I loved my experience! Grace was awesome and very knowledgeable about all the different aspects of the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. She stayed in contact with me throughout to give me updates and climb any hurdles. She s the best! Thank you!

Immaculate service and facility. The only issue was when I booked my appointment for a service recall with a loaner car they gave me a date almost 2 months later. When I arrived for my appointment the check in advised that a loaner wasn t needed given the time to replace the part would only be 45 mins. It would have been nice to have been able to have the service done earlier and not waited 2 months.

Had a timely oil change. Was able to have a loaner as promised. Only glitch was I was called and told my car was ready I got there and hour and an half later, and when I got back to the dealer ship no one knew where the car was. So I had to wait a bit. Other then that it was a fine experience.

We really enjoyed our experience at Audi in North Austin. Jeff was great to work with through the whole process. He worked around our schedule and was never pushy. Very happy with our new car purchase!

A bit of comedy of errors. First I was told that I would receive a call when the car was ready - I did not. I tried calling and the phone just rang endlessly. When I texted the next day I did get a call and came to pick it up. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes because my keys couldn t be found. By the time I got in my car having already been made late for a work meeting, I immediately was notified by the car that I needed an oil change. My nobody bothered to tell me that before is a mystery. I would have gladly told them to change my oil had I known that.

I ve been working with Darrell Robles for the last couple of years and he has been my go to service advisor.He s upfront, accountable, and treats me fairly with any issues that I have.As long as the dealership supports the service department, I will keep coming to you for all of my work.

Really impressed with the service and detail of the job! Definitely find Etienne. He was in charge of getting my car repaired. He was professional, kept me updated and moved mountains to get my car serviced in the time I needed. Would definitely recommend him and Audi North to anyone who needs service!

For the past few required services, I'm glad to have the same service consultant - Mr. Darrell Robles. He makes sure that everything is taken care of as requested and the thing I like and appreciate the most is that he remembers to give us a SUV loaner due to my wife's back pain...little detail makes a big difference to us. Edwin and Kaitlyn are always the best. Any time I've got any issues or concerns they help quickly and efficiently. My Q5 is always washed and ready to go on time, and they communicate throughout the process. I definitely recommend this dealership and service if needed.

The service group at Audi North Austin is top notch. I have been working with the same service manager for 10 years and it tells it to me straight. Recently my car was getting up there in miles and started to need some expensive repairs. He put me in touch with a sales person. And then advocated for me with him to get a better deal for a new car. They go above and beyond at Audi North!!

Very courteous. Service was faster than quoted which is great. However, it was very difficult to get ahold of the service department. The phone would forward me to service and then it would tell me it couldn t be completed and hang up. This happened a handful of times over a week. Also, I had my tires rotated and balanced but Audi did not check the air in my tires and they were all 10 lbs too low when I got home.

Darrell Robles provides excellent service; hugely glad to see he's back at Audi North Austin. Kept me posted as the repairs were progressing and identifies items to keep in mind for repairs without any "upselling" of services. Candidly, I had stopped going to Audi North Austin because Darrell had left.

Audi North Austin s Service Department has definitely improved over the last 2 years. At least for some service, loaners are again available and the service advisors are friendlier and more helpful than in past visits, even for customers like me with prepaid service contracts. I hope they continue to move back to the excellent service they used to offer.

Kudos to Audi North Austin service department!I especially appreciate and am impressed with Edwin Guzman, Service Advisor, who has consistently provided me impeccable customer service, including explanations and educating me re any/all service work on my 2022 Audi A3.The entire service staff is knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and professional and the dealership lounge ambiance is comfortable and relaxing.I highly recommend Audi North Austin for sales and service!

Enrique on Service team is fantastic. He confirmed what service was actually needed based on service history. He provided time toComplete the service and met the time. During the service, I received text messages and emails with video of the service and inspection so I understood what was occurring.

Brought in a brand new Audi RSQ8 (purchased from another dealer) and the service department went out of their way to help me check the battery and get back on the road again, without hesitation. Excited to be moving to Austin and have a great service department so close. Highly recommend.

The service department tends to be very busy, but any time I need any maintenance done, they re more than happy to fit me into the schedule. My car never comes back worse than it was given to them, my issues are always resolved, and they re more than willing to have a chat about questions you have. They re hard to reach on the phone sometimes, but I usually like going into the dealership, anyway. Once you re waiting at the department, someone will either help right away, or they acknowledge your presence to let you know they re busy at the moment and will assist you once they can. Someone else usually steps in to help if that s the case. Highly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

There is so much wrong here.I regret buying an Audi.I will not return to Audi North Austin.I was very happy with my Audi A6 for years. I only have 75K miles. I have done every recommended piece of maintenance. At 75K miles, my car has the following issues: Electrical fault Circuit failure Oil leak from the chain cover Oil leak from the Valve cover Broken ThermostatI would not have expected this many major issues at 75K miles. I bought an Audi A6, not a Ford Escape. The ANA estimates to fix these problems are very high. I thought Audi was higher quality than this. I was wrong. Shame on me. I ll never buy another Audi again.Audi North Houston. It s good to know you are so successful that it takes three weeks to make an appointment. I have been to the dealer twice. Once for the 75k Maintenance. (By the way, ANA still never replaced the spark plugs for that.) The second time was for the check engine light and to check why I was burning oil.I left the car at ANA to fix the thermostat. The silver lining was ANA gave me a loaner for over two months while we waited for a part to come in.I never actually authorized ANA to fix the thermostat. The way it should work is I receive an online estimate for the repair. I then approve that repair via e-signature. I never received the estimate for the thermostat. Thus never approved via e-signature.The prices at ANA are crazy high. I have received other much lower estimates to do the repairs.When I picked up the car, the service technician specifically asked me to give him five stars on the upcoming survey. He commented I should do this so I can feed my kids. I prefer not to be guilt tripped into giving a rating. The technician was perfectly kind and professional. I have nothing against him. HE did his job. But, he has nothing to do with Audi quality or service pricing. It is a shame that ANA links the compensation on the ratings this way. If other customers have the save quality and price issues that I have, begging for stars becomes the only way to get paid.
