Highly recommend! And they re local!! I was referred via insurance and suggest anyone that needs a vehicle window repair to go through Austin Windshield. Austin Windshield helped to make a typically annoying/stressful situation into a fast, smooth, easy, and fast process! They came to my work to fix the problem, super communicative and went above and beyond! They proactively helped source/identify parts on my vehicle that needed to be looked into further due to typical wear and tear. Thank you for all your help Jas! I recommend anyone in Central Texas use Austin Windshields! You won t regret it. Fast, trustworthy, communicative, helpful and made a typically annoying/stressful situation an easy one!

Michael did a great job! Provided great customer service, he was very knowledgable , came right on time and did an excellent job in replacing my windshield in my garage. And I got the best quote from them. Hated to spend the money but I had no choice. Thanks for the great work! Highly recommend!

Stellar work.Long story short, I had previously been scheduled with another company who was becoming more and more disorganized. I called these folks just before noon and was told to expect a follow up call shortly. They were here at my office just after 2 PM and done in about 20 minutes.The work was done correctly and the rock chip is barely visible now. They're on the high side of the price range for a rock chip repair, BUT you get excellent service and none of the hassle of that certain nationwide chain that every car insurer refers everyone to.Local. Excellent service. Superior workmanship. What's not to give five stars for?Service: Auto windshield repair

Please avoid of this company , they changed the name from atlas Auto Glass to Austin windshield , many bad and fake reviews on Yelp from , they broken my rear view mirror and technician scratched my driver side seat , called the owner and notified they are contractor so they don t get any responsibility . Unsatisfied .

They communicated quick and technical replaced our driver side window less than and hour , immediately noticed the technician there is a lot of glass still on my door panel left scratches all over my door Frame, used this company last year for my daughter windshield completely satisfied but this is completely unacceptable o won t hire them again and not recommend anymore

The owner responded within an hour, set up and appointment the next day, and gave me a time between 9 and 12. They were there by 9:30, did a great job at a resonable price. I hope I never have to call again, but if I do I will I know who to call.

Making an appointment was easy, I was told they would come between 1pm and 5pm to replace my windshield. I got a text msg at 2pm stating someone would come between 4pm and 4:30pm. And they did. The guy did a good job but his attitude was not courteous. He did not say hello or goodbye, he spoke bad english, was visibly annoyed that I stayed the first minutes to check what he was doing (I am curious). All in all the job got done, but the service can improve...
