Melissa and her team have been the only mechanics across several states for over a year now to officially and completely diagnose my vehicle. I appreciate them so much in helping with my truck, even if it wasn't the outcome I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Melissa and her team, or the Leander Shop. They're the best out of the bunch and I feel like they genuinely had my best interest at heart! So thank you!

My Pacifica had a leaking washer fluid tank, that they identified and replaced within a few hours, to a very reasonable price. Melissa was truly a pleasure to deal with. I will come back again for any repairs needs for sure!

I just moved here two weeks ago from out of state when a bunch of lights came on my dashboard. I posted to a Facebook group asking for recommendations of where to take it and I was told Austin s Automotive was the best. After I picked up my oldest from school, I took it here and everyone was SO helpful. We got it fixed in less than 24 hours & with it being our only vehicle, I was so thankful. I highly recommend them myself now and will come back if we ever have more car issues!

Many thanks to Melissa and her team! I had a leaking transmission pan on my 2004 Ford Ranger and they had it fixed by the next day and at a reasonable price! Any future work on the truck I will bring to them. Great work!

I am very happy with Austin Automotive. I have been using them for a few years now and am always pleased with their service. Mellissa at the front counter is great, and always makes me feel welcome and taken care of. I trust these folks and that says a lot.

The mechanics went above and beyond to locate the source of the problem with my car. In fact, they fixed a sensor that had been causing me headaches for a few months. I paid a very reasonable price which made me so happy. I'm going to use their services again for my second vehicle.

Went to Austin Automotive to get my oil changed. They found some other problems, they informed me of the problems and gave me a price for fixing them. But,only took care the things I needed them too. Thanks for the great job.

Melissa, the shop manager, was very helpful throughout the process and explained all the steps to get my wife s vehicle functional again. The honesty is what keeps me coming back to this location. I've always had great experiences at the three different locations I've gone to but Melissa is truly great at her job at this location they never try to upcharge or make up some part you need replaced. Always happy with my service here. I've had my 2001 f350, and my 98 jeep cherokee serviced here. Had the dreaded 300 codes on several code readers On the college kids Lexus RX 300. We took it to Austin Automotive Specialists on North 183 . They correctly diagnosed needing plugs and coils all of which were in terrible shape. Strongly recommended an intake manifold gasket set since they are already going to be in that part of the engine They had it done on time and it runs like a top.

I had a good experience with a minor fix involving a dangling undercarriage shield. They fixed it temporarily until I got the special ordered clips a few days later. I would have paid gladly, but they were very nice and didn't charge me at all because it was a minor fix!

Seemed like a good shop at first. Still think they could be, just not a great experience from me unfortunately.Had my AC checked and they identified the problem, said they'd need to order the part and it would take 3 days. All good. Chased after the 3 day mark and a few times afterwards for a month and got what felt like the run around. I'm pretty patient.But after a month I gave up and went elsewhere, and the other shop identified and ordered the part overnight and fixed the problem.Had high hopes for this one. Still think they could be a reputable shop for others and wish them best of luck.Giving two stars because I believe and hope this was likely unusual for them.

I was having a maintenance issue with my car and i was getting the run around from other places around Austin. After being a little stressed out about not knowing a place to take my car, i was recommended to try AAS. They took care of me for 1/4th the price other places were trying to scam me for. It only took them an hour to get my keys back to me. I will be going back in the future.

I had a great experience at Austin Automotive. I definitely recommend and hope to continue using their services! Melissa is such a helpful and kind person - I would recommend Austin Automotive solely because of her, but, luckily, the whole shop is great!

Melissa and the team do an amazing job together. She is extremely honest and at the same time worries about the customer, giving the best recommendation and warning you for possible costs later in the future. She is the best example of a customer centric professional, and this is what makes me want to always come back to this shop.And the mechanics on the other hand always do a spotless job.
