Got my Toyota lifted with new rims and tires and I literally cannot say enough good things about my experience. I went to the location in Austin and 10/10 all around. Firstly, I had the best and most helpful salesperson. Oscar spent over an hour with me answering questions and giving advice. He worked within my budget and the manager Kirk came out and was even helping me with making decisions on my tires. They were so patient and gave me a great deal. I picked my vehicle up today and everything looks AMAZING! If you re considering doing anything to your vehicle I recommend going to see them because they were so knowledgeable and awesome. Couldn t be happier!

Needed add a bit more height to my new 2024 AT4 HD so could safely add some more beefy tires but not mess up ride. Did a 3" RoughCountry lift with the M1 upgrades & red control arm, after professional consult with Oscar by phone. It turned out fantastic! Took it out on toll road doing 85mph afterwards. Ride was better than the prior Rancho 1.5" lift from GMC. It did take a bit time but id much rather have quality work done vs a quick hack job. The guys were awesome & helped me price out some spacers & tires in coming days. Big thanks to Oscar & Andrew for their product knowledge, sincere customer service, & "let's do this" attitudes. Been to a few 4WP stores & this one is quality. ThanksBL

These guys are great. I had a small misunderstanding at one point and they went above and beyond to deliver a high quality service. My friend recommended me to these guys and I certainly will be doing the same. Big thumbs up for service from this place.

Immediately following the purchase of the BROJAVE Gladiator, Scott H. went on a mission to find me the perfect front bumper solution. Hopefully the future will see more projects sent his way for a SUV build next year... Thanks for the time spent and that continues to be spent trying to find me exactly what I want so I don't have to continuously swap parts and getting things "right" the first time...

These guys really do have great customer service, if you read a review saying they do not, it s more than likely the reviewer being a terrible person to start. You get what you give. I ordered a COGNITO control arm and FOX coilover kit. It was on back order and kept getting pushed out. All of the probably 7 times I called to bug them they were never anything but genuinely nice and caring people. I spoke with probably 4 people and most of them would even stop and ask how I was actually doing, who does that anymore? So they finally received the part from the manufacturer and Andrew, who was awesome throughout the process, called me immediately for pickup. They were even cool with my follow up technical questions when I installed it myself. Prices are inline with all the other auto stuff. Would order everything from them since shipping is free to their location. Thanks guys

They are awesome and management rocks with how they run this shop . Truck turned out perfect techs know their business. A repeat customer here . Give them a try will not regret it -5star

Please Read. Let me start out by saying in the end 4wheel Parts Austin fixed my truck. The assistant manager Andrew did everything in his power to fix the situation. However I would not recommend this shop. My 3 day max install took 3 weeks plus they left parts off bolts loose etc. I could have been seriously hurt if something would have failed due to the negligence. I do not recommend them. Please take time to research the shop which you choose to use.

Horrible service advisors and even worse technicians. I took my truck in for new struts and a lift kit. Their technician left a grease gun in my engine bay, which exploded everywhere. I initially thought my engine had exploded took my truck into the dealership and had to pay $250 just to find out that they left a grease gun inside my engine bay. After the dealership confirmed that 4wheelparts left the grease gun in my engine day I went back to them asking to get reimbursed at $250 plus for them to clean my engine bay and they continue to refuse to do so. On top of all this, my truck continues to squeak and the alignment is completely messed up from the lift kit they installed. Do not recommend coming here at all. This place is horrible. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

SALES STAFF AND TEAM ALWAYS FRIENDLY Have a large selection. Nice waiting area. Good thing, without an appointment you are looking at a 2.5 hour wait. They are scheduling 1.5 to 2 weeks out. Repaired hole in tire per warranty. Will return. Soda machines were NOT working, so bring yourself a beverage while you wait!

We received a lift, new wheels, and tires for my son's Jeep from 4 Wheel Parts, and we couldn't be happier! Oscar is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect combination. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was great! We dropped off the Jeep on a Wednesday and picked it up first thing in the morning on Thursday. We would definitely recommend 4 Wheel Parts!

I ended up relocating to Texas for work. I did not have a location close to me however, Scott in Austin from the first phone call took care of my situation and handled everything professionally. Customer service is not dead, see Scott in Austin!!

I must say after driving pass 4WP heading to work everyday I decided to stop cause I had an issue with my jeep. Went in and Scott was great got me scheduled in and even followed up the day before set appointment. I definitely recommend 4WP thanks Scott and btw you can t here any noise you guys rock

I was recommend 4 Wheel Parts by my local Toyota dealership so I brought my Tacoma in for a level and lift kit. Couldn't be more happy with all the guys up there that made this such a wonderful customer experience. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Their work was even complimented by Lamb's Automotive when I went for my first oil change! I will definitely be back for more gear, and will be a life time customer, David.

Mike P was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got the right answer from Gregg whenever there was a question he couldn t answer. Something about a 2 bolt or 3 bolt idler arm or something. Anyway, the day of the install I dropped my vehicle off and was promptly greater by a salesperson. I believe his name was Corey too .. Huh, coincidence. He got my trucked checked into the service department where Mark, Peach, Danny and Gordon did their thing. Truck came out great! Next time I see y all at Hooters the wings are on me!

Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to questions about my truck. His vast knowledge and ability to find the answers I needed really helped me figure out exactly what I was wanting for my truck. What I really liked is that he wasn t just a guy at a computer, he also shares a passion for cars/trucks that showed as we discussed options for mine. Because of him I will be back.

WOW! Best customer service I ve had in a really long time! Very helpful and knowledgeable team! The install on my coil overs and all 4 tires was SUPER fast! I cannot praise these guys enough! I wish I had a better memory but mike I believe is the BEST out there. If you re reading this, thank you for everything, brother!

Scott H. did an amazing job on my Tacoma build! Walked through every step of every detail with me, making sure to keep me thoroughly informed during the entire build. The workmanship came out amazing and I am certain it was a combination of his attention to detail and that of the expert craftsmen at 4 Wheel Parts. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I took my 2023 Denali Ultimate truck with a 9 Mcgaughy s lift to 4WP for an alignment. The customer service is awful and management is even worse. They don t care or respect their clients time and don t honor appointments. Had an alignment scheduled from two weeks ago. Dropped my truck off 9am the day of my appointment (scheduled for 10am). The day was almost over and no one called to inform me or update me on the status of my truck. I called at 5:30pm to check on my truck. They told me a truck with a broken stud was stuck on the alignment rack and they wouldn t be able to do it. I said no problem. I own a business and I understand things like that happen. Mind you all this time, I m the one having to reach out. They didn t call me once. Worth noting they told me beforehand that they couldn t align my 26x16 wheels so I put on my 26x14 wheels before the appointment, which they ve aligned before. Next day I call to get an update, I get a hold of Oscar. On the call with Oscar, he informed me they couldn t align it because of the wheels. Clearly it was an excuse as he was off the previous day and unaware that they gave the excuse of the broken stud. I told him what happened and I offered to put on my 20x10 wheels. He hit me with, we have to reschedule, we are too busy Disappointed is an understatement... I feel disrespected and deceived. It s the failure to communicate and the flat out lying for me. Never again will I use or recommend Four Wheel Parts.

Had a lift kit and tires installed, no problems. They honored the tire warranty without issue and readily replaced a tire that had a bolt puncture near the wall.

The customer service folks are knowledgeable and friendly, seems like they are good on selling services but not actually following through.Brought my jeep there at 9AM and got it back at EOB 3 days later with a 1700 bill, with only a winch and an alignment done! The only reason I got the winch is they said they would fix up my front end (which pulls and jumps around).Every time we spoke, they kept telling me they went for a test drive, and we will be pulling it back in the bay shortly and they Tightened some bolts . I don t mind paying would have been nice to see some results, seems like there was a huge disconnect between me, the techs and customer service. Poor management overall.Maybe I m being too hard on them I don t know I rarely give out bad reviews. This whole process just left me feeling like something wasn t quite right and the phone calls and conversations didn t really match up with the overall work completed They ended up suggesting a reverse shackle kit and would call to schedule the rest of the work they didn t get around too in the 3 days .

amazing experience. i lost a fender on the highway and was going out of town the next day and was panicked looking everywhere to get it fixed in time. i called 4 parts and they saved the day with ease. it was an incredibly easy and friendly process. i usually have anxiety about talking on the phone but these guys are great and made me feel like a friend
