Nice breakfast.Nice beds.Hair all over floors. Will have to burn my socks.Card keys stopped working before checkout. Got locked out of room.No elevator to second floor. Difficult for older folks.

Clean and friendly. Maids, kitchen staff, and janitors were the most friendly. The breakfast was basic, but the food was ok. The fridge was not working well. I asked for help, but no one came. A staff member tried to enter and said something about knocking, but I didn't hear anything. Good thing I had the door jam engaged. Before checking out, another staff member was knocking on my door to remind me of checkout, which was a bit annoying. Yes, I had the do not disturb sign displayed.No Uber or lyft options to get around town. Ubereats has 1 option, but doordash has about 6 options.I will stay here again, but next time I will be more insistent about NOT being disturbed.

This hotel was surprisingly good! The room was very clean, bed super comfortable, showers nice steamy and good water pressure. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal. The only complaint I have is that the pool only open at noon so I wasn't able to use it. The price is a bit steep for the area but it was a nice stay

This is an older hotel but well kept. Our rooms were clean but the furniture was older and the beds were a tad lumpy. The bedding was clean but just 2 sheets with a thin blanket between them instead of a comforter. For the price we ve stayed stayed in newer places with a tad higher level of quality. The food and service was good and if we needed to stay in Atlanta again we d pick this hotel.

We were very happy with our Best Western stay this week! The room was very clean, and there were great mattresses on the beds! (From someone with back problems, the is a HUGE plus in a hotel stay!) The staff that checked us in and out were very nice and helpful, and the hot breakfast in the morning was very good! The next time we need an overnight stay in Atlanta, we will definitely be back!

Very nice stay. The hotel is older but well maintained. The beds were really comfortable and our ac worked wonderfully as did the heater. We ended up needing both in the few hours that we were there. Front office staff was nice. I heard that the breakfast was good but we didn't make it down in time.

Clean but way out dated tiny tv, no tv Channels ,no HBO ,breakfast is trash ,when it s out 7am and nothing staff is nice but for a best western IM NOT IMPRESS ! forgot to mention there is no elevator and the final straw for me THE ROACHES SEE YA LATER PINEYWOODS

When I called before I got there asked about early check-in front desk receptionist was VERY rude. Check-in was good, carpets looked and smelled like they haven't been shampooed in years. All in all this is the best they have in Atlanta, TexasDefinitely not worth $110 a night

The room was very nice and clean. The pillows looked small but were good. For breakfast the eggs were good. But one worker lady was kinda snippy about the toaster settings. But there were no signs telling about what settings you need it on.

We came in from Louisiana and let me tell you how nice our stay was! We felt welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We were greeted with the upmost respect and kindness. The first room we checked in was a bit warm, we went down and told him the problem, requested a new room and he immediately took care of the problem...no questions asked. He got us a whole new room as well. The rooms were very nice and clean. Fully stocked with all the essentials you needed. The outside was very well taken care of. The pool area as well. We sat by the pool area often, in a nice secluded spot to smoke. They were extremely accommodating to smokers. In which we greatly appreciated, because you don't necessarily see that often. The pool was very well kept and clean, we witnessed them cleaning everytime we were there. They had a lovely breakfast, which was unlimited to you. They allowed my nuisance of a self in so many times lol. Plenty of options as far as the breakfast was concerned also. The dining area very clean as well. All we ever saw was hard workers. People working around the clock. It was peaceful a peaceful stay altogether. Every worker greeted you with a Goodmorning and how are you. Professional, respectful, you name it! Nothing quite like southern hospitality. Cleaning staff, amazing!! Also quite considerate of you as well. You are near plenty of shopping and eating places. So that's a plus too! I highly recommend them and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! We greatly appreciated our stay!

We came in to town for a funeral. We arrived early & needed to check in to get ready for the funeral being held same day. No issue at all. We got keys to the room quickly. The staff are super friendly! The breakfast was a hit & the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool! Only down side was they do not allow pets.

I came here for a 1 day job for work in the area. The town of Atlanta is small with not many choices of stay, this looked like one of the better choices online. Check in was easy and the front desk was very nice. My room was clean and the A/C blowed cold. Bed are comfortable and water pressure was good as well. In the morning breakfast was ready on time with a hot breakfast consistenting of a ham and cheese taco with Coffee among other drink options. Overall a good stay.

A hidden gem. Public areas and private rooms are updated and spotless. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay a night or two in East Texas.

Great place to stay. The breakfast was awesome too. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, yeah the staff was also awesome. The small problem that occured during my stay was quickly resolved. Keep up the good work.

I have family in this area and have stayed here probably 5 or 6 times. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and give good service, and the breakfast here can't be beat, especially considering it's free. I'm sure I'll be back again next time I'm in town.

Would recommend if you want to get woken up at 11:30 at night about smoke alarms, also you ll be woken up by vacuuming and slamming directly over your room at 7:00 normally I get up at that hour but on vacation I do enjoy to sleep in, do not eat the kolaches, pancake machine was the only cool thing.

Have been coming here for the last 2 months to see the in laws not once have I had to put $150 in cash down. I've always paid with debit not credit. Went to check in this month for a visit and was informed we had to pay $150 in cash upfront. No warning when we booked or anything. Ridiculous considering we don't like to carry cash on us and had to go find somewhere with an atm.

We basically got the room to sleep over night on the way home. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan was a little loud, but not super loud. The beds were softer than my wife and I like, but we slept well.

The staff members are very professional and courteous. The room was fairly clean except that there was hair in the tub and behind the toilet and an unclean air conditioning unit. All the other times we've stayed,the rooms were emculite.

Very nice Motel, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, I was very pleased with our room. Also the breakfast was delicious. We will be staying here again when we're in the area.

Looked clean, but in our room there was tape on the wall that someone had put there. Who knows how long ago, and the base of the toilet had dried urine all over it. We had driven for 13 hours so we had to stay. Wouldn't have stayed if there was another option.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable! Location is perfect right across road from walmart and next door to a great Chinese food restaurant. I always stay here when I work in town. Would Highly recommend to anyone. Their prices are fair as well!
