Great guys and great selection of truck parts at least for Lockhart , but I skip the other chain auto parts stores because I expect to only have to go once . Unfortunately even though the vehicle was on premise if there were any questions they ordered and then received and sold me the wrong parts .

We were traveling to Corpus Christi from Dallas.Joaquin was so fantastic. He helped me out with codes that came up on my truck.He was very knowledgeable friendly and compassionate.He could have took advantage of us but he did not.Gave us some ideas and it worked.NAPA has a great employee

LOVE THESE GUYS!! Vance is usually the guy that helps me, and so far, I have yet to find something he can't order. I used to bet I could stump his ordering abilities.. I have yet to succeed. Very knowledgeable guys here, they definitely have customer service down.

They have a full blown repair shop so they have fairly knowledgeable guys at the parts counter as well. They also serve a lot of the shops in town so if you buy stuff regularly you can create an account which makes it easier to order and they can have their driver deliver parts to you. They also have big truck parts (i.e. Semi trucks) although they usually have to order stuff

Bad service, people who don't know anything, they order the wrong parts and sometimes they don't even order them very badly in this place.Mal servicio las personas ai no saben nada ordenan partes equivocadas y aveces ni las ordenan muy mal este lugar.
