Salesperson went to lunch and the automotive section no one was there to open the door to let me out had to wait 40 minutes for someone else to show up ridiculous they became just like Kmart don't care for the customer at all much rather go to Tractor Supply for a better shopping experience friendlier help they treat the customer at Tractor Supply like family and a customer not a jackass like they do at Walmart

Never answer the phone. Took 2 days to set a tire on a rim that blew out the very next day. This is all Walmart's though... not just this one.

Have been coming here for an oil change since before I could drive. But u have to get there early as some times they have only one tech.

This week I've been trying to find a battery for my vehicle so have gone back & forth trying 2 other batteries first, before finding the correct one. As understaffed & overwhelmed by customers they were, every associate I dealt with was as helpful as could be, even if Automotive isn't their forte.

I always go to the Lockhart Wal-Mart auto center.They give great service and more than that I TRUST them.I think their price is reasonable, and can't say enough about how they treat my car.!!!!Sorry don't know his name, but if you can get the blond guy you are in good hands.Hat's off to all of you, I know it's hot out there.Thank you for your continued good service.My little car is 100% reliable thanks to you.Sincerely Ruth

Went there 9am for a flat tire repair, the mechanic was already in a mood and was being rude, basically telling me he couldn't do the repair because it's by appointment only and the closest appintment was at noon but he couldn't do a flat tire repair until 1 or 2 for some reason, also need to mention there was nobody there and no vehicles pulled into the garage, so the guy was just sitting around until his next appointment at 10. They never called or sent notification about my appointment time so I just took it to another walmart in Austin and they had me good to go in less then an hour. Definitely wouldn't recommend lockhart auto...

The auto center failed to bring in the tires I wanted. Didn't call to confirm or postpone my appointment. No follow up whatsoever. The store manager "Vanessa" took my name and # when auto dept. didn't answer 3 calls and she never got back with me. I went elsewhere.

Went at 8am to get oil change .. was 2nd in line of 6 cars .. waited in my car till 8:09 am when finally someone came and opened garage. Ask attendant when someone was going to come take info for my car was told we dont do that at this location. You got to come in and present yourself . So I walked in and asked for synthetic oil change and guy takes my info and says its gonna be 2 hrs there 6 cars agreed of you.. I said WHAT.. he said again there's 6 cars ahead of you . I explained to him that I was the second car in line I had been waiting since 745am. I told him that the sign outside said please wait to be helped.. I waited and waited. Gentlemen said that is the old way we just haven't taken down sign ... OMG... Worst experience ever I e been getting a oil change on my car for 10 years at Walmart the service has always been the same across the board.. Except for Walmart tire center Lockhart. Completely failed at providing proper customer service this sunday morning.. I will take my services to a different Walmart. Thanks

People are great, Beyond great with the mad ppl they serve. Hats off to the chicks there! They are the most patient, work so hard, Honest, and happy! Some days I go in, and skip the line come back another day, it is what it is, the guys just get it, helpful, fast, back to the hard stuff, but they will always help you find whT u want

The sales associate was friendly and helpful when she was finally able to be reached at her extension; but as always they were out of stock of what they stated online they had in store.

Went to get my tire replaced at the Lockhart location and then off to Sequin for lunch.. On the way to Sequin my brand new tire I just replaced went flat and the store manager claims I ran over a nail to cause the flat even though the manager was about 50 miles away and couldnt see the tire. Took it to the Sequin Walmart and they replaced the newly damaged tire at no charge. Another time at the old Walmart location they charged me for a battery that was overcharged, It was hell to get them to refund me and they kept the 15 dollar core charge.

It was already passed the time at the Walmart in Lockhart to Service cars, but they still Serviced our car and did it in record time and The service manager Robb was Awesome!! So thank you so very much Mr.Robb!!

Asked them to call when my tire was mounted. Called the next day and they said it was finished around noon the day before... thanks.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have called 3 days in a row and not one answer. By far the laziest Walmart in the state of Texas...

Changed oil there and they messed up the filter seal. My car leaked all over the place.
