Fast. Friendly. Simple. Not just a slogan at Take 5. The service I got today was outstanding, each of the young men working today were friendly and engaging. And they got my oil changed, tires filled, windshield cleaned, and coolant flushed in less than 30 minutes, all while keeping me updated on what they were doing.And, at the end, the boss thanked me for the business. Professional. I ll be back.

(I am updaring my review) After the last 2 visits to this location, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is my understanding that there is new management. First of all, I only want an oil change. I don't need my radiator fluid flushed just because you show me how "clear" it is. Secondly, you tell my wife she needs full synthetic for my older truck when it calls for synthetic blend. I understand business has to make money but this is ridiculous! You are no better than any of the other quick oil places in town. Disappointing and sad because y'all started out great. (Previous review)My wife and I took her Ford Explorer up to the Take 5 Oil Change in Athens, Texas. The young lady and two gentlemen were very friendly and professional. They have procedures they follow, and they communicate well with each other. And I can tell they are a good team. Thank you and bravo! You have my business from now on.

I went to get my oil changed and it was already over 100 degrees outside. Common by 11 am. The tech got me inside as soon as possible in the shade. He offered me a water and even put a fan on me to help keep me cool during my wait. I happily waited for him to finish with his customer that was being serviced when I arrived. This place was professional and clean. That s great, But the way the employees made me feel as a customer, I will now be a loyal fan and a returning customer. Take 5 Oil thank you for having the best customer service experience

Did not getting their names but the two employees working today were very professional, polite and helpful. They got my vehicle in and out quickly which was very appreciated. Good work guys!

Wow Customer Care is done right at Take 5 Oil Change.... From the moment one drives up they are made to feel like they are the only customer being served. A BIG PLUS is the Veterans Discount for the products and services offered! Definitely will be my go-to oil change business! Thanks and God Bless

Excellent service the technicians were very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable answered every question I asked. I have never been treated so well getting a oil change I have had my oil changed at many different places even the dealership and never have I been so impressed with the quality of service I received .you have my business and I will recommend to family and friends.

This oil change was expeditious and the employees were nice and friendly, everything was very transparent and they made sure I witnessed everything including oil levels and such. Don't particularly like staying in the car but they gave us complimentary bottles of cold water. The whole experience was on the pricey side of a bill.

I am not used to getting the oil changed in my car, because we usually do that at home. But I need to change the oil more often for my work vehicle because I drive multiple thousand Miles every month. This place was very fast, extremely professional, and communicated with me clearly on everything needed. They provided good recommendations and even apply to coupon for me. They provided an itemized report of everything they did, and they provide free services if needed in between changes.I am so glad my husband recommended giving this place a try. I will definitely come every time I need an oil change, which will probably be every 2 to 3 months. I'm quite impressed.

Damaged my car but resolved after 3 months. They failed to secure the skid plate after an oil change and it got damaged beyond repair. Per emails from the manager I was to be reimbursed. Took 3 months but they paid me for the repairs.

The guys working there were nice, and I got my oil changed right away as advertised. I gave only 3 stars because the prices are a lot higher than I expected! I looked at the website beforehand and couldn't find any pricing. Luckily, I did find a $5 off coupon, but even with the coupon, it cost me $50 for conventional oil!! Next time I think I'll look to get my oil changed for a better price.I usually go to Kwik Kar, they're fast, reasonably priced and I like the car wash which you can buy with a full service oil change for half price but unfortunately they were shut down because they're turning it into a different oil company.

I went to the one in Athens, TX. They were so nice!!! I'm from Louisiana so for the crew to be very sweet, I felt like I was at home! I just love the southern hospitality that we shared! Preston was a sweetheart, I forgot the girls name but she was just the sweetest, and Dustin was sweet as well but the way he talked to me was like we'vebeen friends for years lol. I'll definitely be coming back, if I'm in town again.Service: Oil change
