (thank goodness) and repaired it SO fast. Prices, time and customer service far out-weight the bigger named companies. I was told it would be 2 week wait prior to contacting AGS. Only to get it all done same day for half the price by Auto Glass Solutions. Wild! Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield repair

The rubber gasket around my windshield started coming up so I stopped by Auto Glass Solutions. I was helped promptly and they explained it was safe to glue that piece down and explained how to do so. I was already happy that they explained how I could fix it myself instead of just charging me to do it themselves, but they took it a step farther and glued it down right then without charging me. Super nice and helpful! I'll definitely be going to them if I need window work in the future.
