Super fast and friendly!!!Called in letting them know I need a starter and that I am 2.5 miles away and it will take me a while to get there since the truck would no longer turn over with a jump. The starter was completely out.The man over the phones said he will have it ready for me.When I pulled up on my bicycle entered the store it was right there on the countertop waiting for me!!!He delivered his promise! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes:)Love that you can buy exactly what you need with out extra cost! They sell OEM parts which is what I bought :)My starter in my 2017 Chevy Silverado went out and everywhere else was charging almost $300 for a new starter.I was able to buy mine for $243.12 and it comes with a 2 year warranty!!!So hold on to your receipt :)

Great staff friendly & knowledgeable and very reasonable prices in a neighborhood atmosphere. When a part separated at a defective solder, they just grabbed a replacement off the rack so I could quickly get back to the repair before rush hour peaked. I was very pleased at that kindness.

I came in for Subaru lightbulbs for the license plate. Three men in store. Not one greeted me as I walked in. I was looking for the bulbs, then I asked a man to help me find them. He did. Then I went to pay and asked him if he knew how to put those on. He said, no . I said okay I ll look at YouTube. The I asked if he knew if I had to have tools. He said check with YouTube but probably you re gonna need a Phillips head. Ok gee. Thanks for nothing. He was polite tho. Just not great with customer service. I won t be back. Five stars cuz it s usually an awesome and helpful experience. Learn to great your customers. Do t work there if u can t even explain at least, how to change a license plate bulb.

They are the nicest people in town. Always willing to help out and answer all the questions you have. I stopped going to the other stores like auto zone and advanced Auto because they're more expensive and everything you buy comes with an attitude, but not here. Great prices, great parts and great service!

Small store, relatively, yet carry essentials and very hospitable employees. I found a car cigarette lighter. Go figure

Does describing this as an auto parts Harbor Freight only with cheaper stuff and worse customer service make sense?

These guys deserve 5 stars for always letting Radio customers park in their absolutely giant parking lot. A lot of people in Austin are so viscous about parking even when there is absolutely no reason to be. So 5 stars for being old small town austin vibes

I can't say enough about the guys at A-Line Auto Parts on Ben White. I called and asked about a dead battery I had, wondering if I could get a new one with my warranty. On the phone the employee I was speaking to said, Come on down. That's always a good sign.I explained my issue and they agreed to test and charge my battery. When I returned to pick it up a few hours later, the owner, Travis Frank, thought they should test it again. Sure enough, it was dead, even after a three hour charge. Thank goodness he checked. So I ended up getting a new battery, and for just a couple bucks, the original purchase date was resent to Feb 6th, 2023. What a deal. When people talk about customer service, this is it in a nutshell. From the employee on the phone on my original call to getting a new battery, I felt the Travis's whole staff had a curiosity---How can we make this a good experience for our customer? What a high-quality trait to have in your business; be curious about how the customer is doing and how you can make it a day your customer won't forget for a long, long time. Thanks to Travis and the fella who helped me originally. I Could not say any more about their business and their commitment to quality customer experience. Thanks A-Line Auto!Randy Brown

A 'manager' from the store completely over reacted to me parking in a spot *after hours*, told me he'd have my car towed. There's a much nicer, polite way to have asked me to not park there in the future, but to go out of your way to honk at me and scold me in the street is not it sis. Can't help but feel that if I was a dude, I would have been treated with a little respect or probably wouldn't have said anything at all. Took the opportunity to go out of your way to scold a woman because you're on some weird little power trip. How embarrassing for you.

I went in today needing help for something very minor. For what I needed most stores would never waste their time or energy on me. The guy who helped me out was extremely friendly and did not think twice about helping me. I can t say it enough kind words about this place.I highly recommend this store.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. I can't remember the last time I was treated so poorly and had this kind of bad customer service. After calling around all day I called this shop at 3:55. My last chance at finding a part that I needed to start my car and they had it. I told the person on the phone after they pulled the part for me that I was in route and could be there in 3 minutes. He told me they closed at 4 exactly and "there was nothing he could do if I couldn't get there by 4." (Really?!Nothing you can do?)I made it to the shop front door at 4 o'clock exactly, and the door was already locked. There were three employees standing around behind the counter, all were aware I was on my way, and they refused to sell me the part sitting on the counter in front of them. To make it worse they were incredibly rude, offered zero apologies. It was an easy $60 sale they already had the product on the counter and absolutely refused to have any compassion for me or my situation. Now having to order the part online, I can't get to work and I have to Rent-A-Car because they couldn not spare two minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They messed up by shutting down their credit card machines before they closed and didn't want to bother with me. I wasn't asking for them to go above and beyond, just to do their damn job.

I came in to buy an alternator. Silly me, I left several cans of beans in my car. While I was checking out an employee must have stolen all my beans. Now I have to return the alternator to buy more beans. I'll probably have to walk/ride the bus everywhere. This also happened on my birthday.

I got a message in my car that my tail light bulb was out. Had 15.00 til payday. Knew i was gonna have to shop around for a few hours to buy and get it put on at a price I could afford. I was wrong...they are so helpful, professional and wonderful that i was out of there in literally minutes. And didn't spend anything. First visit won't be the last! Thank you all and God bless you all!

A-Line Auto Parts always has the parts I've ever needed in stock. Other chains do not. The service is great, the guys are knowledgeable and I never argue with the price. A great place to do business

Typical Auto Parts store although this one is pretty small. A-Line is locally owned so I use them when I am close to one of their locations. The inventory is not extensive here but you can get most of the stuff you might need here

Knowledgable counter staff. Good stock of parts. What they don't have? They can get.... usually in 42 to 72 hours. Top quality parts reasonably priced. Many of the Big Four parts are factory.

One of three top tier, real deal, parts houses. If you want to get an oem part whether it be Ford motorcraft or ACDelco for general motors, this is the place without a doubt.
