I bought 2 groupons for an oil change. I brought my husband's '98 Chevy Silverado yesterday and my '05 Subaru Forester today. I am a fan of this place! Steve greeted me both times at the front desk. He is a super cool guy! They first did an inspection and let me know what they discovered. Then did the oil changes in a reasonable amount of time. They have a comfortable couch to wait on, magazines, TV playing music, clean bathroom, coffee, water dispenser and a microwave. I am more than satisfied with this place! Check them out!

Brought my car here in a pinch for quick help needed with my brake pads. I used a Groupon and they took good care of me. I watched and listened while I saw their interactions with other customers and saw how they worked with their regulars. You can tell a lot about a business when they don t know someone is watching Very professional, and clearly take customer relationships seriously. Reasonably priced as well!

This is my 2nd time bringing my car to Accent Auto and I've had nothing but positive experience. Last time I got my radiator replaced for a decent price. Today I'm getting my strut replaced for half of what Midas wanted to charge me. These guys are good and trustworthy. Arrived at 6pm "closing time" to purchase a vehicle and did his best to make sure he got me financed and dispite having problems getting insurance he stayed much later then he should have 930pm to make sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of and even told me for me to look the car over for a day or so and let him know what needed to be fixed and he would take care of It.... insurance problem aside "my fault" this has been the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I've ever had so far. I will definitely recommend his place for family and friends.

Accent Auto helped me with some body work and was very accommodating and professional. There was a part ordering mix-up that wasn't the fault of the shop and Accent Auto worked overtime to make things right and keep the same quoted estimate price. I would recommend this Auto repair shop to all my friends and acquaintances in the Austin Area. Thumbs Up!!

My dad and my uncles were all "car guys," always fixing cars on the weekends. I don't live near them now, and I never developed quite the same passion for wrenching on cars that they had. That left me with a need for a Car Guy I could trust like I trust my own family.Eddie & the team have always gone above and beyond to maintain both my trust and my car.My car has over 180,000 miles, so it inevitably needs a little help now and then. Accent has replaced my battery, changed the oil, chased down an emissions issue and fixed some issues with the fuel system and replaced the oxygen sensor �lots of general stuff.If there's a bunch going on with my car at once, and I say, "My budget cannot handle all that right now. What can wait?" I get an honest assessment of the prioritization order of fixes, and the impact of waiting on each of them so I can plan ahead a bit.Right at the beginning of this summer, they fixed my air conditioner. I don't know how I'd be surviving without that AC right now. It was not an inexpensive repair but they analyzed the situation really well to come up with the specific repair was actually essential rather than just perfunctorily replacing the whole system, their price was more than fair, and their work was excellent as always.Here's what makes Accent Auto so valuable: they're super knowledgeable and they're in it for the long haul, not a quick buck. I came here because I got referred by a friend, and it was a great experience. There was a weird noise coming from my wheel area, and I needed to make sure it was safe to drive. Eddy was great from the very beginning! He made sure that my car was good for my road trip. Great customer service! They charged me a good price for new brake pads and another wheel component. I am definitely coming back if I have any issues in the future. Honest people, great pricing, and no tricks! I am used to taking my car to mechanics and being taken advantage of due to the fact that I m a woman. Eddy didn t try to up sell me at all which was different from my past experiences at auto repair places. Telling all my girlfriends to come here!Service: Brakes

I take my car to Accent Auto for the years! I have never seen such a decent professional with the best service and prices at any workshop! I am driving for more than 40 years and of course I have tried so many shop in my life! Accent auto and Eddy the manager of workshop and his brothers Joseph and George and their team are the best! Seriously, I cannot say it enough how great of an experience it is going to Accent Auto. I'm going to be that person and mention that I really never leave a review, but felt compelled to because I have gotten several oil changes here and on 8/10/22 I got my brakes replaced and rotors fixed. They always do such a good job, and keep me posted when its ready or if there are any delays. Only place I trust to go. The owner is a good guy and will take care of you!Service: Brakes

They're honest! That's the first thing that comes to mind. I've had some really dishonest, horrible experiences other places and Accent Auto, above anything else, is honest and dependable. I had a really old car that I was trying to make last just until I could get through school and boy did they make it last!! They really work with my crazy schedule, they are affordable and accountable! I can t say enough good things about Eddy and his team. I had never experienced such a reliable and genuine mechanic before. I m new to Austin and he took care of my car and I like we were family. The professionalism and honesty that Eddy and his automotive technicians show are beyond appreciated. Eddy will break down and explain any repairs that are required. You will leave with peace of mind that the work done is great work. No price gouging here just honest work. I would definitely recommend them.

Eddie and the team are amazing! They didn't have the correct filter for my car so had to go find one. The oil change ended up taking 3 hours but the office had wifi and I just worked from there. In the end, I went up to pay and was told that this one was "on the house" for taking so long. I didn't even complain!!! I think I've found my auto shop :)

Have been going to Accents Auto for a few years for oil change using Groupon. Always great service. They are true to their appointment time. I always call several days in advance to make an appointment as I know they are continually booked. Eddie & Steven provided the best customer service & quality of work for my family s daily vehicle. Times are tough right now & these gentlemen communicated clearly with me on what needed to be done for our vehicle to operate safely as well as pass state inspection. Best Experience Ever! I never knew that you could walk into a mechanic shop and they make you feel right at home! Joseph, Eddie and George and of course their families are absolutely outstanding people! The most honest, trustworthy people I have met so far in this field! They have an awesome mechanic Ramon who is so thorough and wants to make sure everything is done perfectly! The variety of services they offer are amazing! I have literally sold them my car, bought a car, fixed my car and get my state inspections all in one place! They have a body shop and a mechanic shop and sell and buy cars! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! Been here 3 or 4 times. For general maintenance, I'd say these guys are good. When I had issues with my car starting, however, they quoted me a price that was 2x what nearby shops charged and a $120 diagnostic fee. I'm not a car expert by any means whatsoever, but I've never been charged this much for a diagnostic. Upon asking for more clarification on the needs of my car, I felt like I was being patronized and met with an icky toned response. If you stop by and eddy is there though, you should be good.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I really don t have enough good things to say about Accent auto, Eddy and the work they did on my car. I royally messed up the front tire area of my car and was dreading the process of getting it fixed. Eddy was so professional and personable and kept clear communication with me about prices and what all needed to be done. He really made getting work done on my car not so scary and overwhelming. Not to mention the badass job eddy and the shop did! Really and truly a pleasure to work with. Pretty reliable place, I went in to get an oil change but requested them to take a look at my brakes since I knew they needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate which surprised me because it was a lot lower compared to other places and I was able to get the job done two days after my first initial visit. The staff was friendly the whole time and there was no issues with communication. If I ever need to get something done, I'd definitely go with this place.

Here is my absolute honest and detailed review.The buying experience was painless, they are quick and easy to get you into a vehicle and customer service is one on one and on point. They inform you that your car has been thoroughly checked twice and is solid. ( I am aware of the inherent risk of buying used, as used cars can have problems) However things went south as soon as the contract was signed. Expeditiously, G becomes extremely busy and can no longer take time for you. Immediately within two days I had issues with the vehicle. Major Issues, Head gasket, 1000$ alternator, timing gaskets, electrical issues, fuel injector issues, coolant issues, and the list goes on. This is not a vehicle that was inspected once much less twice. After contacting them they told me that they were aware of a few of those issues, but "forgot" to mention them. I took the car in to their shop only to wait 7 hours for them to do absolutely nothing, charge me almost $500 dollars for $200 worth of parts, and leave me to wait for them to order parts. I was told they would contact me when the $40 part was located and after one month and numerous attempts to contact them, still NOTHING. The BBB has been contacted and I am in the process of taking action. What you can expect is for it to be extremely easy to get into a car as they want to turn and burn vehicles that are on their last leg and have been spit shined to look like a car that is ready to go. Hey maybe your experience will be different, but buyer be forewarned.

I am so satisfied with Accent Auto, I would give them more than five stars if I could. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with my truck. They showed me what they found, outlined their suggested resolution and gave me a price up front. Along the way, they provided me with updates on their progress. Once the repairs were completed, on time, they encouraged me to test drive my vehicle and sign off before paying the invoice.I strongly recommend Accent Auto and will work with them in the future. They are my go to shop.

There was a good experience that was short lived, followed by a bad experience. Went in for a safety inspection, Ford F-150, and realized we needed a new serpentine belt in order to pass the inspection. During installation, something came loose with the air conditioner freon lines there was a small explosion which covered the mechanics with freon. It took a day or so to get the needed part in, but when all was said and done, the manager said since this was my first time at his shop, he covered all the work for free, I didn't pay anything. I thought these guys were the most honest and amazing mechanics ever, and this was the only place that I would ever go for repairs. Super!Soon after my experience with Accent, my truck air conditioner failed, I did not have the money to repair it for about 3 months. Finally took it to Patriot Engine Repair. They said the guys at accent had over-filled the freon which cause the condenser to fail in the air conditioner. Total cost to make it all right was about $850. I could have gone back to Accent, but somehow I felt that I could not trust their work. This is a brutal review I know, but it is the truth. Maybe Accent would have taken on that repair and given me a good price, but maybe they would over-fill the freon again and exacerbate the problem which would take more time and money. I decided to go to another highly recommended shop, pay the full price and have my truck in reliable condition once more. Sorry Accent, wish it had worked out differently.

There's nothing I like more than knowing that I trust my mechanic shop to honestly determine the repairs needed to maintain and fix my car so that it is safe to drive. It's a great feeling to sit while they are working on your car and watch how many repeat customer's they have. There's a reason why it is such a busy shop, so having an appointment is a really good idea. Special thanks to Eddie and Steven who have always taken care of me.

By far the best shop in Austin. The only guys I will trust with my car. Their prices are super reasonable and transparent, they won't do any work until you understand and agree on the price. I love it! Shout out to Eddie and the head mechanic, these guys really rock and everyone in the area should be exclusively coming here for any work they need done!

Very reputable place, busy. You need an appointment. Using a Groupon may cost a little extra; read the fine print before you take your vehicle.

I've been a customer since 2008. When I located them, through word of mouth, I was so grateful to find a good repair shop, with professional mechanics and decent prices .( Much better than the dealers!)AXENT AUTO has met all my needs, and extended financing for repairs, when needed. When my original car, was aging, they advised me to begin to save for the next one, but kept me safely on the road until I bought a great used Honda from them.The owners are concise in communication, about what is needed to be repaired,and also take the time to answer any questions regarding what needs attending immediately, and what can be scheduled at a later date.I use my car for carrying clients, so it is very important to be safe, and in our Texas Summers, have good AC, and to keep me on the road.I depend on my car for work, and pleasure. Whenever I leave town, I take my car in, often without a appointment, and they check it over, and get me down the road. Its' a good place, with good people.I recommend this business! I've sent Friends for service , and everyone is pleased with the quality of the services.
