I'm so happy I found All Points Auto. I was so tired of getting taken advantage of by other auto shops even for the most minor repairs or basic maintenance. When I moved to the east side, All Points came up in my Google search as one of the most highly rated shops in my area. What's even better is that the reviews are true. Eddie has honest pricing, lets you know what is and isn't needed and will tell you precisely how long something will take and when your car will be ready. Honestly, I've been surprised at how fast of a turnaround time I've had here regardless of the service. I have an old BMW and don't care to pay BMW dealership prices - Eddie and the team always deliver quality work. I highly recommend this shop!

I had difficulty finding an auto shop who would be willing to work on a car with some rust. Through word of mouth I was able to locate all points auto electric and decided to give them a try after reading many great reviews. They were very communicative throughout the process and updated me along the way. They were able to locate and fix my fuel leak and even topped my gas off before I left. Truly above and beyond to compliment this great service. Will definitely share and be back in the future! Thanks Eddie!

Great experience with Eddie and the team. I was able to drop my car off right away and All Points was able to fix it within a day at $2000+ less than another dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone in Austin.

Eddie has been my loyal mechanic for over 2 years now. My vehicle broke down on me 5 times since 2021. As someone who has lots of experience interacting with mechanics and auto shops (my car is a 2008 and always has issues), I can confidently say this shop is by far the best I ve been to. Eddie always completed my repairs in a timely manner and quoted me significantly less than other auto shops. This shop does honest work and the employees have integrity. It s a comforting feeling to know that my mechanic is not scamming me, giving outrageous quotes, and that I can trust the work that is being done. 10/10 I recommend bringing your car here.

I recently took my truck to All Points Auto Electric for a pre-cross-country road trip inspection and servicing. I was greeted by Eddie, I believe is the owner or manager, who was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs and explain the different services that were available.Eddie was very honest and upfront about the condition of my truck. He made some suggestions for repairs, but he never pressured me to buy anything that I didn't need. I appreciated his honesty and integrity.I left feeling confident that my truck was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.

Mr. Eddie is the best of the best. He has work on all my vehicle's and my mother's. All cars are running like new , My lovely 2010 ford f150 with 220000 miles is running like it first came out of the assembly line w/o timing chain done ever. I recently took my ford down to Mexico without having Eddie's shop inspecting it before. He understands the feeling that you have towards your car. Your car would never leave you stranded if you treated by the RIGHT HANDS.

Chose this place because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! They took my car in the same day I called. Eddie kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car and had the service done in two days. I m no guru, but I trust their integrity because they informed me of another issue with my vehicle and recommended I try to get that fixed with my dealership under warranty instead of squeezing more business out of me!Really appreciate their work and would definitely return as a customer hopefully not any time soon though ;) ha

Once I found All Points, I ve never gone anywhere else! Eddie is such a thorough, awesome expert, and he helps me keep my car running great. For bigger problems or routine maintenance, I recommend All Points 1000%!

I dropped off my car on a Friday. Eddie, heard my concerns and was very respectful and knowledgeable! He mentioned I wasn t going to get my car until after the weekend. His demeanor was well mannered that I had no issues in agreeing to leave the car.. He kept in contact with me about the price, warranty and the amount of time it will take. He even sent me a text advising the car was ready for pick up. Car is working smoothly now. Will be back to get an inspection because of the great service and job they provided me. I recommend.

I went to All Points when I moved to Austin 2 years ago for my vehicle inspection to get my new driver's license. After meeting Eddie, they got all of my service for the next two year until I moved out of town. Honestly, having a reliable auto shop is one of the things I will miss most about leaving town. Highly recommend for pricing, service, and great follow up and reminders letting me know when to come in for my next oil change. I had a sudden brake issue and had my car towed to All Points. Eddie and his team were able to get the problem completely fixed by the next day even though I had brought my car in with no advance notice. The price I paid for everything was very reasonable and much less than what I expect I would have been charged at another shop. The communication was clear and honest. I went to All Points after a bad job from another popular east Austin shop. From day one, my experience with Eddie has been stellar. I have mostly just needed him for small things so far, but he does excellent work at a reasonable price . He explains things clearly and professionally and never tries to up-sell. And he regularly follows up via text to make sure my car is running well. His shop is no frills, but I personally prefer good service over a nice waiting room so it doesn t bother me. I would recommend Eddie and All Points to anyone wanting an honest and skilled mechanic!

Eddie and All Points are the best of the best. As a female, I am always apprehensive to try a new mechanic for fear they'll be dishonest, take advantage due to my gender, the list goes on. I feel safe and comfortable at All Points and know they will give the best, reliable service.I had taken my car to another Austin mechanic who was highly rated and recommended an $800 replacement fan to fix my AC. They failed to check for any alternate issues beyond what I suggested could be wrong and simply agreed with what they believed I would pay. I took my vehicle to Eddie for a second opinion who found there was actually nothing wrong with my AC fan, and I simply needed a freon recharge.Eddie has my business for life! He was honest with me, offered fair prices, and quickly returned my vehicle in under 24 hrs. He even offered me a ride home after I left my vehicle. Eddie did a great job helping me with an emissions issue with my car. He provided detailed estimates of the work to be done prior to the repairs and always kept his word on how long things would take. He was very easy to be in contact with while my car was being repaired. My brakes were making a horrible sound and after reading multiple reviews on yelp and calling around for quotes we decided to take my car to Eddie at All Points Auto Electric because of the reviews and Eddie had the best quote. Eddie finished the brakes, oil change, and inspection the same day, and he even sent a follow up text to make sure that everything was running/working well. I truly appreciated the great service and should we need any other work we will definitely be bringing our car back to Eddie at All Points Auto Electric and we would recommend him to friends or family.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I went to All Points Auto Electric when I first moved to Austin in 2018. In our five years of living there we never had to find another mechanic. Eddie and his crew are knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and kind. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I still go to All Points for everything but standard oil changes, even though I live outside of Austin now! I trust their diagnostic abilities and appreciate their reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time, plus it's nice that they don't try to sell me additional services I don't need. Can't recommend All Points highly enough!

All Points has been Great to work with. I've used there services for multiple issues with my Toyota Camry. Eddie has always been very upfront, responsive, and extremely thorough. His group has earned my trust and respect which is not an easy task in today's world of automotive. Eddie was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the cam sensor on a Honda Civic and had it repaired the following day! I definitely recommend coming here. Eddie did a great job fixing the AC of my Jeep for a reasonable price (over $1,000 less than other quotes). He also made sure to communicate with me frequently to update me on the repair of the car while he was working on it. In addition, he called and texted me a few times after I got my car back to ensure the AC was still working properly. If I ever have any other issues with any of my cars, I am glad I now have a place I can trust.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Eddie and the tech team at All Points Auto Electric repaired an electrical malfunction on my older Chevy Suburban, after the failure of another private garage. I 1st called the local Chevrolet service dept and they acknowledged that due to the age of the vehicle, their young staff would not have seen this type of problem before. The malfunction was severe as all gauges would cease to operate and the alarm and dash lights would spontaneously sound/go dark which was unnerving on the long trips we were taking.After doing some research I called Eddie at All Points and he suggested I bring the vehicle for evaluation. Immediately he looked at the new dash cluster that was installed by the other shop and said it is the incorrect part, for my truck. He located the new part and replaced it with a new original equipment cluster which completely fixed the malfunctions. He confirmed that the other garage had purchased an aftermarket reconditioned cluster which made the malfunction worse. After the repair Eddie followed up a couple of times ( 1 week and 3 months later) to see whether all was still well with the repair which has been perfect. Finally, his bill rates are fair, and was about the same as charged by the shop that buggered things up. I voluntarily and happily endorse All Points Auto Electric.Service: Electrical system service & repair
