I will not be coming back to this Chevy service department. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive way with no other cars there and every single service advisor was so busy on their computers/phones to even acknowledge or greet me. Not one person came up to me to greet me for that long and when I did get seen it was by someone with a horrible attitude like I was interrupting their day.

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worse customer service I've ever encountered in my life! I wouldn't recommend this particular Chevrolet dealership to anybody who needs service, let alone buy a car here! Charlie Lewis is a terrible service advisor who doesn't tell the truth to potential customers, then lies about it. They discriminate against cars older than 10 years & prolong service until the last minute. Especially diagnostics. I have more details for anyone willing to listen. Do not take your vehicle to tht awful place

If only 0 stars was an option! I was in ther on Saturday 11/11/23 and it was such a bad experience. The car that I was looking at online was listed at $19,900 and when I got to the dealership they inflated the price to $23,900. They also only offered me $500 for my trade in where as the last dealership had offered me 4000. Eddie, The sales manager told me that I was never going to get what I was asking for it and I challenged him and told him that I had already Been offered that, and he told me to take my business back to that dealership then. Horrible customer service and so condescending.

I was in looking for a trade in and Isaac the sale representative was just so nice and so professional and made me feel so comfortable with the service. He did an amazing job and he and the team helped me out nd when it came to the financial aspect the gentleman where as kind as Isaac. I always have a great experience when I come to this dealership. Keep up the amazing customer service you all ROCK

I went there because the heating on my Silverado seats was acting up, Manager Dusty Was really helpful and told me to drop it off Monday which i did. They replaced the heating modules ( or w e is called ) on both front seats .. bear in mind my truck is at 38 k .. even got me a rental.. .. My Rep was Billy really nice person; i never been a dealers fan but i definitely give them a 5 + stars superb job and heck of customer service too. Thanks

You can make an appointment today, to drop your car off later in the week, but they won't actually look at it for another 5 days. In the meantime you can rent a car to drive around... This was on a new car, with 5000 miles on the odometer, where the check engine light came on. This is not a good service model.EDIT: I don t know if this makes things better or worse, but after calling to make the appointment on a Monday where I was told that I could come in on Wednesday, and my car may be looked at the following Monday (but no promises) I just stopped by on the same Monday I tried to make the appointment. The service guy was great, they got my car checked in and expected to have it looked at later the same day.I will never try to schedule another appointment.Updated to 3 stars. Your appointment system is still terrible.

Last Saturday saw a jeep for sale on the web. Told us to come in because the jeep would not last. This is a six hour round trip. Got there at four. Paid for the Jeep but was told we could not get it until Monday due to the fact it needed to go thru an inspection. Come Monday not ready. Told us to com back at !pm on Tuesday. Told us they could not sale the jeep because it would not pass inspection. At this time Kelly upset with the whole situation. Marco our sales person shows us a newer Jeep. Bought the jeep. Was told it has keyless start and keyless entry. would not work but would find out why they were not working. Drive home and the front end shakes at 63mph.Have jeep check out at a jeep dealer was told we have no Manuel, most likely need new key fobs and the tires are 5 years and has flat spots is why the front end shakes. Was told we need new tires NOW $1200.00. Marco said did I not read AS-IS. I would think you would at least have safe tires on a $35000.00 Jeep. Never again. Unhappy customer.Up Date. Was told to get in touch with Reggie Carter. Not. Two emails and two voice mails, nothing.Spoke to our salesperson {Marco} and he stated he told us four times {himself and three others} that our Jeep did not come with auto start and keyless entry even though it said it di on the window sticker. Not true . Why would a salesperson need to tell me and my wife that many times in a conservation. Same on BS. love you when your buy and dislike you after you buy. The WORST experience in over 50 years buying a vehicle. Having to pay over a thousand dollars on tires because we found out the tires are 6 years old and flat spotted. Still living and learn.

I take my 2016 Chevy Subberban for oil change and ask me $99.00 , bring me total $326./- and some change !! I said why is that much then said that s you got to pay ! I did not go any argument I paid in full !! Only change air filter , I asked servuce manager and servuce manager white Doo looked me rude eagle eyes and said to me ever come this place and immediately I leave the place !!!I do not recommend any one and I ever wan a go back this place again !!!Every one please do not trust this place !! This place certified lair and thrift !!!

My husband called this dealership at 8:30 on Saturday and spoke to Jeffrey and asked if they could hold a truck for him to come look at because we live 3 hours away and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Even got my husbands truck information for appraisal. When my husband got there they had already sold the truck. Noone called him to tell him or anything. It is extremely unprofessional for a dealership to do this especially when someone drives 3 hours out of their way to hopefully give them business. We will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Came here because its close to my GFs place and thought I'd give them a chance. Was quoted an hour for an oil change after almost 2 hours i got up to stretch my legs and my truck was just sitting outside. No one came to notify me.. that left me in a mood cause I was trying to squeeze in errands between appointments.. not to mention the same service I get at a competitors was 30 dollars extra here. I definitely won't be back

Poor customer service. Make an appointment for oil change at 9:30 and they don't even take the care in the bay until 11:30. What's the point of making an appointment. When I inquired about why is is this, I was told appointments don't mean anything. Its just for scheduling; even if you walk in you will have the the same wait. So what's the point of making an appointment. Three hour wait for an oil change even after making an appointment is unacceptable.

I bought a 22 Camry from them and the day I went to pick it up from them I noticed that there was damage on the front driver's side bumper. My sales person Kegan said he didn't remember and damage to the car but said that he will talk to the manager about fixing it. I get a text a few days later from Kegan letting me know that they weren't gonna fix it. I asked him for the manager's number and I haven't heard from Kegan or anyo.e since, that was in June. I won't shop with them again.

The service department here is the best out of all of the Chevy dealerships in DFW. I had taken my Cruze to another dealership for the same issue multiple times where they kept it for two weeks and basically told me I was imagining the problem each time - I took it here and before I could fill out the paperwork with my information, MJ diagnosed what was wrong, showed me where it was, and I had my car back that same day. I've also taken my car here for a state inspection and Colby and team were patient and helpful as I got together all of the information they needed. The people in this department seem to actually care about their customers. I'll never go to another dealership in the area as long as this one is around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Madi Green was the perfect saleswoman. She was very professional, pleasant, and timely. Was expecting to spend a substantial amount of time there and she took care of me in a timely manner and made my experience very enjoyable. They take advantage of the elderly and all they can say is sorry per manager. Parents went to buy a truck did app and they were advise not to sign till they brought back paperwork and literally took them not even 30 minutes to go back and they sold the truck to someone else. Who says that.

Unethical and profiteering sales department and dealership.We called to inquire about a vehicle. We were told a sales price for the vehicle and were advised it was $25,000 over MSRP. The following day, we called to follow up and were then told it was now $50,000 over MSRP.They are restricting interested customers by driving up vehicle sales prices, despite the fact that Chevrolet corporate has previously issued a warning letter to all dealerships nationwide for these exact practices.They are ruining the Chevrolet brand name and GM should revoke their dealership license.Go elsewhere and avoid this greedy, unprofessional and unethical dealership!

Classic bait and switch. Called and confirmed a car availability. Drove 1 hour and it was "just sold' but there was a different, more expensive car. Very unprofessional. Car still shows as available 10 hours later.Building facilities are not handicap accessible. The restroom is on floor 2 but the elevator is out of order. Will not be back.

Absolutely the worst Chevy dealership I ve ever been to went there with a $25,000 check from my bank and was told that the cheapest car on the whole lot was $38,000 and they were not willing to work with me the salesman actually said if you don t buy it there s 2 people behind you that will that s not a good way to run a dealership I wish I could pick no stars

2nd time this has happened to me here so shame on me. Dropped my car off for a pre-planned service appointment while on vacation. Advisor says he'll have a mechanic look it over & email me a quote to approve. Didn't hear from them after a week so emailed & was told they still hadn't looked at my car & it will be another few days before they can get to it.An 11 Day vacation should be plenty of time, they just dropped the ball (again).

I will give no stars if I could. Liars stay away from them. Emily called me make an appointment I was looking for 2022 Trailblazer she states, there is one coming in however, you have to come to the dealership to sign for it. Well, that was a lie just trying to get me in to sell a pre-owned vehicle. Finally the salesman states the vehicle belongs to someone else.

Don't get a car from here the refuse to switch my 2020 trax I got April 23rd I've had multiple issues with not starting now my a.c. won't work I'm afraid to drive it and I'm stuck with it for a year absolutely ridiculous on how they handling the situation. My 20 yr old car I traded was better than this one.

My husband brought our car up here to get a tire which they had to order. We were told to come back the next day...yea after 4+hrs they finally tell us they ordered the wrong one. I sat there for 2 hrs with my 3 month old thinking we'd be in and out. Nope and no one bothered to tell us until 4 hrs out.

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever encountered. The saleman Brian did good. The management staff was horrible i call 17 time literally and keep getting passed around. Very poor customer service. I wanted yo use a GMAC friend and family they came up with reason why i could not i paid for the car throgh my credit union at first they sId i could only use gm finance. When i walked away they said they would approve the sale this time. They really gave the impression they didn't want yo sale the vechicle. I will never return to this place.

I got approval through my credit union and went there to purchase a vehicle. The salesman said they are no longer taking outside financing due to covid. Because they were taking longer to pay then their money.. never have I ever. Nope...It's because they cant get their kick backs using their financial institutions and cant screw me with adding all those fees.

Daniel is a magician. I have subprime credit and I was the first time buyer. He worked his magic and not only did he get me something that I could afford but he got me something that I wanted. He kept a professional and courteous the entire time and I could not say enough about him. If you go to vandergriff go to Daniel and tell him that Cedric sent you. I was denied everywhere else I went. But Daniel got me set up, and basically saved my job. He's not all in it for the money. He's in it to help people. Remember that name Daniel. He's going places.

I took my son here because he was looking to buy his first car, and man the price are high. Make sure to look online before going because they try to up charge you. Man car prices are so expensive.
