Took my car here because I dont own an alignment machine. As a highly skilled mechanic myself, I can tell these guys are fair, Knowledgeable and honest. Real recognizes real.

These guys are so nice and accommodating! I brought my car to them because when I was getting my tires replaced, the tire/auto shop told me that all of my brakes needed to be replaced. I called around for estimates and Austin's Finest quoted me a better price AND warrantee than anywhere else. And when I got there, the first thing they said was "let's see if you ACTUALLY need all the brakes replaced" just to make sure that the other auto shop wasn't over-diagnosing the problem just to upcharge me. Repairs were quick and there were no hidden charges, highly recommend!!

called in to try and schedule an appointment for an alignment for my 2022 Model S. Also have a few other cars and I like to go to the same shop for all. The guy said that they dont do Tesla's "because we dont want to mess with the software and stuff". I have owned a Tesla for years and have always gotten my tires and alignments done at a 3rd party because there is literally no difference. I tried to tell him that there is literally no difference, and no need to mess with "software" for a wheel alignment (Tesla service has normal laser racks, no different) and he just said "yeah, we just pass". Guy clearly has no idea what hes talking about, and would not take any of my cars to a shop running on that type of ignorance.This message is for the shop owner - your people are turning away great business due to ignorance/incorrect information. Go call any other tire and wheel shop and ask them. Tesla's have the same wheel and tire setups as any other car. Same as my C8 corvette, and my lifted FJ cruiser, and every other car I have had. I have always gone to an independent shop for my work and will continue to do so. Just not with y'all.

Earlier today I ran over a curb I couldn't see and it knocked my alignment off. I had my vehicle towed to Austin's Finest Alignment & Brake and explained to them how important it was for me to get back on the rode as soon as possible. The awesome workers there got the parts needed and my truck back up and running in less than 3 and a half hours. They were also very professional and they didn't try to break my bank. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend anyone have car issues to check them out 1st.Service: Wheel alignment

These guys are amazing! They were fast and so knowledgeable and really nice guys! I had some front end work done by a "mobile mechanic" and thank God I was already on my way to see them to have my alignment done because I almost lost half my car and my life! I literally broke down across the street from their shop but they helped me out and got me back on the road! Don't waste your time and money on other places and just bring it here and get it done right the first time. Thanks again guys!

I needed a wheel alignment, close to home and nearly went to Firestone but I really prefer to use small, locally-owned businesses whenever possible. I was recommended to these guys from my trusted mechanic of many years. They were everything I had hoped. Called the day before and John walked me through what to expect. He was patient and a good listener to my long winded issue. I got there early as instructed and I was in and out like butter. They talked to me before every step and we re honest and straight forward. I felt like these guys are professional but also very friendly and down to earth. Their prices are fair and they deserve every penny. I immediately could tell the difference in how my truck drove just off the lot. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Never noticed the shop back there, but glad we found them online. Friendly, brief, and to the point over the phone. Accurate with their time and cost estimates. Then followed through with sending good work out the door.We just needed regular (but overdue) maintenance brake work this time. Both our trucks are due for alignment and general tightening up, among other things. We'll be checking back in the fall to get them camping and 4x4 adventure ready again. Thanks!

I hardly ever write reviews (I should more often), but I've never been happier to give someone my $ for an alignment. These guys were super friendly, informative, and got my Jeep running nice and true again (they are the 3rd place that tried). Will absolutely do business with these guys in the future. I had some suspension issues a day or two before a planned road trip. Dropped off my car in the morning and discussed the issue. I was told they would figure it out and call me by noon with a diagnosis and quote. I had my brakes and alignment done at Austin's Finest. I had a last minute brake job and alignment needed before a trip, and they were able to get me taken care of quickly and affordably. Jesse was upfront about timing and costs, explained everything clearly, and hustled to get it ready by the end of the day. Another employee (I didn't catch his name) explained some pulling in my steering due to new tires, and when I came back a week later to get it fixed up, they did it fast, cheap, and perfect. I highly recommend Austin's Finest to everyone and will be getting all of my brake, alignment, and suspension work done here from now on!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

These guys are the best, and I'll be doing my future brake jobs here thanks to their help on Friday.So my brakes went out on Thursday night, like something really bad that I know is going to cost me a lot of money. I made a few calls and nobody had openings until Monday, but Austin's Finest said they could get me in first thing on Friday. I didn't even make it out til mid day, and Jesse remembered me from the phone and got to work on diagnosing the car. Hoping that he'd be able to do the repair, I headed home. Sadly, he called me to tell me he thinks he knows the issue but due to my car being a hybrid, he wasn't equipped to work on the vehicle. I went back to pick it up and Jesse explained the problem in detail and why he couldn't do the repair. He never asked for a dollar even for doing the diagnosis, and I appreciate the complete honesty as obviously he'd prefer the business.Armed with the information Jesse told me, I was able to find a shop that should be able to do the repairs. Unfortunately it's not going to be until next week, meaning I'm without a car for the weekend. Really wish Jesse could have done the repairs! Like I said, I will be bringing my car here for any future brake issues.

Highly recommend these guys. Long story short dozed off and veered into a concrete divider. Afterwards my truck vibrated badly. I first took it to Goodyear on Bee Caves because close to my house. They said they didn t see anything, said both front tires were separating anddid an alignment. No improvement. So I went immediately to Discount Tires. Told them what happened, bought 2 front tires, figured if the left wheel was bent it would show up when they balanced and rotated the tires. Afterwards, I felt vibration in the rear. So, finally, I took it to Austin s Best.John at Austin s Best, said there were no tire weights on the back left and there was no way Discount Tire could have balanced that wheel and the front end alignment was not right. So they replace the back left with my spare and did an alignment.When I picked the car up they showed me a video of the back left wheel with the new tire from Discount Tire. It wobbled like crazy.Now the truck rides like a new truck. I am going to take that video and my realignment invoice and use them to torture both Goodyear and Discount Tire.The lesson here go to Austin s Finest first even if it is a drive across town.

My spot for brakes and suspension. These guys are fast and honest and fair, even informing me that the rear drums that the dealership had told me needed replacing was as good as new, so they sent me pictures and cleaned up the old drums and I had my truck back the same day. I recommend these guys to everyone

Not sure how these guys got any bad reviews. John and Jesse are super cool guys that are willing to talk and discuss so I'm sure if there's any issues they would've been on top of it to fix asap. Brought in my old Mercedes ML that had rust that ate through both rear brake lines and they were able to get me in and out in the same day while also swapping out front pads and rotors with my own parts that I brought in.No BS. No crazy upselling or dealership-style fear-mongering. Would definitely recommend.

Honest and transparent guys at this place. Went in for a performance alignment to get a little more oomph out of my handling. They weren t sure if they would have time to see me, but they overdelivered and finished hours earlier than I anticipated. The service here was great! They called me with every update to my car with the options and pricing that went along with it. The part for my car ended up being more specific than originally thought, so it took a little longer, however they stayed open late to finish my car and called for me to come pick it up the same night. This was very beneficial since I needed to be out of town the same night. My cars steering is working great and the pump no longer vibrates or makes any unwarranted noise.

Steel brake lines on my 2000 Honda CR-V rusted out and broke. The auto shop I usually go to was unable to do the repair. Austin s Finest assessed the whole brake system, gave an accurate estimate, and put in a lot of time removing and replacing all the rusted lines. Difficult repair given the extent of the rust damage and location of the brake lines, running in the same conduit as the fuel line. They got the job done fast and for less money than I expected. Everything looks solid on the repair. Confident in the quality of the work. I ll be going back to them for future brake and suspension needs.

Great, friendly service.I brought my E250 van in because it seemed the rear brakes were "grinding" a bit, or so they sounded. I assumed the pads were worn out and needed replacement and maybe the rotors turned.These guys checked the braked thoroughly on all four wheels and all were in great shape. What I was hearing was the result of some odd tire wear caused by bad shocks (which I'd had replaced a couple weeks before). It was just the sound of the tires I was hearing and nothing more.They did all the disassembly, inspection and reassembly and DID NOT charge me a dime for any of it. And it's not like I was an old customer. This was the first time I'd ever been in. Now THAT is old fashioned, great service!They could easily have charged me for their time and done some brake work that wasn't really needed but they didn't. I call that honesty and integrity that is often hard to find in vehicle repair places

Absolutely amazing experience. I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner that just got a 3 inch lift and knew I needed a quality alignment due to the lift but I didn't want to take my brand new car just to anyone and have someone mess it up. So after researching I read all the good reviews this shop had and decided to take the risk and the staff is very knowledgable and genuine. The alignment that was given made my car feel like how I just drove it out of the Toyota dealership's lot, perfectly aligned. Fair price for their great work. I highly recommend.

Very friendly, honest and professional. I've had several cars that they have worked on and they are efficient, communicate well, do great work and charge fairly. I would recommend them to everyone. They truly are Austin's finest.

Great service, great price, great experience. My brakes are SOLID and quiet. John is fantastic to deal with and I appreciate his attention to detail. You can believe all the other 5 star reviews. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in Austin.

These guys were friendly and very educational. They allowed me to come back in the garage so they could show me and explain a few things in reference to my brakes and tires. Very appreciative of their service. Price was as previously agreed upon. No surpises. I drive a 2015 ford fiesta. New car needed brakes changed for 1st time and I purchased brakes and rotors seperatly online. I would reccomend to a friend and I will be returning. Im new to Austin and I think I have found my mechanic.

Took my lifted 96 f150 to them after Lamb's and 4 Wheel Parts couldn't align it properly (even though they had it for 2 full days!). Austin's finest had it driving straight as an arrow within a matter of a few hours. I will be taking my truck to them for every alignment I ever need from now on. These guys are honest and that's saying a lot for the automotive industry.
