Great customer service. Had a part break on my project car so I called them to see if they had what I needed, which they did. Went in to purchase the part and was in and out in 5 minutes with the part I need, and another ordered and arriving in just a few days. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a dealership.

wrong item, even after they requested the VIN#. Did not reimbursed me for return shipping fees.

If a part is to be installed, shouldn't the part be available, especially in since an appointment was made weeks in advance to have the part installed?
