Wonderful experience. The GM was professional and courteous at every turn and was quoted appropriately for the work being done. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. My bmw 328i was serviced and will make this shop my only shop for work. Pleased and will return not just with my car but with my family s cars as well. Thanks, Chance!

I went there before doing a road trip, and I had them check the car. They filled the tires (including the spare), and checked everything.I was supposed to be charged around $80. The guy in front desk told me that my car was completely fine, and then he gave me the keys and told me to put the money towards the trip!!

Racially challenged and over priced. Called to request a quote for an alignment for a 2wd pickup and was quoted $100 over local competitors' price. I initially wanted to ask why the exorbitant increase in cost for service, but when I remembered the introductory unpleasant greeting when my voice was heard over the phone, I declined to ask. Will be taking my business to a more culturally friendly establishment...

I want to give a shout out to Advancec Automotive . I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to evaluate some transmission issues I was experiencing. After looking at the vehicle, they dissuaded me from moving forward with my expected repairs because they did not think it was necessary. I ve always found Advanced Automotive to be thoughtful and careful about how they spend my money. I am grateful for their expertise.

After experiencing a rough couple of weeks, I realized I had a nail in my tire tread. This was my first stop due to their favorable reviews. The staff was friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in the door. They assessed my tires and got me going in about half an hour. Outstanding customer service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Best mechanic in North Austin! Honest, quick, and competent. They do quality work without trying to add unnecessary things. They are mindful of your time if you are waiting instead of just dropping the car off and updating you on the progress. I have never had to go back to refix anything they did. I only wish I had found them earlier!It's now been several years, and they've gotten busier, but they are the same quality guys as before. I've now moved further away from their location, and they are still my go-to guys!

After a blowout on the highway the night before, I went to Advanced first thing next morning for a replacement. He told me what I already knew -- I really needed 4 new tires. But Chance was honest: He told me he couldn't be sure the tires I needed would come in before they closed for the long New Year's weekend. He recommended someone else he thought would have them in stock, and they did. I had them replace only two, and went back to Advanced the next week for the other two. They beat the bill from the first guy by almost $100! Honest, helpful, friendly, and good prices to boot. Couldn't be happier!Service: Tires

Chance is a godsend. We spoke today about my Hyundai Elantra and a poor experience I had at another shop. Looking forward to bringing my business to him and his people next time something goes wrong with my car. I really appreciated his caring demeanor and listening skills over the phone. I'm so happy this is close to where I live, too.

I've been used Advanced Automotive and Tire for 10 years. Chance and his crew do an excellent job! Their customer services is more like that of a 5-star hotel than an automotive shop. They communicate well, give me options, education me on the situation and deliver on their commitments. I don't shop their prices because I can't imagine another shop beating them on customer service.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service! Both people I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and polite. Chance took the time to explain to me everything they looked at in addition to doing a 4 wheel alignment on my car. They even let me know there was a slight coolant leak that I didn't even know about. And the best part is the service was less expensive than initially quoted! These guys seem like genuinely honest, nice people who know what they're talking about. I would absolutely go back again for anything steering/suspension related. Highly recommended!!

I love going to these guys and have been taking my cars there for over 10 years. Many of the people who were worked there then are still working there now, and that's a good sign! I've also recommended them to a few friends here and there, and all have been happy. They do great work, they're honest and they get things done quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Chris and the team at AA&T were all friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me understand what could be going on with my car. It was my first and only time visiting them, but I would return if I had another issue. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! They deserve nothing short of 5 stars. I couldn t ask for more honest and helpful service. These guys take the time to explain the work they re going to do and let you make an informed decision. The folks at Advanced aren t trying to make a quick buck off you, but are in it for the long haul. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair

This place is great! So great that even after I moved to the other side of town I still go all the way up to them to take care of my car. They are always honest, helpful, and great at prioritizing what�I need done on my budget. A recent loud knocking sound turned out to be something that needed to be tightened. They did it fast and for free! They're always incredibly nice, I highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this place! Very reasonably priced services and excellent customer service. No reservation required and they always finish my car the same day I bring it in. Also, they worked within my tight budget and helped me prioritize what needed to be done first on my car. They gave us military discount which was very much appreciated. Will definitely give them all our business!

Great service. My sprinter van is over 9ft tall and they were able to put it on there lift when few of the other shops I called could. Price was fair and they saw me the same day I called. Also, the shop and waiting area was VERY clean. They had Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere. I appreciate their effort to keep their customers safe. These guys are awesome.

They are very informative and friendly. They explain what they are doing and why.They complete services in a professional and timely manner. It's hard to find an honest truth worthy mechanic and they exceeded our expectations. They have a nice waiting area inside and out with water restrooms and drinks if desired. They make me feel comfortable and confident walking out of there for being a female.

Great place! Chase was super friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. They patched my flat tire quickly and then didn t charge me, since it was a small issue. I know where I m going whenever I need new tires and car service.

The guys are awesome! One of the few mechanic shops that I've given a good review!! One of the few shops who were were honest about NOT needing work to be done in my car . Now that's an awesome service. Plus as a bonus their prices were even reasonable ill definitely be a returning customer & referring my friends!PS I hope the owner doesn't get the big head after reading.my review lol

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I need my CV joint replaced and he quoted me over the phone at about $400. Well the after market part did not fit my car and he had to get it from the dealership. The part cost him $395! So he did not charge me for the labor. The customer service is amazing and I will definitely go here if I need anymore work done. Thank you Advanced Automotive &Tire you guys are amazing.

Looking for trustworthy mechanics? Try Advanced. We take all of our trucks / cars to them and have never had an issue. I'm 58 and have never said a anything positive regarding auto mechanics. Great service, Great atmosphere and very professional.

Efficient service delivered with great communication. Cost was competitive. Chris explained what needed to happen and they helped us navigate a car repair under the conditions that require masks and gloves. Clearly they care about their customers and the Austin community, every employee was wearing a mask and gloves.I appreciate how they explained the work without drama and offered a printed quote on an optional fix for consideration.

These guys have great prices compared to other companies such as Firestone, but go more in depth on diagnostics and repairs. Their staff are competent and get work done quickly to get you back on the road. Chance is a down to earth guy who will tell you how it is with the things needing to be done.

I was looking for a shop to look at my moonroof that had started leaking and was recommended here from Nextdoor. They are beyond awesome. Chance took my car in and first told me what was needed with the moonroof and then called back the next day saying they could fix without a complete replacement for more than 1/2 the price. I also got some maintainance items taken care of. They made taking care of my car worry free. Give them a try!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Battery
