This place is amazing! By far my favorite hotel on the planet! The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. On my most recent stay, Tena and Kiarrra went above and beyond on a simple request I made prior to check in when they didn t have to do a thing! Christina the front office manager was excellent as well. I ve stayed here multiple times and each stay always seems better than the last. You just can t get any better than this location in Austin, the amenities are excellent, the rooms are always spotless, and these young folks operating the hotel are a shining example of how it should be done everywhere. Can t wait to stay again. Well done and Hook Em!

I had a conference here and brought my family. All of the staff were pleasant. The food served at the conference was excellent. The temperature in the conference rooms was also very well regulated, not too hot or cold. The only downside was the high price they put on a late checkout, over $200. I could ve booked the room for another night on Priceline for less than what they were asking, but we decided it wasn t worth it either way.

The AT&T Hotel is NOT queer friendly especially if you re in a same gender relationship! In every interaction with the hotel staff they treated my wife as if she was visiting me even though it was clear we were there together (both had luggage, coming out and going in the hotel at the same time, literally together at the front desk). This meant they would give us a roundabout answer to if we could park our car here ( YOU can but she can t. You have to stay with us umm yeah she is staying here with me ??). It was kinda wild especially in 2023.The accommodations were disappointing too. For a hotel room, it was so dark. They had these LED strips to light a big chunk of the room which I have never seen used outside a college dorm room. It was hard to navigate the room once the sunset which included packing and unpacking for the trip. The photo of the room attached is the room with ALL the lights on! The room wasn t the cleanest and somehow they gave us two queen beds instead of one king bed. I wonder why!I will not be booking here again. And I advise other queer folks not to!

Rooms: Really comfortable, and clean rooms. Got a lot of noise coming from the road (MLK St.) as there were cars revving engines and the noise was heavily disruptive of sleep.Service: No complaints.Location: Great location, hotel is kept very well and on the university campus so plenty to see and walk around to. The campus felt safe to walk around at night as well.

We wanted something in budget , comfortable and in downtown . This place satisfies all our need. Stay was comfortable nice property cozy room. Walkable distance to some good restaurants. Parking is chargeable but has good number so nothing to worry . Room service for anything was just so quick. They have some good restaurant and cafe in same premises too.Rooms: Comfy rooms

Amazing staff and service. We had a 4 day seminar here and had a great time. The housekeeping service is also nice. The only complaint here would be that sometimes basic amnesties like slippers and toothpaste weren't there. Additionally, if they could arrange a small basic English class for their staff it'd greatly benefit them and make it more easier for both them and visitors. Would love to see this happen!

We splurged for this hotel because of the location and advertised heated pool. Location is great but the pool was not heated and not cleaned in a while - full of leaves and bugs so the kids couldn t swim and we opted for a public pool.The service at the restaurant was very slow even though we were the only ones there. I regret splurging on this hotel and just wanted to post this for any families thinking of splurging for their vacation in Austin.

Service at this property has gone markedly downhill . Front desk has no cash till. If you need to make change for tips or other incidentals, you re out of luck. If you arrive late, there is one vending machine on the entire property filled with junk food, no other options. Breakfast was reasonably priced, but staff was stretched very thin. I was offered a refill on coffee exactly once. ($4.00 per cup, the coffee should be truly bottomless).Location of the hotel is priceless and the bones of the hotel are good. Management needs to step up the service to make this hotel truly great.

Staying at the At&T Hotel and Conference in Austin Texas and Alejandro is so helpful and very good at his job. Keep doing your thing man I can tell you love working with people and making your guest feel welcome.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful love the long patios.Nearby activities: Big Foodie and the restaurants around was awesome to try. Favorite place so far is ATC Steaks.Safety: 100%

I'm a conference organizer. I just wrapped up the sixth conference at this amazing facility. Over the years, the staff has been and to impress. I want to thank Wes Flowers, our conference service manager. In 30 years of doing this, i never had better. Jonathan Cortes, our banquet manager,did a super job for us. Darian, the bell captain, saved my back many times. Ron in lost & found, found a bunch of stuff of ours and kindly sent in back. Ron should get a raise.

Very nice hotel and conference center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their food is very good as well. The rooms are nice with a nice, cozy ambience.Rooms: Rooms are well decorated, quiet and very clean.
