This is probably my 3rd or 4th visit here and I have no complaints. Love how the location is in the neighborhood. The guys are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, and I have to add that the wait has never been long for me. I definitely recommend DFW Luxury Automotive Group. Thank you!!

I had an issue with Infinity FX35, it would drain the battery and I had to keep jump starting if I didn't start the car everyday. I brought it over to this shop and they managed to find the culprit, it was the motor to my driver seat, it was stuck and kept running all day and night. I would never have guessed that was the issue. Overall, they are excellent with what they do. Unfortunately they only open from Monday thru Friday but super worth it! They save you money as much as they can. I highly recommend this place and I will be bringing my other car for a AC issue.

I was Charged for repairs that was not done. When asked why my vehicle still had the same issues. The answer was I didn't feel comfortable working on your vehicle. Their quote was higher than Range Rover. I suggest you get a couple quotes before thinking about letting them guess.

DFW Luxury has been taking care of my 2008 Lexus since December 2022 when my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Since then they have helped me with a headlight replacement, tire pressure sensor replacements and they have done all my oil changes. They are an amazing group of guys!! As long as they are around, I ll be a life long customer!!

I highly recommend Dfw Luxury for you repair needs. They were straight forward and direct about my issue and what it would cost to fix my coolant leaks and oxygen sensors. Repairs was done promptly and communication was consistent. DFW luxury automotive group did great work on my 14 BMW 528i. They had very competitive pricing which is what led us going to them for repairs. It was our first time working with them and they were very clear and honest about the repair. My valve cover gasket was cracked and they replaced it however the part was faulty so they replaced the gasket with another one for free one week later. Great customer service and absolutely appreciate an honest mechanic. I would definitely recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

Bought my Jaguar in April 2023 had it for 2 days problems started, dealership was great however every attempt to repair correctly failed. After 4 mths they sent it to DFW Luxury automotive. Shay and Corey repaired the car where 2 others shops couldn t or did it incorrectly. Want your vehicle repaired correctly then take it to DFW Luxury Automotive!!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission replacement

Shay and Chris run a very reputable and honest quality automotive shop.My Kia Sorento 2018 SXL had a fuel leak. I took it in to them by recommendion of a freind. They located a fuel pump and hoses that where damaged that day. Got them in and had me up and running the next day.I have mechanics like them in East Tx but was pleasantly surprised to be able to trust my car would be fixed right and they didn't disappoint.They aren't the cheapest but will get the job done right. Which is all I expect. Using oem parts and quality workmanship.

From the very first phone call with Shay, I had a feeling I could trust this shop. He was honest, followed up on his commitments and always made time for me when I called or stopped by. The expertise of Shay and Chris is unmatched. They are knowledgeable, thorough and caring. They repaired my Jaguar at a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership and it is running beautifully. Great customer service, they're a new business in the area that was tired of working for bigger companies in which they started their own and are now making a name of their very own ! Help out the local business in our area ! They also have a nice lounge area to wait for your car. Id highly recommend them for anything small or big ! They're more competitive and give you decent prices with high quality work.

I've dealt with land rover mechanics before. They are extremely expensive if they specialize in them. I called DFW Automotive to have them look at my car and I spoke with Shay. He said he could get me immediately and diagnos the problem without a doubt. I took it in and he got back with me quickly and the price of the quote was extremely fair. As they were fixing my car multiple times he and Chris (another mechanic) called and said that there was another issue and the part needed to be replaced. I know this was true because the problem that these parts fixed were issues I had been dealing with. The thing is, is that they replaced the part and did not charge me for it. I've never been to mechanic that didn't nickel and dime me. They really are specialists in range rovers and I felt that from the first call, during the diagnostic, and when I picked my car up. That in itself is enough to use them but to know that they truly care and do not gouge you in price is going over and beyond. I recently serviced my Range Rover at DFW luxury and had a excellent experience. They have amazing customer service and very efficient. They were able to complete the warranty service and provide the same service as the dealer. The mechanics have several years experience at the dealer. If you re looking for mechanics that stand behind their work? Then there is no better place to go. I needed some major work dealt with on my BMW and I m very particular about where it goes. These guys are professional and warranty the work they perform. *Pricing is also very reasonable.

Big shoutout to the team at DFW Luxury. Needed an O2 sensor replaced on my vehicle for state inspections and they had me fixed up in no time. Very affordable pricing, extremely kind and smart staff, and one badass shop. I could of hung out in the waiting room all day. Highly recommend for any type of vehicle and any issue you are facing. They did A+ service on my Mercedes Benz. The dealer was 2 weeks out to even look at my AC. DFW luxury automotive went above and beyond. They took my car in and replaced the blower same day. I appreciate the work and time you guys put in.

Omg these are the best guys ever to have your car fixed! 2 months ago they did my tires and inspection on my Lincoln, and were amazing, and today, I came from vacation and my car won't start. I was afraid it was the expensive electric battery! They CAME TO MY HOUSE! To look at it for free! And said only the small battery needed to be changed and it was less than $400! Amazing. Chris was done in less than 20 min. So happy I found them, and I can trust them with my expensive car. I used to only go to authorized dealerships but now I found a much better (and cheaper!) place! I have known both mechanics for many years. Having owned 20+ Land Rovers, I followed them to this location and left the dealership and astronomical prices behind! They have all the tools and skills to service my Rovers. I also took my daughter's Audi for diagnosis. They identified the issue and repaired it the same day.
