Terrible service, know nothing about what they are selling and overprice everything without listening to reason. Very disappointed, don't waste your time the staff is rude and will do their best to scam you out of your money. F-

We had an emergency and needed a part quick. They had the part we needed and were able to get back on the road. I would recommend this place for used parts.

This place is amazing. The owner and staff are so welcoming and will go beyond to help you. My car tire started to come off it s track,They towed it back to there shop free of chargeAnd only charge me 100$ to fix the lug nuts and replace the studs. Honestly I d give them 10 stars if possible. Thanks for coming to save me and get me back on the road safely. :):):)

Paid $50 for a battery that their manager, who looked comically like a caricature of a burglar in a cartoon, was charged and ready for use. Not only was that a lie but the battery was incapable of even holding a charge after the vehicle was run multiples of hours on more than one occasion. This business is a joke.

To far to travel and not be able to buy what you called and asked for. It's difficult to move around and presents safety hazards for youth. I do not recommend taking your kids. Most cars are pretty torn up. I've been to many salvage yards and this one is not one of my favorites.

TOTAL SCAM. I needed to replace my drivers seat for my Nissan Armada. I shopped around for a new one and it ran about $300. I thought it was too much for a seat so I would save money finding a used one at Austin Express Auto Parts. On a Monday afternoon I called and spoke with AK the owner he told me he would get one for me the next day morning @ $140 plus tax $162 CASH up front, slightly 'wet' condition from the outside temperature and no memory, which I didn't need. I went the next day in the morning and he told me to come back since the truck was running late. I returned later that day and he again told me to come back the next day because the truck already came in the morning before they were open. He blatantly lied to me because earlier he told me that they hadn't made their delivery at the time.I returned again 3 days later on Thursday and finally the seat had arrived, they never called me or anything to let me notify me since he already had my money. I noticed that the seat was first a completely different color then what I ordered, it was tanned color not black leather. And secondly it was more then just 'wet' it was badly worn down. I was frustrated because I made multiple trips to the shop only to be given the wrong item. I called AK since he was not in the shop at the time and he told me that I never told him what color of set I wanted, which was a complete lie. And he couldn't justify that this was a badly used seat not just a 'little wet'. I demanded a refund and he told me that there is No refunds, even though his signs clearly state they provide refunds and exchange, this is also stated on the receipt he gave me. He then hung up on me.I didn't want any issues so I was going to pay my mechanic to un-stitch the leather from my seat an replace it with this one. But I realized that before I left his shop I wanted to make sure the seat worked since he wasn't going to issue me a refund and at that point I didn't feel comfortable leaving out of his shop in case the item was broken. He refused to check it and told me that I could go sue him if I wanted and told me to leave his property. At this point I realized I had to call the cops since by now I knew he was running a scam and I just wanted to get my money back. When the officers came they told me there was nothing I could really do other then me take him to civil court since my receipt didn't specify 'black' on it. I don't them that I didn't want to call the 911 and the explained to me that lately they've been getting calls out to this business. It is now going to cost me nearly the same amount to have the leather replaced from my old seat to this tanned one as buying a NEW seat. Worst of all I'm not certain the seat even works. I should have read his reviews before going. My mechanic told me that he also purchased a used engine from him years ago that was bad, he lost nearly $600 from that transaction. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Good place, great employees, provided a good part. Wish the return policy was a bit different, I was able to fix what was wrong with truck. Could not return the part that I purchased. I don't need an exchange or credit. I'd likey $40 back.

Very terrible service. Bought a steering wheel after being assured it would fit my vehicle. It didn't because the hub was still on the car they tore the wheel from. I contacted them repeatedly to get the piece they had already sold me, even offering to pay double what I initially planned to get it all.Weeks of waiting on the unfriendly unhelpful "mechanics" and other "staff."

I called to get a price quote and then I get a voice mail that they are busy. And when it asked me to leave a message it said the inbox is full and then said error. Not a good impression if they can't get the phone service right then what are there parts like....

Can't knock them for not having the rare and very specific part I needed, and they were as helpful as could be at directing me to where I might have found it had it been there

Called for a part and Mike, the guy working there, said that he had one there and to come take a look at it before it was pulled as it was an unusual part. Went there and saw that it was indeed the right part and paid for it in advance to assure that I got that part. Mike said that they were short handed and that he would call me when he had it removed, most likely the next day. I was good with that as it was LABOR DAY! Mike called me 2 1/2 hours later and said that he had it out. He texted me a picture of the part and it looked great so I pick it up! Couldn't ask for better service at an Auto Salvage yard on a HOLIDAY! Keep up the great work Mike!

Please do not shop here! The owner has no respect for customers. They do not deserve your business! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had, ANYWHERE.I called Austin Express Auto Parts on a Saturday at 4:00pm to find a replacement wheel/rim and tire for a Toyota Yaris. I spoke to an employee (I believe named Auggie) who gathered my information and promised he'd give me a call back after he searched. After an hour and a half of waiting I had to call again to ask, spoke to the same employee, and he stated they did have the wheel and although they are busy, I could go pick it up as they close at 6:00pm. Since it was already 5:30 at this point, I said I wouldn't keep them there late and I will go when they open the next day.I drove down 20 miles from Parmer Lane, arrived at 9:00am (opening time) on the following day and found they were not open yet, the owner and two other employees casually rolled up about 10 minutes later. I explained my situation and who I spoke to, he stated that 'the tire guy isn't here, so this other guy is gonna go look'. I waited 45 minutes, was not acknowledged or spoken to during this time, but I was under the impression that I was being helped so I was patient. The office was filled with mosquitoes and I had to go out to my car to get bug spray. Since I had to leave for work, I found the owner and let him know I was running out of time, he then went to find the other employee. After the owner found the other employee, they said they actually did not have the wheel/rim and tire. I became confused because I was told on the phone by another employee last night that they did have it and it was set aside. I asked the owner if he'd be willing to call Auggie to ask him if he knows where the wheel was placed, but he responded "no I'm not calling anyone, you can wait or you can go." I had to leave without my replacement wheel, was 30 minutes late to work, and was eaten alive from mosquitoes.TLDR version:I called ahead and was told I'd have a wheel waiting for me... I drove 20 miles down from Parmer and when I got there at opening time they weren't even open... I had to wait an hour, was bit by mosquitoes, and was told there is no wheel... This business is the worst I've ever encountered.

No Love for these guys whatsoever, this is a "Junkyard" not a new car dealership people go to save money because of financial issues if you want to get a great red carpet wave and a glass of wine hit the high end people believe me I don't think in any junk yard ain't no one getting special recognition you on your own look for your part yank it off the damn thing and done. I've worked for the owner and he's a cool dude not to mention the boss lady buying lunch when I agreed to skip my lunch break to get the job done. If I'm being a smart a** then so be it but ain't no Junkyard giving you a warm welcome lol It is what it is and AEAP is not bad whatsoever.

The sshitiest customer service known to man! I have been dealing with these people for 3 days now. All I asked for was the driver side headlight and bracket.. They've me the passenger side. And many more unsatisfactory details to this story. You would think because they are in the salvage industry they would have knowledge on these things but apparently they are all a bunch of uneducated failed mechanics.

If I could give ZERO I would...I called looking for a part. They told me they had it and I let them know I would be driving almost 2 hours to get there. My exact words were, "I am driving from San Antonio. Are you sure you have it?!" and they said yes!Drove all the way there, and after 30 minutes, they tell me that they can't find the CAR to take the piece out. THEY COULDN'T FIND A CAR THEY HAD IN INVENTORY! 15 minutes later, he comes back to confirm he can't find it.When I asked why they would tell me they had it when I called ahead of time, they said it was an "accident".I guess they accidentally misplaced an entire car....

I called checking to see on the parts i needed for to specific vehicles and was told yes im sure that we have them after walking the entire yard with no rhyme or reason to the scattered mess to find out they just wanted to have you quest and hope for the best they had nothing close to what i inquired of. 1 star for answering the phone go anywhere but there is my advice.

I got a mirror put on here in less than 10 minuets. Although they didn t have the matching color it was worth the price and time. I would recommend this salvage yard!

Second time I've had issues with calling for a price and going in a few days later and them trying to charge a higher rate because they forgot they've already quoted me. LKQ is right down the road and isn't ran by meth heads.

Employee Michael gave us the wrong engine for $866. We returned it and we were offered another engine but it was broken during the process of removal. Eventually we were given a full refund by the manager who was very professional but we made a report to the BBB in the meantime. I don't know if Michael still works there.

Didn't have all of what I needed as to be expected in a junk yard, staff was friendly and knowledgeable enough when they finally got around to helping me, only went here as the guy I work for has been doing business with him for decades.

Overcharges for parts. Guy at the counter acted like all of his USED parts were brand new. Wanted way too much for hunks of plastic. Go elsewhere for parts.

Bought a motor $600, then paid another $500 to swap it out from my car. Once I started my car the engine was knocking hard, do they not have their engines or transmission tested before they sell it.

Called about a part and was told they had it, upon arrival they didn't know what I was talking about, went to check and came back saying inventory was wrong. Drove 30 miles for nothing!
