Please don t bring your car here. I brought my 2015 Audi A5 here Beck in December. They recommended $20,000 worth of repairs. Crazy for a car worth about $8,000, but ok. I chose to do one thing on the massive list that cost about $3,000. We did some repairs at home. Spark plugs, fuel injectors, etc. The car was still running bad, so in January I took it to German Auto Center for a second opinion. It needs a new engine. I decide I m done messing with it and go trade it in. The dealership inspect it for 5 minutes and also tell me it needs a new engine. Now I m wondering why Audi S Austin didn t tell me that in the first place? Why would they ever advise me to spend $20,000 on repairs when a $15,000 engine replacement would have been cheaper?! I never would have spent $3,000 fixing a worthless repair. So my conclusion is that they are either completely incompetent or they intentionally scammed me. I m not sure which is worse. Take your Audi to German Auto Center. They were amazing.

Best service shop I've ever dealt with. I've bought 3 Audis from them and my service consultant Steve Berczik has been with me throughout. He has been fantastic to work with and always makes me feel like I'm a priority. The repair work has always been excellent and the communication with them is great. Can't even think of a complaint - it's all great.

Seriously the worst experience I ve ever had a service center. I ve had a Lincoln Navigator, Lexus, and an Infiniti and the service at these places were 5 stars. For what we spent on our Audi we feel we should get 5 star service here too. It was exactly the opposite. My service rep was condescending and rude. They had me book out over a month ahead of time so I could get a loaner and they told me the day I showed up they didn t know if they would have one for me. I had to spend $997 on a 10k mile check up! I totally got screwed over there and would have never agreed to that had the expenses been given to me upfront. I m not sure where to take my Audi in for service anymore but definitely not here. I had heard horror stories and I can now attest they are true. There is so much more that happened like waiting 41 minutes for my car to be pulled up from being in the line to be washed . I ended up walking to the back of the building with all my bags to finally get my car and get out of there. Very unsettling experience.
