Felipe was able to get me right in. Luis, Ramon and Roy were also very pleasant and helpful. This would have been 5 stars except for one big thing. The person that road tested my truck left the key in the on position and left a light on in the bunk. When came to get it 5 days later, the batteries were dead. Had to put a charger on the truck and jump it. Batteries are damaged from this and drain very fast if the truck isn t running.

I drive a company truck and had to be towed here due to a cracked water pump. These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap! They ordered same day delivery for the new pump and one of the technicians even stayed after hours to finish my truck. Very professional and great customer service.

I would have given a five star but, I had to drive there because Amarillo didn t have the part that they said they had to begin with. Do better

The gentleman with the long beard was AWESOME!! Here it is Christmas Eve and I m having fuel problems and all I needed was a fuel water separator. When I walked up he was locking up but since he was an awesome person he open up the store and got me what I needed. Now I can get home to my family for Christmas and not spend it in a truck stop. Thanks bearded man for your help

Called and pressed 5 for emergency roadside assistance. Informed the man that answered that I was still mobile and usta be an on call maintenance mech. So I knew what it's like to be called out and what time would be good for him in the morning. I'm now an owner operater OTR, I've got a bad brake chamber. He attempted to discourage me from asking for a service call by explaining the cost. As previously stated, I usta be one, I know about minimums! I also know that I need to deliver this load and am willing to spend those (tax deductible) dollars. He went on to suggest that I make an appt for Monday. Total waste of time O/O s, keep scrolling. I'm in Liberal KS on my way to Cali, in the mornin I'm gonna limp right past this place n find a shop!

Do not do business with these crooks they charge me $956 for a water pump that I can get a Kenworth for $630 rush is over priced.

One of best shop, service manager made sure he will get parts for my truck as soon as he can ..even the mechanics were very friendly updating me about my truck.Thanks for the helps

Pleasant people, google has them down as having rv parts and sadly they dont supply them. The guy was very apologetic for not having them, but at least he was honest. I rated 3 stars not for the business itself, but for google.

$2800 bill to remove and replace a front differential without the cost of the diff. Apparently it takes 10 hrs do do such a thing. Also takes 1.8 hrs to replace a carrier bearing. It was a weekend but I thought that price was ridiculous.
