When I discuss the exact wipers I require, even giving the employee the exact part number and brand name and style of attachment, and request they be ordered, and the employee tells me he has ordered them and they will arrive either that evening or the next day, I fully expect him to have ordered the actual wipers I asked for.I called the next day - the wipers will arrive by 5pm. I arrive at the O'Reilly's in Aubrey and the same staff member remembers me and hastens to bring out the wipers.He ordered a completely different pair of wipers. The wrong style and the wrong part number. The only match is the brand name and the length. It is in fact the ones I told him did not fit and would damage my vehicle's wiper arm and windshield. He acknowledged I had told him that, but he felt these were the ones I should get as he didn't find the ones I asked for in the computer. And since they had "RV" in the style name, they should work. I suppose if a part said "auto" in the style name he would decide for the customer that it would fit any automobile.I asked why he didn't just tell me he couldn't order the exact parts with the numbers I had asked for. He again shrugged and said these should work.I said no thank you, they won't work, and he told me to enjoy the rest of my visit to Texas. I left without informing him I have lived here for over 50 years. He returned to sitting on the counter and chatting with his coworker.I wasted 2 days on this. I still need the product, and will go elsewhere. I do not recommend this store because of the lack of customer service I experienced. Note: there were no other customers during both visits - no reason for bad service, and no bad attitude from me even after such bad service. 04/25/21

I bought a 5 dollar can of parts cleaner. I opened the can and the spray tip broke off. They would not return it. Brand new never used any of it. Had nothing to do with the 5 dollars. I could care less. It s that I ve been a long O Reillys customer and have always preferred them over other parts stores. I have never taken anything back to them. The one time I do I get jerked. Will never go back.

This by far was my best experience at O'Reilly's ever. The person at the counter was more than helpful, she took all the time necessary to help me find exactly the parts that I needed for my truck. Apparently my truck is a real pain in the butt and has a million options for brake pads but thanks to Star I got everything I needed and I'll be sure to use that O'Reilly's next time I'm in Aubrey.

My car's "check engine" light went on, so I went in to get more info on the error code. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The diagnosis indicated a gas vapor issue, which turns out to be the gas tank cap not closed properly. The staff didn't even charge me anything. Great service!

Employees don t tip food delivery drivers. Nobody was wearing a face covering despite state mandate. My family and I won t be shopping for parts or oil their anymore.
