Pleasant experience is an understatement I d like to thank Flo and Craig for all of their supportive assistance in the purchase of my vehicle. There wasn t pressure at any time in the buying experience at South Austin Audi. The entirety of the staff was polite and accommodating to those that entered the premises. Although I m a pick-up type person, I would and will highly recommend this business in your next car buying venture.Thanks again team, excellent work!

John Bowyer is brilliant, trust worthy, and all around a great guy.I called every Audi dealer in Texas to get the best deal on a 2024 Q5 lease. I came in well prepared and told John exactly what I wanted to pay, the comps, and what we were looking for.I told him I would sign right then and there.John nailed it!He got us into a car with $10k more in options than we expected at our desired price and we were out of there in 2hrs.My wife loves the car and if we get an Audi again John is the only guy were speaking too.Thanks John!

Audi South Austin makes everything easy. I purchased my first Audi with Stanley and I cannot recommend him and this dealership enough! Stanley made the car buying process seamless and provided top notch customer service while doing so. Every time I visit this dealership, the staff makes me feel valued and cared for. The technologist, Zach, is great as well. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with other parts of the car buying/setup process that aren t necessarily in his job duties.

Came in to trade my car Q3 and for an A5!From the time I arrived and worked with the GM Riley and my Salesperson - Kevin... very professional and excellent customer service!The whole entire process was very easy. I felt very welcoming and taken care of. The tech guy Elijah was very professional and knowledgeable on all the features on my new vehicle. Again very impressed with their customer service and would recommend everyone to go to Kevin as your salesman and Riley, their GM!10/10 for excellent customer service!

Today at Audi South Austin, I experienced customer service that went above and beyond from start to finish. Molly was great. Went on a test drive then sat down to talk business. She never pressured me and was easy-going and friendly. It was toward the end of the day and month, and we came to a straightforward agreement pretty quickly. Nice experience with Chris the Finance guy as well. He was knowledgeable and personable as well, and thoroughly explained my options and helped me understand them. Just wish I had asked about financing fees which was the only surprise.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Audi South Austin from booking through completed service. I needed a tire changed as it had a nail in it, and Sherry Blake and the rest of her team were fantastic and super helpful. It was quick and efficient and they did not try to push me to get anything else done which is always appreciated. Cannot recommend Sherry enough and will 100% be going back to her for everything else I need and if anyone else needs service done on their Audi she is my #1 recommendation. Thank you for a great experience Sherry and Audi team!

Sales rep Molly and Finance guy Chris Ray were both tremendously amazing. Molly is as down to earth as they come. She was extremely patient with the process. Mr Chris was also very personable. Very organic conversations. Nothing was forced and I was skeptical at first coming here but Molly and Chris along with several ppl made me feel right at home. Chris also worked out a discount on the monthly payment right at the end of the deal.

Talk about rolling out the red carpet. This was my first time coming to this Audi dealership and I will be back!! Leased my Audi from another dealership and it was not a pleasant experience. I agreed to give this Audi a try for my 10,000 mile service. Every service person was helped customers in a calm and professional manner. They even allowed me a private space to handle a work call. Can t say enough about dealership. First class!

I just had a 60,000 mile service done on my 2018 Audi q5. My service advisor Steve Berczik was very helpful as he always is. I ended up buying new tires and having several other things done as well. Steve really took care of me and treated me like family. He helped me with pricing and made sure that I got a ride home. I was picked up later on when my car was ready. I cannot say enough nice things about Steve and his team. Audi South Austin are fantastic!

This is a fantastic service center! I recently brought my car in a small repair and was immediately impressed by the friendly and professional staff. They were a breath of fresh air compared to that other service center in AustinA big shoutout to Ben Krebs, my service advisor. He kept me updated on the repairs throughout, letting me know what was happening and when I could expect my car back. His communication was excellent, and everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly.This will definitely be my go-to service center from now on!

I have been to a lot of car dealerships and I must say that the experience I had here with Eric was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very patient with me and my wife. The process from start to finish was fantastic, even down to finance. After all that I was introduced to your technologist Alexis. Which was hands down great! She was so helpful in teaching me all about my car. She took my time Into consideration while doing a wonderful delivery. To this day I get follow up phone calls from the dealership checking on me, which make me feel so taken care of! 10 out of 10 experience!

Audi South Austin has a great Service department, we had issues with our 2023 Q5, it was resolved in a few days. Sherry was amazing. She had to break the news to me at 7am with coffee that my car would be in the shop maybe for a week. Not only was she amazing at telling me, she had a rental car ready for me. Now here is the best part. Sherry was able to get my car back to me with in 48 hours. Amazing service as always.

Had a very positive experience with Audi South Austin. I was conducting research on the 2024 Q7 and left my contact information on the website. I was quickly contacted by Elijah Martinez, an Audi Brand Specialist, who arranged for me to come into the dealership to look at the car. I took the car for a test drive and decided that I wanted to buy-it. Elijah was great and made the process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Elijah Martinez.

I had a great car buying experience at Audi South Austin. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficIent. I was short on time, but John Bowyer got me in and out in quickly - trading in my old car, selecting, buying and driving home my new Audi in less than two hours. I didn't have much time to spend at the dealership, so Zachary Zapata has been amazing following up with me to be sure I understand all of the new technology on my Q3. I am so pleased with my purchase and the quality service I've received!

I worked with James as my salesman, and Adrien his manager- both so friendly and fun to work with. James knew my past bad experiences with buying cars and worked with me on my budget to help me make the best decision without overselling or haggling with me. I would buy all my cars from him. Adrien was also super helpful and friendly making sure I had everything i needed and all questions answered. All the salesmen in the used car division were friendly and fun to be around.

The service dept. is great, very communicative and have offered me a loaner for all my services. Ben is very helpful. The only reason this is a four-star review is I sent an email regarding my situation to the GM and I never received a reply. The email was for something fairly important in regards to my situation. I understand the GM is very busy at a dealership, but that person could have easily handed me off to someone that could have discussed my situation and not ignored my email. All, in all the service team has handled a couple of long-term warranty service issues with professionalism.

I have always wanted an Audi. I was finally in a place to purchase and after contacting both North and South Austin Audi dealerships, I chose the South.I worked with James Maney, and he was absolutely fantastic. He listened to me, he spent time with me, we laughed and made jokes and he answered question after question after question. He was personable and cared about me and what I wanted and needed from a new vehicle. He even was happy when I left without purchasing the first time we met, telling me he would be around should I change my mind.I changed my mind a few days later, and he was around.I was very particular in what I wanted from the Audi Q5, as far as package, looks, feel, and style. James was able to find it, even with all of my particular needs and wants. He found my unicorn.I HIGHLY recommend going to see James at Audi South Austin if you are in need of a new vehicle, and are considering Audi. He will make it happen for you, whatever you are looking for. And if you choose another route, he will genuinely smile and be happy for you about that as well. He's wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff there at Audi South Austin. They all made my car purchase experience amazing from start to finish!

First time I came in here I asked them to assist me with something they immediately got me help and my issue was resolved within 2 minutes. The lady even drove the vehicle to assure me it was working.I now officially found my home for Bobby OUR AUDI.Come in yesterday for an oil change Sherry Blake was so amazing. I mean friendly polite very sweet lady. I did not know i had to make an apt. Between Sherry and all the other awesome people here they were willing to fit me in. How amazing is that! I mean let me tell you all this is the place to go with any of your AUDI NEEDS! Mind u I drive from Round Rock! I pass up the North Austin location
