WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!the salesmen and the mechanic are trash the salesman doesn t want to help you at all and the mechanic thinks he is the owner and can tell you that if he is going to drive are car it needs to be cleaned excuse me? Who are you? This is are car that we pay for and guess what he would not even have had to drive it if he fixed it right the first time instead of this being the third time this weak he has had to fix it because he is lazy this isn t the first time he has fixed are car only for it to brake down as soon as we get it back because he didn t check everything because he is LAZY! I missed three job interviews this weak because they said they fixed are car when they didn t and now my wife will miss her fist day at new job because it won t be ready until after the weekend because they don t even have mechanics on the weekends witch they knew on Friday but instead of telling us just said the part would be in Saturday and this falls back to the salesman he knowingly did this because he does not want to give out a loner and knew he could easily say no on the weekend where it s just himAnd even more bad experiences since then so just steer clear of this over overpriced used car lot

Never had an issue! I just finished paying the first vehicle I got through them! Any issues that I had were resolved by Brad and Robert. I went ahead and got a second vehicle through them because they are awesome. They will work with you if you work with them and talk to them. Great place to go, so go and give them my name so they will hook you up!

Awesome dealership that will work with you if having problems paying your for the vehicle you purchased. Only if you are sincere and are good for it. brad is the best in Athens for a car or truck none better. .check him out if you are looking for a vehicle. 5 stars

I had the best experience with this place yesterday. After getting the run around and very mad I decided to take a trip to Athens. Walked in with him already knowing i was frustrated I picked out a car i wanted and was very satisfied.. Thank you so much Brad!!! A very down to earth and straight to the point guy! I really love my car!!

Should have never wasted money getting a vehicle from here, we lapsed on insurance we were going through a rough patch, so my car was parked in my driveway til we got money to get insurance and we paid our car note like we were supposed even told them that at the end of the month it might be 2 days late since my paycheck always falls on the 1st week, they were fine with it, I paid 2 weeks ahead at the beginning of the month and was only 3 days late at the end, never got a phone call or anything and they repoed my van, then swore up down they haven t heard from me since the 28 of December when I have text and phone records proving other wise, then the guy lied and swore he didn t know which repo company picked up my van when he in fact did bc they sent the spare key to them!!! Then accused me of harassment when I texted him 6 hours after I hung up with wanting to know were my van was so I could get my belongings, I didn t know making one phone. Call and a simple text stating he had 6 hours so he should know were my van was and I wanted to know! Then said it was going to be 900 in repo fees bc that was what he was charged, guess what that was a lie the repo guy said it was way less than that! Don t trust them and don t waste your money with them. They are just a bunch of liars l!

The owner is really rude. I have been trying for last several months to get my cars electrical problem fixed and he would work me. I called today to make arrangements on my car not and he wants to rude.

I need this to get to the public and hopefully put these people out of business and out of peoples pockets. Athens Auto Finance screwed me royally by financing me a vehicle which only drove for a few days before it started overheating. They didn't come and pick up the car until 3 weeks after me having it. After trying to reach them over a week I finally get in touch with them and was told that now they aren't putting me in another vehicle, the motor is blown and aren't going to give it back and they weren't going to give my money back. Now 6 months later they gave reported it on my credit as a repossession. Little do they know that I have videos, in person recording of them admitting they screwed me on purpose and there's nothing I can do about it. There's way more to this and I want the public to know what's going on and what type of people are living in the community. Wait until you hear the recordings of Brad not only threatening me but also admitting his wrong doing. Please someone help me.

Prices are high and the salesman seemed unconcerned with my needs and offered no options for finance. When I mentioned I would like to get a car with nothing down, which other dealerships told me was fine, he told me they couldn't do that and pretty much ended the conversation.

They are the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, disrespectful car lot on earth. No matter how much you re on time and never late on a payment they will still reposes your vehicle even if you re only a couple days late on car note. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. And it s mostly the owner, especially if you re a young driver he gives you the most hell.

Had my cars A/C fixed there but was supposed to have my fuel issues fixed as well and they where wrong about what the problem was. Still having issues with it and they want to charge again to find the problem. So half ok

Brad is a snake and a liar. Went through a year of his lies and he doesn't value his customers. All he cares about is a sale and doesn't stand by his products. Typical slicked back hair used car salesman.
