Justin was very accommodating. He worked in my new Range Rover. A polish and did a ceramic coating. Clean and organized shop. He really cares and he s a perfectionist. Your car is in good hands with him

The team there is very professional, courteous and caring. I have had two cars done with paint protection film and am very impressed with the quality of the film and very fine details of the installation process. They go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the process is perfect. Highly recommended! Thanks Kim, Justin and Ivan!! It is rare to come across such nice people and y all really stand out. My only regret with using Justin and the folks at Austin Auto Spa was how long it took for me to write this review. Justin did a COMPLETELY CUSTOM wrap from a favorite anime of mine and it came out beautifully, as well as tinting. We're there a few problems that came up? Yes, with any small shop not everything is perfect. But through scheduling errors and personnel changes, Justin did an amazing job in a timely manner while taking care of any blemishes and giving me that "extra mile" care. He worked with me to provide his creative professional opinion and included my own opinions to really create a truly unique look and I couldn't be happier. If I'm being extremely critical, there is one corner in the colored PPF thats peeling back, but that can easily be my doing. Going to reach out and see what can be done; Justin always helps out.Service: Window tinting

Justin was so kind to work with, and always did an exceptional job cleaning and detailing my Range Rover. He always got me scheduled in a timely manner and was flexible when I needed to reschedule. He also helped with a front bumper detail, and did an outstanding job. If I wasn t moving states, I would absolutely continue to use his service. My car is my baby. Noone...NOONE...works on my car. Not even the dealer if I can help it. Mechanical work(clutch changes to oil changes), detailing work and pretty much anything else are done by me in my garage. That is the one way to guarantee that everything is absolutely perfect. For something like a ceramic coating, you want a professional that doesn't have to watch YouTube to see how it's done. I certainly had no knowledge in that area and I needed such a professional.Justin(owner) is your guy. I did extensive research and got several estimates. Justin came out to my house on a Sunday and took a look at my car. He gave me a verbal estimate after I told him what I wanted(I ended up with the Gold package and had a long list of extras) and followed it up not half an hour later with a formal estimate via email. That estimate had EVERYTHING we had discussed. Nothing left out, no surprises...just exactly as expected. This was November.So then Christmas hit...money gets tight, you travel and get busy...whatever. I didn't have a chance to get back to Justin til late December. Guess what? No problem...estimate is still good and he can get my car in early January for his gold package.It was difficult for me to leave my car with him. Like I said, I'm VERY particular about my car. He had it for a few days and then called when it was ready. It is perfect. I never knew my car could shine like it does. The plastic parts all look new and the car absolutely glows. I also asked Justin to ceramic coat the wheels and Brembo calipers. They simply look showroom new.Long story short, these guys are good. They know what they are doing and can be trusted with your vehicle. Justin is honest and stands behind his work. When I am going to spend over a thousand dollars for a bunch of ceramic/paint/vinyl work, I care that he does the job right the first time. That is all that should matter, all that does matter and is exactly what I got. Thank you Justin!

Did front end PPF wrap, 5-year ceramic pro package, caliber paint, and window tinting for both my model 3 and most recently for my wife s Tesla model Y. Justin did a great job and made sure to follow up and finish any remaining parts after getting the car. Justin is friendly and easy to deal with. Justin makes sure to listen to the voice of his customers, attend to their needs and accommodate any personal customization requests. Justin did a quality job and always available for after sale service, questions or follow ups!Services: Full body wash, Window tinting

Cannot say enough great things about Justin, his family, and his business. He uses first-rate products and stands by them and his work. He is also very fair and reasonable in his pricing. I would not hesitate to deal with him in the future for vehicle needs, nor should you. Be patient, communicate with him, and you'll be just as happy with the results as I have been.

Got my car ceramic coated and paint protection film applied in the front. After the coat and film cured, I found very small spots of peeling (which is normal since the film needs to be stretched to apply), but Justin was able to fix it perfectly.People like Justin are rare these days, he takes any concerns and feedback seriously and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. He won't leave you hanging no matter how minor the issue.Justin is very knowledgeable and is always eager to help you out. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Austin Auto Spa is a family owned business and not part of a huge corporation, so you will get a lot more attention to your car and an owner who truly cares about customer satisfaction.

I have nothing but good things to say about Justin and his team at Austin Auto Spa. Justin worked with me to come up with the right plan for my vehicle and we ended up with the Gold Ceramic Pro package. Light scratches were removed and I was left with an amazingly deep and glossy finish. I am extremely satisfied with the results.Justin's dedication to customer service is second to none. He stressed to me the importance of building relationships and working with his clients after the job is done. I have brought my car back for follow up details and he always helps me with tips and tricks to keep the car looking great when cleaning at home.If you're looking for a REAL detail service or considering a ceramic coating for your vehicle do not think twice about picking Austin Auto Spa.Service: Auto detailing

Just picked up my Grand Cherokee from Austin Auto Spa. I was originally going to have a premium detail with wax done. After speaking with Justin, I decided to spend a little more and get a Ceramic coating. It turned out amazing! Literally looks like a different car!My vehicle certainly got all the attention I was hoping for plus more.The exterior is smooth like glass and will stay that way! The inside has never been cleaner.Justin was very knowledgable and patient with me when I went to speak with him about my detail. I had a lit of questions about the coating and originally was NOT going to do it. After seeing a demonstration and weighing out the finances, it was definitely worth it!I can't wait to try my next hand wash after this awesome coating!Thank you Justin and Team* I would recommend stopping in versus calling. Seeing first hand and getting the eduction is worth the trip and time.

I was in a bind Friday afternoon trying to figure out where a leak was coming from in my engine. Talked with Justin and since I wasn't needing a detailed cleaning, he said to just swing by for a quick engine clean on the house! He and Ivan took care of me when I came out and put on a cleaner and power washed my engine. Looks like they saved me bigger bucks from having to take it to a mechanic because it looks like it might be a hose and not the radiator that I need to replace. They were really nice about this and they are good people! So a big thumbs up and a big thank you!!!Service: Engine detailing

Recently we had our Car's (Model-3) PPF & Ceramic pro coating done from Austin Auto Spa and they really did an excellent job.The owner Justin is a very decent person who follows honest business practices & cares about quality of the products and services they provide to customers. He does believe in and very sincerely tries to build long-term business relations with customers.Justin is also very responsible owner and respectful person. Their staff is also very professional, courteous and they did a great job, also, perfectly on time.We ve rarely seen such thorough auto-service and would certainly recommend Austin Auto Spa, for any interior as well as exterior jobs, on any automobile.

My wife purchased a new Mazda Cx-5. She tends to keep her vehicles for many years. We wanted a durable finish that would hold up with the intense sun and heat. Justin explained the process in detail as well as the warranty. The work was done on time for the price he quoted with no up charges. The car is beautiful. We were impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. What an excellent experience!

Let me just say, like a few others already posted here I don't trust just anybody with my cars. I don't even let the dealer touch my car if I can help it, as I've had lots of damage done to my car by careless technicians. That being said, I don't have enough good things to say about Justin and his staff!! They're all very friendly and take great care of your vehicle while they have it. I had the misfortune of having Cement construction dust caked on the car only 6 days after buying it (2018 Dodge Charger) and it proved to be extremely difficult to remove on my own and for fear of scratching the paint further, I brought it to Justin's shop after he came highly recommended. Not only was he able to get me in on short notice, but he was able to get it completely dust free and detailed that same day!! Car turned out sharp, spotless, and in even better condition then it left the dealership the day I bought it! Everybody worked together and meticulously took their time to make sure nothing was missed, that I was completely satisfied with the work, and even double and triple checked the car afterwards. I will definitely be adding Justin and his staff to the short list of people I trust with my vehicle, as well as recommending him to family and friends!

I took my truck to Justin at ATX Detailing to get the Ceramic Pro coating put on. They did a KILLER JOB! I LOVE IT! great customer service, clean professional shop, and the job they did looks fantastic! I highly recommend these guys as they know what they are doing! Worth every penny

I can only express pure anger and frustration with this company. I ve been dealing with them for 6 weeks now with no resolve. The short story is we had vomit in the front passenger seat of our 6mo old car, the mobile guy, Ivan, came out the next day but didn t have all the equipment to fully clean the chair. In the process he managed to scratch up the leather door handle/panel with a metal tipped vacuum. I contacted Justin about it and he seemed to be willing to work with me to get the door panel replaced. I ve reached out several times over the past 2 weeks with no response. First new car I ve ever purchased and these guys tear it up. Oh, and I had to take my car to someone else to get the remaining smell out of the car. Between replacing the door panel and paying ATX, I m out $820.Update: It s interesting that you can respond to a review in 4mins but can t return a call or text for 2 weeks.Update 6/12: After meeting Justin at his shop in early April, I was hopeful he was going to make good on his promise to right his employee s wrong. He arranged to have someone review the damage, that man came out and now I haven t heard from Justin since. That was two months ago with multiple attempts to reach out to him for a response. Still nothing. Justin, if you re reading this, please call me so we can wrap this up.

Very satisfied and would definitely use again. Excellent workmanship and resulting PPF application was great with attention to every detail.Dinged 1 star as the customer experience was good but not perfect. Small company, focused more on their product. Should have spent time describing the PPF film and their methods when I dropped off the car.

I had a 37ft Motorhome washed and waxed.They did an outstanding job. Even shined my tires and put the covers back on. Price was fair for their services and they washed my rig while I was at work. I work 10hr days and could not take on the task any time soon. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that kind of service. Thanks!

I tried scheduling with them and NO ONE reached out back to me. Their website claims to be open 7 days a week, that is incorrect. They say they will reach back within 24 hours but its been about 4 days and still NOTHING. I have called from my personal cell and from work, send texts and even went to their FB page to send a direct message from there and still NOTHING. If this is how they treat potential customers, I cant imagine how they treat current customers if one of them were to mess up on your car.*Update*The owner? Not sure who really but they finally responded once they saw the negative reviews. If you want to see the full conversation please go to their Facebook page for all the screenshots. What this person doesn't understand is that I was very excited to get my car detailed from this business. That is DEFINITELY not the case now. I've been in the customer service business for all my working life and never have I seen a business owner speak in this manner to a customer, potential or otherwise.

I had my new M2 competition treated with ceramic coating by ATX auto spa and it is amazing. I ve had the car for over a month now with the coating on it and it doesn t need to be washed. My wife is sincerely jealous that my car looks like it rolled off the factory floor every day. There was a part of me that that ceramic coating may be a bit of snake oil but it isn t, it s actually amazing and from this point forward the first stop for any car I buy will be ATX auto spa. Thanks guys!
