Shout out to Carlos at All Ready for getting my front bumper fixed. I have nothing but positive remarks for this company and the services they provide. The work done was phenomenal, great pricing, plus amazing and friendly customer service. I went to All Ready after receiving estimates from four other places because they were the most reasonably priced and had quality work performed. I found this company through Reddit but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else, anywhere! They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior, at no extra cost. My nephew had his Jeep repaired and they did an excellent job! It was surprisingly finished in just a few days,;) Carlos and his staff had hus Jeep looking like new and their repair fees were shockingly extremely reasonable! I'd definitely, refer this business to my friend's and family. If I ever needed any car repairs in the future, this is definitely, my future car repair shop! I'll be taking my Honda(Mr. Silvers) in for repairs sometime this week,;)

They did a great job with body repairs for my brand new Integra. Benjamin was very informative and responsive. The final product was great and they were able to handle communication when my insurance adjuster was being difficult to contact.

These guys are hands down the best in Austin for paint and body work. Quality and efficiency is clearly their priority. My door on my Explorer looks amazing. They also repaired a 1991 Buick for me. After somebody hit my parked car, I was worried where to go now. Carlos was great with getting everything I needed for my car. I was very careful in my search, making sure to find somebody who works with Audis and could properly get my car back on the road. Carlos walked me through the process and made some great suggestion to keep my car looking new. After getting my car back, I was so excited to see it looked just as good as before. Highly recommend this shop because they know what they re doing and they re as honest as they come.

Absolutely fantastic shop. Benjamin and Carlos were extremely friendly and professional. They got my car fixed perfectly and quickly, not to mention at a great price! They also worked with my insurance directly which was extremely helpful and saved so much of my time.I can't even tell my car was ever damaged. Best place to get your car fixed . Employees are open and share every detail with you regarding repairs . My car fixed to look like how it was before crash and good paint job .They will go above and beyond to repair your car .

I highly recommend these All Ready for any of your bodywork. They not only did great work on my car, they went to bat against the insurance company for me as well. Not afraid to jump through some hoops to ensure they provide great customer service. The made my car look new again, buffed everything to that it matched, and finished up with an interior detail job. Check them out. Benjamin is the owner and he makes you feel like you are an important customer, then he and his team prove it.

I had a 13 year old BMW partially repainted to do previous neglect. They did a fantastic job. I frequent a supplier at a shop next door and see that they do a lot of dealership touch-up on new vehicles. If they can hide flaws on new cars they can do anything!

I'm a 71 yr old woman and hanging around body shops is not my jam. But the drivers side of my car was trashed in an accident. So I set out to get repair estimates from 4 shops. All Ready was my last stop. I didn't have an appointment and is was after business hours but I was greeted by Benjamin, the owner, at my car. His demeanor immediately put me at ease as he assessed the damage and explained my options.All Ready was the only body shop I felt comfortable leaving my car with for repair so I made an appointment for then next day. Carlos was ready for me with an estimate that was almost twice as much as Allstate allowed. Carlos told me insurance only covered generic parts not Mercedes parts needed to insure a proper fit. Carlos and the other shops I talked with said Allstate rarely paid more than original settlement amount. I wanted it fixed right so I decided to pay out of pocket for the balance and left it with All Ready.Carlos was diligent in negotiating with Allstate to pay for Mercedes certified parts. I am so grateful to him for taking the time and aggravation of dealing with my insurance when I was willing to pay out of pocket. His efforts SAVED ME $4322.77!All Ready goes the extra mile for their clients. They even fixed an unrelated "beer dent", buffed out old scratches & detailed my car inside and out, NO CHARGE! My 2016 Mercedes looks brand new. The whole process was trouble free and surprisingly pleasant. Did I mention they saved me $4322.77.Thank you Benjamin, Carlos and the crew at All Ready. You guys are the best. Highly recommended.

Carlos and team did a fantastic job on both my cars. They were brought into a great shape. He fixed it up for me in half of the original timeline we thought it would take. He told me he expedited the process to accommodate my favor. All Ready Automotive is the best shop that I have used in Texas. Carlos was very helpful and Benjamin as well. They were to repair my vehicle to its pre accident condition. I went here to get my splash guard replaced and I was not looking forward to any of it. When I went in, I received a warm greeting and quickly met Carlos. He took one look at my car, scanned the VIN and found the part online. He ordered it and it came the following day! I only paid for the part so it was way less than I thought it would be. When I returned the next day, Carlos remembered my name, took my keys, and I had my car back within 10 minutes! Literally the most painless experience I ve ever had with any car service. Working with All Ready Automotive was amazing! They were super kind, communicative, efficient, and helpful. They even offered me a ride to get a rental car when I first dropped off my vehicle. I highly recommend using All Ready for your car repairs. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Like most people, car stuff stresses me out but Carlos made the process easy for me and was so kind the whole way through. He was very communicative and helpful and gave me updates while my car was with them. When I picked up my car, it felt like I had a brand new car! They detailed it and everything... I was super impressed. I ll be recommending All Ready to any of my friends/family and won t be using any other body shop in the future if I need it. Having stated that I've been around a lot of paint and body shops. This operation is top notch. No one better. I came in with damage to my left door, fender and mirror and they were able to order the parts and repair my car extremely quickly at a great price point. I brought my car to Carlos back in September expecting to need an expensive repaint to fix the damage on my car.Instead he was able to wet sand it back to life, you can t tell it was damaged in the first place. These were deep scratches and gouges and he fixed it better than I could have imagined.They were able to get me in same day and the price was more than fair. Can t recommend this body shop enough.

I needed to get one of my tail lights and rear bumper replaced after a minor accident and they did a flawless job with it. I compared several estimates beforehand and their prices were most reasonable. They also treated me respectfully...which is, you know, a low bar but a difficult one to meet around here apparently.
