Excellent work, great service, easy process. I will definitely be using Austin s for all of my future body work.They fixed my fender perfectly. I can t even tell the difference between how it was before the accident. They even fully washed my truck before I came to pick it up.

Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks exceeded our expectations! Amazing customer service from Wayne and his team! Our truck was so well cared for during its time getting fixed; it was returned to us in much better shape than we dropped it off in! :) The repairs look good as new and service was completed in a timely manner. If we ever need a collision shop again, this will be our go to!! Thanks y'all!!

Just got my car back from Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks. Quality work, honest, and remarkable service from Wayne and his fantastic team! When I picked up my car it looked like when I had first drove it off the dealership lot! Highly recommend this fantastic long established Austin business.

I highly recommend this shop because of their customer service and attention to detail. I had significant repairs to my car completed by another shop (I didn't know about Austin's at the time) and brought it Austin's just to double check everything. Rodney took the time to thoroughly look at my car and the repair report. Thank you Rodney! Will definitely bring future repairs to Austin's.

I wish there was more stars to choose from. 12/10 rating.Everyone I talk to at this shop is very professional and honest. They are very knowledgeable. They've helped me color match my truck and fit wheels and tires. They do it all and do it 100%. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great work no issues with getting repairs done. Could have been better at letting us know the timing of jobs completion. Job was done early but I had already rented a car that I did not really need thinking the work was going to take another 7 days. Everything was great other than this one all issue.

Thank you so much to the amazing employees and owner of Austin Collision & Body Works! I feel as if they erased my nightmare mistake of running into a light post! I am so happy with the results. I can t even tell that my car was damaged. I literally just pulled their name out of google maps and chose them based on google reviews and they came through for me. The process was so easy from beginning to end. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed. The owner was honest and clear with me so ensure I was comfortable. He gave me a quote when I walked up and I handed my keys within 10 minutes because I was leaving town the next day. I put my trust in them and they did their job. Wonderful place of business. Trust them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently wrecked my car. I called a bunch of shops and some of them were telling me they couldn't get to my vehicle until March. I called Austin Collision and they were able to get me end and my car was back to new in 3 weeks. They did an excellent jobService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

For me it was same day service. *Bonus* getting to see cherry classic Camaro's, Mercedes and more while I waitedThanks Wayne and gang!! I'm so thrilled I'm posting all over the interwebz :DI won't tell you what I paid, because these guys gotta eat :) ... I will say you won't get a better deal in Austin :D (especially South Austin)!! :DHow great were they? Would you bake your repairpeeps a cake? I'm going to :D Hope it's edible. :P

After an accident, I provided the shop salvaged replacement body parts. I paid $2700 for them to take care of the rest, including frame repair. The paint is beautiful and matches the rest of the car perfectly. The headlight was merely mounted with bolts missing/loose, and a shim, to correct it's position, instead of the frame being pulled correctly. Now that I properly mounted it, it is crooked still. A vacuum pump was removed and left resting on a pulley, rubbing for a few miles until I discovered it. They did nice things like drive me to the rental car place and straighten the hood at no charge. It was in the shop for about a week.

Very quick easy service helped me deal with the insurance company. Work was superior to other shops that I have used in the past. Everything was done in a timely manner and when they said it would be done.

My car was hit on the rear passenger while at a stop light, and towed off by the city. The guys at Rocha's towing reccomended I go to Austin's Collision for their quality work on Honda's specifically. Wayne and Rodney took me right in and were very knowledgeable and communicative the whole way through. The repair looks amazing and they were able to match my unusual paint color perfectly. I would highly recommend them for any collision repairs!

These guys are unbelievable. Don't go anywhere else. They fixed my rear fender of my 2015 Corvette Stingray. Super friendly and professional. Support your local business! If its broken they will fix it to perfection. If its a restoration of a custom car they can do it or hot rod they can do it.

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to Austin's collision and custom body work. These guys do excellent work and do it fast! Cant thank them enough for getting me out of a bind both times . Wayne and his team communicated thru the entire process and got me back in my vehicle faster and cheaper then the other shops around town quoted. Customer for life!

These guys prefer to work with you personally, face to face. So dont send email. Call. They will get it done right, and make sure your custom ride or repair it tuned just so.My Alpina b7 never looked better after the mods they did for me. Thanks fellas.

I had a little accident with my car and stopped by without an appointment. Wayne helped me immediately and was able to get someone on top of it. Joe replaced a part on my car and she looks good as new! Would recommend to everyone to stop by if needed.

Rodney and his crew do amazing work. My 69 Mach 1 needed some touch up after about 12 years since the original 20k paint job. I took it back to Rodeny as he was who had originally done the paint in 2006. They touched up the rock chips and a few other things. Thanks Guys!!!

my favorite body shop. wayne is the best and sweetest, let s me ask any question i can think of and has tons of patience with me. their lobby is so cozy, took my car in recently after being side swiped. i wouldn t take my car anywhere else <3

Wayne and Rodney are the best I would not take my vehicles anywhere else for paint or body work. They have done five jobs for me and all five have been perfect. Good, fair estimates, incredibly fast turn around time and top notch paint and body work. They have done dent and paint work on my modern daily drivers and two jobs on my classic car. On the last job they did they even offered to drop my classic car off at the exhaust shop so I didn t have to coordinate that. The best.

came in to simply get a estimate on a front bumper from rodney austin I think the owner and amazed I came out of there with having the most unprofessional & unpleasant vist. He kept telling me he would not give me an estimate and that he would not be the middle man between i and the insurance . I told him that was not the case but I needed an estimate per the insurance request. He then took pictures seeming very bothered that I came in and then we go back into his office awkwardly silence the whole time then out of no where ask me how much did the other body shop charged me he prints out the estimate with a outrages amount of 4K for a front bumper I get I got a infinity which parts for anything on it is expensive but just a front bumper cmon. I tell him why he s charging me for a fog light that s not damaged he continues to say it s scratched gets up his chair and walks me back to my car and says looks it s scratched totally felt like he was tryna take advantage. To which I replied yeah the amount is still outrageous why do we need to replace a fog light that s not damage. He throws his hands up and seems to act like he walks away. Happy I went with another shop 2K more cheaper and with professional and knowledgeable techs. Avoid this place if thats how the owner treats someone just coming in for a simply estimate lol image how the rest of the staff treats it s customers.

I highly recommend Austin's Collision & Custom Bodyworks and will only take my car here from now on... I was rear ended two separate times in the past few months, and they did great work both times, and made my car look like brand new. Great paint job and bodywork! Wayne and Rodney are both so friendly and offer great customer service! Rodney even gave me a ride to Enterprise both times I dropped off my car. They were great at communicating with me and always answered all my questions and texts. The work was done within a week both times, and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much to both guys and their team for being so efficient, professional, and friendly. Oh, and they have clean restrooms which is always a plus. :)

We had a little encounter with the front right bumper and our garage door frame on our pearl white 2020 Honda Insight. It was all cosmetic but after owning the car for less than a year, we couldn't bear the thought of this blemish on an otherwise still perfect paint job. Had a great experience with Wayne, who quickly provided an estimate and timeframe for the repair. He honored both and the car once again is as good as new. The shop is immaculate and even the bathroom was spotless.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

100% recommend Rodney, Wayne and the team at Austin Collision. I had extreme hail damage after driving through a storm for 10 minutes then getting hit again after we were parked. When we got back to town, I called the dealership and they were indifferent, unpleasant and told me that they could see me in 3 weeks and it would maybe take up to 45 days based on my modest estimate-they hadn t even seen my car (which was preliminary based on what the adjuster first saw). I was not happy with that interaction and decided to shop it out. Within the first 30 seconds on the phone with Rodney I knew things would be great! I went by that afternoon and he had me in the shop two days later. I was on my way out of town and Rodney gave me and my suitcase a ride to the office that morning in the middle of Friday morning Austin rush hour.After having his guys come in and check it out, we found out the damage was way worse than the eye could see and I had nearly 4000 pits on the roof of my car and I needed a new hood! Rodney even caught the fact that my rear hatch taillight needed replacing and we had no idea it was even cracked. His attention to detail is amazing! The damage was far worse than the initial estimate could ve even projected.He worked really closely with my adjuster to get the additional supplements needed as the damage kept being uncovered. Kept the process very simple for me and despite all the damage, the fact i needed paint work and a panel of glass replaced and a pit on my windshield fixed, it did not take 45 days. I picked up my car just 4 days after I dropped it off. When I picked up my car it smelled great because it had just been detailed clean by Rodney s grandson and looked wonderful. This is a family affair, folks and they take pride in their shop.You will not be sorry if you go with these guys. They know what it means to do the right thing and treat customers right. There s a reason they ve been in business for 30 years. There s a lot to be said for small business it s all about customer service. Thanks, guys!

Wayne is awesome here!! I ve still been hunting for a car shop I could trust here in Austin and I can without a doubt say I found the one for all my major repairs!Hesitant when I first got there, Wayne immediately put me at ease. He was so helpful and provided little tips along the way (one ex. I did not know Enterprise would drive me up to 5miles somewhere after I dropped my rental off. I was about to pay for a Lyft when Wayne told me I could get a free ride to his shop!).Lifetime guarantee on all his work. You can truly tell he cares about what s best for your car (and you). Not just another mechanic trying to cheap you for money.Did I also mention after I dropped my car off initially, he drove me back downtown to work so I didn t have to pay for a Lyft! & wouldn t take no for an answer. (I hate inconveniencing people!) To loosely quote him, hey it s time for my lunch break anyway- I ll grab some food! No problem! So nice.So grateful Austin collision & Body works made my car wreck such a better experience.
