Love, love, love the guys here! They've kept my 2011 Q5 running and safe since 2016. Friendly, good work, guaranteed, and always helpful. I suspect my car throws random engine codes just so she can go spend with Ruben.

Great service and an amazing team! I own a 94 Mercedes and it s had some issues and they took care of everything quick and affordable!! 10/10 recommend for all Mercedes repairs!!! Thank you for taking care of us!!

This shop is the only place I will take my car in Austin. I've been taking my cars here for 5 years (I've had 2 different Volvo C30s) and have nothing but great things to say. They shop is honest and fair and they don't rip you off.. they make suggestions when they see things that can be fixed, but aren't pushy and they don't try to scare you into getting things repaired that don't need to be.I should note: I have been going to this shop for years and have never met the guys in person. Their shop is only open from 8-5, and I work on the opposite side of town 8-5.. so I always drop off and pick up my car after hours. They are extremely accommodating and flexible in this regard. I should also note that while the phone will not be answered and you can't "officially" drop your car off with the office folks after hours.. I have often times seen mechanics working well into the night here. It seems they take their work very seriously and it truly shows in their work product!Ruben is VERY responsive, reliable and communicative. I would highly recommend this shop to any European car owner.

Honest/ affordable/ friendly service/ Honesty did I mention Honest !!! The most reliable, thoughtful mechanic in the Austin area did I mention Honest ! Very good mechanic and all.around a great place to have your car serviced for any need that arises' is there a better option for car care, I'm Frayed-Knot ' you'll be ecstatic with this place and the honesty as well as prices..

I have had a scheduled 20.000 miles service with them plus the change of brake pads. They were nice, on time, did everything perfectly. Absolutely a good experience if you do not want to pay double at the Mercedes dealer, where the waiting area and cafe might be better, but I do not want to spend 2-300 bucks on coffee... :)

Although the car didn't belong to me, I went with my girl to have service done. Robert was polite, on-time, and most of all HONEST. I highly recommend Austin Autohaus for anyone looking for awesome service at a great price and top notch mechanics. Personality says it all at this place.

Despite the fact of having a luxury car, the people of Austin Autohaus always find a way to make things as financially sound as possible. My experience here has been one of a kind. They always treat you with the outmost respect, and try to work with you when it comes down to payments. Definitely worth my while, I highly recommend their services to anyone

While they are nice, I would never bring my car here again. They made no attempt to check DEF level of my Mercedes Bluetec. They said I should wait for light to come on (which it did shortly after my car was serviced). My previous mechanic checked it at every oil change so I wouldn't have to bring car in just for DEF replacement. I had my car checked by another mechanic after Austin Autohaus. As soon as he was in the car, he said there is an engine or transmission mount issue. He showed me the part, which was completely worn out, and now my car drives like new. Autohaus didn't notice it. Finally, I know I had an oil cooler seal leak (there were some spots in garage 9 months ago). Previous shop cleaned it to check later to be sure of where leak was coming. Authaus confirmed the location, but now I have spots all over my driveway, though I had 0 spots the last nine months. I called, and said I was disappointed, and that I was willing to pay for parts of what was done correctly, but wanted a refund for other labor. They said no, politely, and that I could take my car to whomever I choose.

Reuben was able to get me in and out with my issue resolved, very professional, and in a timely manner. Thank you Reuben for your excellent customer care. Definitely coming back to Austin Autohaus if any other issues.

These guys are the best. I had ridiculous amounts of trouble with my car that took several weeks of work to finally fix and they were friendly and helpful the entire time. Definitely recommend

Being a business owner myself, I definitely appreciate what Scott and the whole staff do at Austin Autohaus. I have an 87 turbo diesel wagon and they do the best work for mycar & to ensure my family is safe. I won't go anywhere else.

I have owned a used MB GL320 for a little over a year and have needed several repairs. Robert and the mechanics at Austin Autohaus have done a great job each time and the price is very competitive and fair.
