Lisa, Ben & KeriAnn are the heart and soul of XIT/Hart GMC Chevrolet in Dalhart Tx. If they cannot fit your needs then nobody can. If they do not have what you are looking for, then they will get it. Our new vehicle came from Lubbock. See Pic's. We are sooo very happy with our choice. I bout' drove pour Lisa half crazy switching vehicles over & over until we found the best choice. She has the patience of Job!Then we faithfully get all our service needs done with Rick in the Service Dept. The folks at Hart Chevy Dealership in Dalhart just feel like family.

My family and I would like to thank the staff at Hart Chevrolet for their help and hospitality during our 5 hour wait on February 1st. We experienced transmission failure while driving to Angel Fire and limped into Dalhart. Since our truck could not be repaired anytime soon, Danny was assigned with the task of driving me to Amarillo for a rental. During my drive to Amarillo, my wife and son waited in the showroom. The staff made my wife and son comfortable while they waited and even provided them with a ride to the local United so they could shop before I returned with the rental. We apologize for not remembering all the names of those who helped but thank you all for making my wife and son feel better during such a bad situation. The Pearson Family

Lisa was wonderful to work with!!! We bought our new/used suburban from Hart motors and everything went so great and smooth that I will definitely use them again!!! I highly recommend going through them for your next vehicle!!!

I bought a brand new ZLI from them 2 years ago. It was the worst experience I ever had purchasing a car. After receiving the NEW CAR it had a rock chip that was touched by the driver and it looked awful. I was told there was nothing they could do about after I spent over 70K for the car. The sales lady was the rudest of all which makes this review so harsh. But, the company should ve never had her in a customer facing position. She was awful and the whole experience was awful. Never again will I do business with Hart Chevrolet. Go to Lubbock to purchase a vehicle.

Unbelievable service! Twice, we've had trouble with our Chevy truck while driving from Fort Worth, TX to Steamboat Springs, CO. Luckily we were near Hart Chevrolet when the unrelated issues occurred. Both times, we were treated with such great customer service and vehicle service. Everyone was so nice and worked so hard to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond. Exceptional!

Awesome dealer ship. Salesman, Jeancy went far and beon to help us . We came in from Amarillo. We were dealing with financial back in Amarillo. Came back next day and was able to close the deal. Am now the proud owner of a 2014 F150. Hart Chevrolet is a nice place to do business

Where to start. I had a warranty company nobody wanted to deal with. Hart Chevrolet took on that task! They were quick to get things going and get me back in my vehicle. They worked as fast as they could get parts in and even had to make special requests to get a certain part. This was by far my best experience with this company and the cars I have bought from them. Keep up the good work!

All though it didn t work out with the truck I wanted, she really made some helpful suggestions and was super personable, professional and kind.She gives car sales man the right kind of name. Hart Chevy is the best Chevy experience I have had between Chicago and Texas. The service department is outstanding. They will get you fixed up while being honest about timeline and parts availability. Don't let the rude and disingenuous comment from the person in the last couple days fool you...He seems to be entitled and lack the manners to understand the pressures of today's automotive service industry. Go in and see Lori, Rick, and Pacho! They WILL get you fixed up right as rain. I recommend 100%!!!!!

Phenomenal service department! I filled up with a really bad tank of diesel fuel while on a recent trip and they determined the issue, got right to work, and got be back on the road with full confidence I wasn t going to have issues. Highly recommend them!

What an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bought our new GMC Acadia and they made it so easy to purchase. We did this as an order as inventory is low everywhere. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We will continue to purchase from them in the future. Never had this amount of service before from a dealer.

They really went out of their way to make a deal. They're very courteous and honest about their pricing and options. They'll work hard to make a deal that works for both parties and I was grateful for their hard work. Gave me a good deal on my trade and priced the used truck I bought fairly. I'd recommend them to anyone, even folks from Amarillo. The drive up will be worth it.

I had some warranty work and other repairs done and as always Rick provides the best service. I've known Rick a long time and he always takes care of his customers and his mechanics and people working for him. He has a lot to juggle keeping everyone happy and does a great job. i never worry about anything but honest service that they stand behind.

I called 2 weeks in advance to order towing mirrors for my truck. I have them my vin number, described the mirror in detail, and specifically told them I needed tow haul mirrors not the standard car mirrors. The service associate told me the mirror would be in the shop in 2 days. I made an appointment to have it put on at 9 am and was told it would take less than an hour. After 2 hours of waiting with no updates I asked what the hold up was. They informed me that the wrong mirror had been ordered and they were trying to find the correct one. The correct one wouldn t be here for another day at least so they had to put the old mirror back on which took another 45 minutes. I received no apology from the manager or any customer service from him whatsoever. On talking to him he insinuated that it was in fact my fault for the wrong mirror being ordered. We ve been doing business with Hart Chevy for years but today was the last day we ll ever shop here.

My truck's transmission broke down during my move from Colorado to Texas the guys here took very good care of me! Had my truck fixed on time as promised and gave me a ride to the Amarillo airport so I could catch a flight back to Denver. They even picked me up at Amarillo airport one my way back to pick up my truck. This is true Customer Service at its finest! So much in fact that when I am in the market for my next Chevy I will make the drive back up there from Dallas for it! Go see the people here you wont be disappointed!

Great service. I m from the OKC area - called about a used vehicle and negotiated with the sales manager Chris over the phone. I drove out on a Saturday morning, traded out, and was on my way home in under an hour. Jody and Chris had everything ready to go and even the paperwork was relatively painless.

Don t waste your gas. Worst car experience I ve had- salesperson was dismal at best. Drove from Lubbock to see a dirty, unkempt auto after confirmation it was detailed & ready to sell. Pitiful salesperson at best! Total waste of time & gas!

I live in Utah but bought a car from Hart Chevrolet in Dalhart. Doc and the rest of the Hart team made a long distance transaction completely painless and hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the car I purchased. Highly recommend.

We were driving through Dahlhart TX on our way to FL. The exhaust fluid level guage on our 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 HD indicated very low levels although we had just filled the DEF tank. We stopped at Hart Chevy Buick GMC out of concern of the vehicle computer shutting down the engine erroneously. One of the service reps at the dealership immediately came out with the computer diagnostic to check for sensor or computer errors. He was extremely helpful in providing readings and assurances that the computer was reading correctly even if the sensor was not. We were back on the road in 10 minutes without a sevice charge. Thank you so much for your professional and kind service.

Mr. Rick Buster at Hart Chevy LITERALLY saved our honeymoon. We were married not 24 hours prior and were heading to Colorado to honeymoon. We were gassing up in Delhart when we heard a weird sound coming from the truck. Husband called numerous places looking for anyone that works on diesel pickups. No luck. One person recommended we call the dealership. Rick said to bring it in and he'd see what he could do. He worked us in and got us on our way a few hours later. I can't thank this man enough!!Also, we were given a loaner car which allowed us to geocache in town and we learned a lot about the history of the area. We visited Rita Blanca Lake and hit up a really cool antique shop. Not bad at all for a totally unplanned day 1 of our honeymoon! THANK YOU HART CHEVY!

These guys are great to work with. They helped out when we had two flats on the qay back from the mountai s and were kind enough to fix a small issue on another recent trip. Maybe its because a bought a car feom them on one of those trips!

Friendly. Had oil changed and seal was bad on filter. Took my car back and they replaced it and added oil at no charge. Plus I made a friend there(posted photo). She was a little cuddle bug.

They tried to sell me a vehicle advertised for 11,000.00 for 14,000.00.I overheard the manager running his mouth about my house payment "what does he got a one room house?"I went and got the loan approved and they wouldn't let me have the car for 3 days after I already paid for it.I needed some sparkplug work done on it and they refused to work on the car they sold me.
