Just wanted to shout out AJ! He helped me get checked in, and had an awesome attitude and smile. He was super informative and helped me pick the best bang for my buck, which was leaps and bounds cheaper than anyone else around. I called before I drove an extra hour for an oil change to verify that they still vacuum. They said as long as it's not the lowest priced oil change they do. I arrived and was told they don't do that anymore. What a waste of time, either someone lied or someone is to lazy to do their job.The lady was very rude about it.Services: Tires, Oil change

Worst service ever. Took over 2 hrs for an oil change. When I arrived the bay was empty. Pulled my vehicle in immediate. Employees just stood around shooting BS. The manager over automotive should be replacedService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My car sat in the bay for over 30 minutes untouched during oil change. They started oil change. Once pit was closed took over 30 minutes for someone to get to it. Once it finally got finished and I paid the guy didnt want to give me the keys because he couldn't find the bill for me to pay. Even after I showed him receipt. Never again will I go back

I've never had a problem with them aside from them being a bit slow and their oil changes are more expensive than Ford. I stopped going to Ford for oil changes when their service department started being rude, but I think I'll have to start going back because of the price difference. No problems at all with tires, though.

Slow place. With 4 people. 1 car in front of me for oil change. Took over 1:30. They move slower than turtles. One person changing 2 tires took over an hour to do that. I used to do it by myself in 15 minutes...when I was only 15. Oil changes took less than 15 minutes too. I don't get why they are so slow.

Had a boat trailer tire blow out on the interstate. After explaining the situation the employee assigned to "help" us he tells us it with be at least 2 hours. 2 hours! To change a tire on a rim. And not like there was a line of cars needing service. Definitely got the feeling that they didn't want to be bothered with helping us so close to their closing time. This isn't the first time the service department of Walmart has made it clear that they have no intention to put in anymore effort than the absolute bare minimum. Definitely a race to the bottom

Wow! The service is received today was just... wonderful!I walked in needing a high mileage oil change, talked with an associate named Mallisa. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and kept checking in with me during the time I was there. They were completely understaffed and customers just kept coming (get a grip, it s Walmart you know it s busy) but everyone there kept a positive attitude and kept my respect. There was a slight hiccup with my vehicle, but the ONLY mechanic on site had stepped aside to explain to me what was going on. Richard was so well informed, able to communicate effectively, he definitely taught me something and did I mention not trying to sell me more than I needed?Now, it did take longer than anticipated but the manager, Ted, noticed and took action. They offered me a discount for the wait, which wasn t needed but was appreciated! After leaving and looking over the checklist of things they did in my car... I was pleasantly surprised to see the full service they were willing to do for their customers because they did much more than an oil change, they made sure my car was in so much better condition. They even vacuumed it out, put washer fluid in, made sure my tires were properly inflated and SO much more the list could go on a while!This is singlehandedly the best experience I have ever had in Walmart, I want to go again and say thank you to Richard, Ted and definitely Mallisa for their help!

Question: So when website and signs outside and inside read : Hours 8-6 on Sunday ; does this mean we start preparing to open at or open for business at 8 am ? Door opens at 8:01 and they start wheeling out tires , etc. I just know that most retailers that are open at 8 means that they actually start the service that they offer at 8 am. First car in line and no one even acknowledges you till 8:15. I don t get it I don t guess.

Very helpful auto techs. Helped explain everything in detail and assisted me with the selection I made, didn't price gouge or offer the best of the best. They went off what I said and made it happen. I wont go anywhere else for an oil change.

Had an oil change at Walmart and the following week my transmission was gone! They told me that I didn t have a spot to put transmission fluid in, but I was able to locate the transmission fluid with no problem. Will NEVER use them again for an oil change!

Called to ask if I could pay to have tires mounted and balanced on my son's car over the phone. He is 2 hours away from me and the woman said no. We don't take payments over the phone! Well, well, well, you sure take payments through website for groceries that he goes to pick up. Maybe I'll start using Brookshire's, a local grocer for his grocery needs as they offer delivery service! Goodbye Wal-Mart! - By the way, they wouldn't patch a tire previously either to get him by until we could get him tires. Another tire company there did without blinking and no, the hole wasn't in the sidewall of the tire. Going to the other tire company too! Wal-Mart, you have nothing to offer that I can't get somewhere else. And get it without attitude!

I was the second person in line and I have been waiting for 50 mins for the oil change. Now i have been waiting 10 minutes to get check out. I will go other places and pay more money to save my sanity. P.S I am now late to work.

Tires go flat almost immediately after we buy them and they say there's nothing wrong with them yet they just go flat again after taking them back up there. Just Terrible service, and you're better off pretty much anywhere else.

The employee in the auto shop his name is Mike and he took pretty good service of me and he washed my windshield and he was just really nice and he was funny too.
