I had an accident, and I did not know what to do. The first thing I thought was that I needed someone to help me with all the logistics of my car. I called Chayo, and he came right away. He made me feel comfortable. He assisted me and informed me of the process. He was very knowledgeable and very patient considering my situation.After all the accident stuff, he advised me on the best way to manage my case with the insurance. The fact that he was able to guide me through the process made me feel more confident about my decisions.

Just picked up my car. The hood flew up on the windshield he was super helpful! I will definitely come back for all my needs. Great price.

I tried to give him a chance in fixing my car it literally cost me almost 500.00 dollars and took almost 4 days for nothing . my car still sounds the same . and never send me a receipt. I send him my email twice.. should it be fair to return at least half the money back since I have to get it refix . I'm very disappointed.so I'm not even going to get half of the money back . my car is the same and getting worse. without the money how can I fix my car. you did a bad job on my car

My name is Deviraj Prasad . I had a big dent on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma on driver side rear bumper with a broken back light , I came to this Chayos Paint And Body shop to get it fixed . The guys here did an amazing job on my vehicle . I couldn t tell if it had any damage at all !! Mr Chayos is an awesome gentleman who guided me through the process and even arranged a ride from his shop to my house . He assigned Mr Dante his employee to get me a ride . I am very very happy with the reasonable price he charged me and the amazing service . I will always be here to get my car fixed in the future .

Chayo is great! ... takes care of his customers; does high quality work and charges reasonable prices. If you need any type of body work on your car, you couldn't do better than to go to Chayo's.

Really amazing people. Very professional work. I just got a used vehicle for myself and they made it look like I just drove it off the lot brand new. Will definitely go back and get work done in the future if anything arises

We purchased a Chayo s gift certificate for showroom detailing at the McMahan Volunteer Fire Department s BBQ & Auction that I almost forgot to use before the expiration date...so glad I found it in time! My 2015 truck looks brand new! I wish I would ve taken some before and after pictures. We use it for ranch work and it s was coated in mud and dirt, inside and out! Totally impressed and will be using them in the future for any detail work!

I purchased my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Chayo's Paint & Body Shop, and have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase. Have there been some issues along the way? Absolutely, but Rosario from Chayo's has been there every step of the way to assist me.Had an incident a few months back where I required a tow on Sunday for a severe issue, and contacted Rosario, and not only did he get my truck towed on an early Sunday morning, he had it repaired and drivable within 48 hours, at a reasonable expense!If you are looking for a reliable low budget vehicle with a staff that will care for it's maintenance, that won't leave you bankrupt. I cannot recommend Chayo's Paint & Body Shop enough. They treat you like family, and will make sure that the service standard they provide is meet throughout the life of the vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is a great place to come and get your vehicle taken care of. It has fast and friendly service and gives off that hometown feel like you truly belong. As a family owned business, they take much pride in what they do both father and son. Also if you are looking for a vehicle, they are also a licensed dealership with affordable pricing on a plethora of vehicles. No vehicle is allowed to be sold until it is thoroughly checked to make sure you have no problems and you are completely satisfied. Having credit problems and getting turned away? Not a problem. These guys will take care of you. I live in round rock myself and I'm willing to drive all the way to Lockhart because I know I will be taken care of. Give them a shot yourself and see what happens. Boom!

This place is by far the worst. I sent it in after getting into an accident and when I got it back the headlight didn't work, mirror was still missing, the tint on my window looked like someone took a flathead and scraped it possibly trying to fix the door. I still have trouble rolling the window down. The paint was scuffed and looked like it was dripping in some areas. He claimed to replace the whole headlight only to look at it myself and it was the old busted one. The hood doesn't even stay open on it's own like it used to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I'd give no stars if possible. All they do is over charge for some halfass work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

If you have to return a uhaul there, make sure they take it off your truck and make sure they fill out the paperwork before you leave saying you returned it.They failed to do so.. I was harrased by uhaul for weeks saying I haven't turned in the trailer. After contacting chayos twice, they said they will correct the mistakes but never did... God help you if you have to return a uhual there!!!They are lucky they get 1* for this, I would leave a no star if I could ..
