Great experience start to finish. The staff dealt with the insurance company and coordinated a convenient time to do repairs. The hail damage was taken care of with no noticeable blemishes.

Fast and friendly service! They took my contact info and had me come in quickly to assess the damage done to my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee front bumper. They took pics and I am on the list to get in for repair. This is a place filled with honest people you can trust.

Great job on the repairs, but the rest cost me 300 dollars at a mechanic shop. They added 3 quarts of oil, when my truck didn't need it. This blew the oil sensor. Because of this I was forced to take it to the mechanic in town to prevent further damage. They charged me for 2 hours labor plus the part. Also they forgot to put the insulation back in the door that they fixed. Now i cant hear anything but wind inside my truck.

I arrived 15 minutes past close and no one was there. I called and someone arrived within 5 minutes. That saved me from having to spend the night in town and an extra days worth of fees. The gentleman was extremely courteous and efficient. I m extremely thankful they are who were chosen to take my vehicle!!!

I highly recommend S&M body shop for any body work for your vehicle! They did an amazing job! Thank you Johnny, Suleiman, Yumalai and the whole team for helping me getting my car back after that stressful small accident. Had my car ready for more than a reasonable price and they did an excellent job also my car was ready in less than a week!!!!If you guys ever have problems with your car's body after an accident! Come to this place and get it fix!!!!Best prices and best result! I will be sending my people there!YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I truly thank All Mighty God for blessing me with these beautiful, heart felt, warming people of Dalhary, Tx. Anita and Justin (I think this is his name) they went out of their way to help me by allowing me to use their cell phone when mines wouldn't pick up a signal. I had just had ny car totalled and released from the hospital. He towed by totalled vehicle and they took care of your vehicle and belongings. Thank you so very much, I could not have made out of Dalhart, Tx without your assistance/help!!!

Tried twice to even gat an estimate done on a simple bumper job and was turned away both times. I guess they don't need the business but I won't be back!
