Car wash is ok. Usually you leave and some part of your car is still dirty and definitely the back side if you have an SUV will remain dirty. It ll knock your mirrors back in the soft side. Go to bastrop and the Brite and shiny is a noticeable difference both quality and time you spend in the bay.

I come to this car wash to wash my cars and family members as well. I went today and Paid $15 just for the machine to work for 1 minute. I had waited to a little bit just to make sure it was working but nothing. The green light came on but then immediately to red then green right after. I didn t get my truck clean and probably the worst experience I had so farService: Auto detailing

What a waste of 10 dollars. I purchased the silver package and the machine only washed the side of my car but didn't touch the top of my car or the front and rear bumper. The entire process lasted about a minute. I sat there for another minute wonder if it lost power, because it wasn't even telling me to exit. The confirmation came when I moved forward and it splashed water before finally blow drying my xar

bought the top PKG and could not be happier. I was traveling and my car looked a mess plus the exploded bugs were making it hard to see. I had stopped at the convenience store next door and thought, "might as well". so glad I did! First, I had no idea that my trailer hitch would snag the "washers" but it did. The robotic arm untangled itself, the tried with the other arm; again snag and untangle. at that point, the computer remember and the brushes did not return to the rear of my car.The wash job looked great, the driers were effective. But gotta brag on the window cleaning. EVERY bug, save one, was removed and even that one was reduced significantly. After that, they applied a windshield treatment (Think Rain-X). It worked so well that 4 days and 600 miles later I drove through a typical west Texas downpour and the water beaded up and ran off so quickly I did not even have to use my wipers now matter how hard it rained.I wish I lived closer, I would definitely return! Residents and visitors to Lockhart, you now have something other than just GREAT BBQ to be proud of!

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. It didn t even wash my car. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish I could get my money back. Absolute garbage

Wasted $18 for their "best" wash. Their undercarriage washer barely runs and by the time it turns off you're only about 1/4 the length of your vehicle over it. My truck came out worse than it went in with spots that caked on. Went home and hand washed to get them off.

100% not worth the money. $18 for the best wash will leave extreme amount of dirt on car. Don t waste your money.

Out of order a lot of the time. Paid at the pump not knowing it was out of order! Tried to call and nobody will answer!!!Seeing that I could not just respond to your reply, I decided to edit and respond now.I don't know how you have your answering machine set up, but after 10 or more rings with no answer, I hung up. That is why you did not have one on your machine. It never picked up!I have added a star. The reason is, Scott and Ginger Bryant, the owners responded back to me quickly after I wrote my review. They do seem to be very understanding and said they would get someone out to fix the car wash . I have not had time to get back to get my vehicle done, so I will leave it at 3 stars for the moment. I was also told that to reach them, I could download the app.I will return to see if it is working, because I paid at the pump. Which I don't recommend, unless you check the wash first.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing

It's $7 for the cheapest wash they have. So I'm thinking just a wash and rinse, not anything fancy. But the wash only got the front half of my car, didn't do anything for the dirt on my tires or wheel wells, and left the back lift gate completely untouched. Washing the rest myself. Waste of time and money. You'll get a better car wash spraying your car down with a hose and driving down a dirt road.

I have been using this carwash for years and never had any issues. The one time i did (one of the bays quit working after i made my payment) the problem was resolved quickly and to my expectations. All i had to do was look up their website and send an email. They responded quickly and that was that.

Has continuous problems. After you pay it s a hit or miss on whether it s really going to wash your vehicle. Oh and you can t print a receipt, to prove you ve paid for a car wash which you may or may not receive. The water pressure is great sometimes, other times it trickles down. I wish this location was dependable so I wouldn t have to take my business into Austin, since I m trying to support our local businesses. Good Luck, if you take a chance on losing your money.

I didn't have a terrible experience, I had a bad moment. These people have been very responsive to me. Quite frankly, I was rude to them. I'm offering this public apology, if anyone does have an issue at one of their washes they will make it right.

When it's working right, it's great. But 90 percent of the time it's out of soap. After spending 16 bucks to get a vehicle washed and it not even getting soap on the vehicle is pretty bad. But when it does have soap it works great

This place is a dump. All the trash bins were overflowing and garbage was everywhere. Both wash bays were flooded, probably because the pits haven't been cleaned for a good while. The entire wash is run down and need improvements.

poor I drove my wife's van through the wash I thought I would clean her van while she was at work but what I got was a scratch on the passenger side. so when I got out I did not notice until later in the day. when I did notice (same day) I attempted to contact them both by phone and email and I never heard from them. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to any one. I guess its time to get my insurance involved.

This place is not very reliable, I have had 4 different experiences were I purchased a car wash at Murphy's and go to the car wash to end up having a code that is invalid. This is not good service, i have to go back to the gas station and all they can do is refund the money, when all i wanted was a quick car wash. Very inconvenient.

Kind of funny before I entered my $10 for the car wash they have a sign up front that says 95% of customers are happy with first go round. I don't know how that's possible my truck was not filthy just a white truck with Road Grime after a light rain drove through exited the wash and stepped out of my truck to look at it all I found was a dirty wet truck it did absolutely nothing what a waste of money

Was charged for a car wash that I didn't purchase because I was at home and me credit card wasn't stolen . When I called the number it would ring once say you were not connected and hang up I called 10 times in a row same thing every time. Be careful using your card there they might charge you again on another day for something you didn't get.

Went to vacuum my car today. Used my card because I had no cash. Said it cost $2 for 7 minutes. Jus looked at my bank app. It charged me 10. Best believe I will b in touch.

This is about the third time I have had the machine take money. But car wash does not start. Tried to get refund. That didn t happen. Tried calling number on website. It tells me to try again later. So I tried again later. No luck.

Second time I ve been there where the wash doesn t rinse my car after. It just stops after the soap. There s no attendant or phone number listed. Will never use this worthless car wash again.

It's always hit or miss here as to the quality of the washed. Often out of chemicals but, of course, as there is no onsite manager, one spends their money before finding that out. When it works it's pretty good, at least on my car.

Very pricey however it does clean your car really good.*edit- don't go here!! Go to the car wash on San Antonio Street and toll road. Way cheaper and cleans your car better.

My car didn't get cleaned. I put my debit cared in & said I couldn't read it. Then I put in a 20 & it didn't give me my change!! So basically I paid 40 for a damn car warm!!!

The car wash is ok . But it doesn't get the vehicle all the way clean which means you either pay again to go through or go down to the 1.25 car wash and do it yourself.

Paid for my $12 carwash and got nothing. It told me to put money in againafter completing my transaction . Nothing happened. No carwash. Checked my bank and it went thru. Now I understand all the complaints about this place.

Overflowing trash cans. Vacuums, one broken and one that barely worked. Both the working vacuum and the car wash overcharged me. Car wash didn't do anything but dump water on the vehicle, so now it's muddy instead of dusty. Don't waste your time or money.

It works alittle but always misses areas on both my Ram and my Pathfinder. Not worth the $18 it charges.
