Vandergriff Honda is highly recommended. Let s get into it! I had the most exciting experience working with these good folks. From the moment I spoke with my sales consultant Noe Hernandez via phone, I knew this was where I wanted to get my car. When my daughter and I arrived, everyone was so welcoming, they made us feel like family. When I spoke to Noe about my needs and budget, he was on top of it and found us exactly what we needed. Shout out to the manager Dwayne Thompson for also helping with finding us something that didn t overwhelm us and was ready to rock and roll. Y all showed me is so much love and I am forever grateful for you all. The business manager Kirby Jackson sealed the deal, made sure that everything was understood before finalizing, helped me pick the right warranty and even gave me some tips on building credit. Each of y all are a blessing, we didn t go thirsty, hungry or leave in an Uber. I really appreciate everything, my forever go to car dealership where it s Absolutely Unbeatable ..

If you are looking for the shortest review all I can say is EXCELLENT. Everything from talking on the phone to getting to the dealership to take the car home with me was a smooth process and I can thank the whole Vandergriff team for making my car buying process soo easy and exciting.Benjamin the sales manager was amazing and he made sure I got the good deal to take the car home. Randall was very helpful in showing me all the features of the car and also setting up the HondaLink.

Blake was amazing with walking me and my partner through the process and what to expect. Showing us the difference between different models and and new features on the cars. He made trading the old honda in for a new one an easy process. And him being a family man he was kind and patient with our energetic and grumpy toddler. I'll recommend my friend and family to him anytime.

Andy and Hai was the two guys who helped me out and I can t say enough on how happy I was. They were completely transparent with all the questions I asked and was always on a 1 on 1 level. He listened to me and understood that I was there for one means and one means only. Which was to get a car and get straight to business. This dealership is completely professional and I truly appreciate their services. I hope other people have the same experience as me!

I went in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and ran into Kevin Davis in the hallway looking for another salesman I d met previously. I wasn t looking to trade but was offered so I said why not. I had great conversation with him and decided to stick with him. Positive guy with great energy. I ll say this, you will not find a better salesman than him. He is honest, straight to the point, and fast. He honors his word and will fight with these lenders to get you the best deal possible. Even when you think it s impossible. Very nice gentleman with good intentions. I will never deal with another salesman other than Kevin as long as he s there. My daughter will be using him soon. I d recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. KEVIN DAVIS!! Thank you so much for everything! You are the absolute best!

I went shopping for a car for my wife last week. I m glad I chose Vandergriff Honda. Caeden was our sales manager who helped us and after 4 hours of bargaining we were able to make a deal that led to us purchasing a brand new 2024 Civic.Caeden was extremely patient with us and made sure that throughout the entire transaction, we were satisfied with everything.I highly recommend Vandergriff Honda without any reservation for anyone looking to buy a car here in the Metroplex.

We had went to Clay Cooley and didn't even give us the time of day on our 2017 Kia Forte. We walked out disgusted. My niece called and spoke to the operator and told the person our situation. Our information got sent to Caden S. In Used Cars. Caden called me right away and asked several questions and had us a car by the end of the couple of cars we were there. Caden is on it and didn't stop till it was done! Very helpful, friendly an willing to make that sale. I would recommend calling Caden in Used Cars he will get it done! We will definetly be doing business with Caden from now on!! Thanks for all the help!!

Hung Ho is the best. He goes out of his way to make your service experience right. I feel like I can trust him as he does not push you into making repairs, but gives you his honest advice. He answers my questions and always hooks me up with a better price. I always request Hung for my service advisor.

I did not take my Honda civic sport to get serviced by anyone but Honda and their team. they are the industries leading service technicians and I couldn t be more happy with the service that I received from Hung Ho who is my service provider always make sure my car is at top notch and any and everything needed for future and upcoming services makes me feel like I m at home with a little blue chips that they give for free drinks just makes it more comforting when I m waiting for my vehicle and they re too busy free car wash coupons provide so you don t have to wait in line for their car washes they re super busy, Hung Ho hands down is my favorite service advisor and at times if he s not there who said to the right of him at times helps me both of these gentlemen will make you feel like you re part of the family. Be sure to come in and see them. They ll take amazing care of you Vandergriff Honda is blessed to have these two on their team

Great service department! Hung Ho is always easy to work with and explains everything thoroughly. He printed out information regarding active recalls on my vehicle and wrote out how long each issue would take to fix. He always takes great care of his customers!

Jose Mendez exceeding all of our expectations when we went into Honda to trade-in and get a new car. He was very knowledgeable and confident during all of our interactions. I always enjoy coming here for all of my cars. This time I had both Caedan and Justin and they were both very kind respectful young men. I appreciated and enjoyed them and their helpful knowledge very much. As busy as they were they were very attentive. Either one of them I would refer to anyone.

I am beyond grateful, ecstatic and excited with the service received in Vandergriff Honda. Being a loyal Honda member for the last 11yrs. My lease was expiring in days and I was dreading going into the dealer to deal with the headache and long hours. But to my outmost surprise , Hussain Al Himed made my experience beyond easy and seamless. In less than 3 hours, I am walking away with my new car and savings on top of that. He has restore my faith in dealership and gained a client for life. Thanks to Matt Moore as well for making the finance process seamless as well.Thank you Vandergriff Honda!! I ve lived in this area my whole entire life and this was my very first time visiting here. They were the best dealership I ve ever encountered. Very patient and understanding and with effective communication. I recommend everyone to come here and when you do, go to Don Lee! Don Lee was the best and so amazing hands down. Tell them Princess referred you! Haha They will make sure you are satisfied and happy with your choice.

Great experience! My advisor was Maui and she was phenomenal. The whole process was smooth. I dropped my car off, then requested a shuttle to drop me off home until the oil change/tire rotation was done. Maui kept me in the loop with everything. She was informative, helpful, and made this whole process so much easier. Thank you, Maui! You re the best!

I never really leave reviews because they're time consuming (or I'm just lazy) but I was compelled to leave one for one of the on site managers Ben Sherman! Some of the best service I've found while going through the tedious process of choosing the right car. Really great service, attentive, and someone you feel like you can relate to and talk to for hours. If you decide to go with any dealership, I definitely would recommend Vandergriff, and ask for Ben!!

Wife and I had been in the market for a used Honda pilot for the past few weeks. We visited multiple Honda dealerships but either the vehicles were not as portrayed through their website or the sale people were not willing to work with us. (Even got turned away from a Richardson dealership that told us to go a look on their parent company website sonic automotive for a vehicle within our budget.instead of them helping us with their inventory)ENTER Jose Mendez from Vandergriff Honda.He was most then willing to help. We had originally gone to see a specific model but unfortunately we couldn t make that one work in our budget.Where other salesmen turned us away.Jose instead found a solution. He was able to find us different Honda Pilot model ( and newer then the previous one) within our budget. He even upgraded our car mats to the weatherproof ones because he knew that was what had drawn us the previous vehicle. (Will be picking them up later since they were not in stock)He build report from the very beginning and was professional through the whole buying process.Would definitely recommend Jose and Vandergriff for anyone in the market for a vehicle! It is worth the drive if you are in the DFW area!!And Jose thanks for being solution oriented!

Awesome experience! Highly recommend coming to this place. I even came down from Dallas. The front desk provides a warm welcome. My dealer, really nice lady named Gabriela Angel, and her manager, Ben, are super friendly. They provided excellent and professional service, quickly matching the prices. The finance staff also did a great job. I was able to finish my contract and get my car in half a day.
