These guys do amazing work. I had a pretty bad dent/ crease on my left rear quarter panel right where it meets the bumper and on the body line with a special decal thats no longer available, not only were they able to save the decal, they also removed the dent. VERY HAPPY!! Thank you Tran's and especially Mat. I would definately use these guys again and recomend them to everyone.

I really don t recommend this place, they charged my insurance double the initial estimate which is not an issue when you see the car in a good shape after all.Unfortunately it was in terrible condition, the paint on the backside of the hood was terrible, the car was muddy dirty when I picked it up, there was paint all over the windshield that been sprayed unprofessionally .With all that been said; they had my car for 3 weeks to do all that!!!

Absolutely positively the best bodywork I have ever received in my entire life. These guys did a top-notch professional job and were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I will most definitely return here with any needs in the future. Great job guys, thank you so much. It is very appreciated. Your hard work looks great.

I have a strong distrust with car shops. I worked in a repair and maintenance garage when I was younger and have taken my cars to people who would straight up lie to my face or take shortcuts. Trans Auto Body has earned my trust and praise. They made custom accommodations for my car service that freed up the burden on me. The lobby and building may not be the pinnacle of beauty, but the people here are wholesome, and they deliver quality. They're honest about the can/can't and did/didn't details. I live 45 minutes from here and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The first body shop I went to told me that the bumper needs to be replaced. The cost 1800. Trans Auto fixed the bumper for 250.00. It looks great. Can barely tell that the bumper was damaged. Highly recommend this place. They were freindly, quick, and very reasonable.

I had an accident in Dallas while in vacation and my car was not drivable. I had to leave it to get it fixed. So i google for a local shop and Trans Auto Body came up with a 5* Shop was closed for days due to a holiday but i was able to contact Mr. Huu and he got my car out from the tow yard that same day and had the car ready like new in two weeks including having my car washed in n out. With me being out of town and not able to stop by the shop Mr. Huu had great comunication with me concerning my insurance and progress of the repairs. I would recommend TAB in a heartbeat!!

I got into an accident... basically this FJ cruizer with a bumper guard passed 2 lanes and ran straight into my lane. My car was taken to Caliber Collision to get a quote and have it repaired. Unfortunately because my car had a salvage title & there were previous damage, they would not work on it. I was referred to Trans Auto Body (Huu Tran) via a facebook group. We fb messaged back and forth and I told him about my situation.First, It was great that he worked with Liberty mutual aka Safeco (the other party's insurance). Second, his team did a phenomenal job fixing my car!!! Huu was very honest and worked with me during the entire process. He told me that the people that fixed my car before did a terrible job and that he would be able to make it right. Lastly, after my car was repaired, there was a creaking noise in my dash (from the accident) that was really annoying. I bought it back to the shop and they were able to fix it! Bonus: he had my car washed every time I went to pick it up.A+++ For Customer Service and Job Well Done!

Had my car fixed here without insurance and Trans Auto Body was able to offer a very fair deal. Communications throughout was clear and responsive. My car is beautiful again! Highly recommend this business!

Our beautiful jeep had a run-in with a deer and we had to put it in the shop for repair. We chose Trans Auto Body due to a friend's referral and we did not regret it. They were amazing and our jeep looks wonderful! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Mjolnir and us. We hope to not need body repair work again, but if we do Trans is where we will take our cars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about Tran's. This is where I send all my friends because of how professional and service oriented they are. I had to have my car re-striped and they covered it for me (the last stripes turned colors likely due to the heat) and did a wonderful job. Matt @ Trans Auto Body was friendly, courteous, and went out of his way to help me out. Came in to get a quote for some minor repairs and he took his time to explain and even buffed out some minor scratches for me while I was there. Will definitely come back. Edit: Came back to fix my tailgate and it came out great.I found out about this place through a word of mouth recommendation. Impressive work with Trans Auto Body. The owner is super friendly and honest. He gives you an estimated time and schedule and keeps you updated. The dents were removed and it was repainted. I was impressed with the results. I recommend this shop even if you live as far as I do from it.

5 Stars!! I needed some body work done on my car and Trans Auto came highly recommended from a family member. Now I know why! On top of doing excellent repair work, they have FANTASTIC customer service. Each call was answered by a friendly and helpful person, and they were quick to get me on their schedule for repairs. Once the work was done, they walked around the car with me and did some last minute paint touch ups above and beyond what was on the actual invoice. Very polite and quick and professional.Got an estimate and information regarding what would be replaced, what the cost would be and was told the estimated time it'd take.Cost was higher than I was wanting but I expected it. Will have to come back and update once I can get it done.

I can t thank them enough. I originally went with them because my Facebook group referral me. The guy that I had an incident with have a non-standard auto insurance and the body shop will work with them to try to get my car repaired in a timely manner. My car ended up totaled by company and the guys would give me advise on how to handle with the insurance company to maximize my total loss settlement. I definitely use them again in the future.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Took our car in for a rear bumper that was short of torn up and they made it look better than new. We seriously don't remember it ever looking as good. And, the customer care provider by Derek was above and beyond what could've been hoped for.

Went in today to get an estimate for an out-of-pocket repair for the truck I just bought. I had it at another super dishonest body shop (Leon s in Mansfield) that kept my truck for an extra four days without any work done except Bondo slapped all over my quarter panel without even being sanded off correctly. I had talked to Alex on the phone right after a heated argument with the old shop. I called Tran s based on a recommendation from a good friend. They fit me in right away and gave me a great estimate and made me feel at ease. Even the atmosphere was awesome. Alex and the other gentleman at the front were courteous with the other customers in the lobby as well. They quoted me $1500 less than even Maaco! Even though it s 20 minutes from my house, I m glad I decided to drop my truck off here. I haven t had a chance to meet the owner, but I can tell his employees seem to be happy and that translates into how they work with their customers. These reviews are all true, and Alex deserves a raise.

My car issue was a weird one and they all worked diligently to find the problem and get me fixed back up! The bottom of the windshield had not been sealed, from the place we got the car and I had MAJOR water leaks! We are good to go now and I am very grateful! Will recommend them to others and use them again, if the need arises!

It s extremely hard to find a business where the overall experience is satisfactory from beginning to end. Lucky me, I have nothing but good things to say about Trans Auto Body. The owner is awesome, very likable, straightforward, and honest. Same thing applies to each of his employees. Also, not only did I get the best price possible to fix my car out of a few different shops in the area, but I was also able to pick up my car even before the date I was told it would be ready. Super happy with their service. I hope not, but if I ever need to do any auto body repairs again, I will surely be coming back to Trans Auto Body.

Everyone was professional and friendly. They communicated, and kept me updated on my vehicle. They completed the work in a timely manner too. When I picked up my car, I couldn t believe my eyes! I ve gone to Tran s twice now for repairs over the past three years and both times the work was amazing. Price for body work is reasonable and the work itself is flawless. I referred my parents to Tran as well. Communication via email and phone is prompt and timely. I needed some work done on my car from a random object in the street deflecting and hitting my passenger side. Found this place on google and was impressed with the reviews. The reviews were right! They were easy to work with, not extremely expensive and I had my car back on the day promised. I was very impressed with the work! I definitely recommend this place if you need some work done on your car.

I LOVE this place. I took my car to another body shop in that area and they wanted $1,800 to fix my car where I had accidentally backed into a mailbox. Yeah, embarrassing. Trans Auto Body gave me an estimate of $750 for the same job. It was really great because I didn't want to report the accident to my insurance company. They did an excellent job and the guys that work there are so NICE. Definitely 5 stars!

EXCELLENT WORK AND PEOPLE! I have taken my car(s) to Trans Auto Body 3 different times now and the guys have done swift and excellent work on both of my cars. On my first visit I was especially impressed because even though it wasn't part of the deal, they fixed some very bad previous body work AND fixed my car to perfection for the original damage. Can't thank them enough for that. Derek and Hieu are great guys and I will forever be a customer at Trans!

I love this place. From the moment I called, I knew it was the auto body shop for me. The others I call seemed so hesitant to fix my car. When I told them the name of the insurance co. that the other person had which hit my car they were like no thank you... we have worked with them before and we don't want to do it again. I felt lost. So I prayed. Went to google and saw the reviews. When I called and let them know of the insurance company handling the cost... they knew the insurance co. was bad but they didn't care they only cared about helping me. The people who works at Trans are so kind and the work was amazing. Now I am a woman getting this all done by myself and never felt uncomfortable with the team they have working there. A+!!!!! Go with these guys!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Just had my emblems replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee! They took me right in, and just had GREAT customer service! I definitely recommend them, and I will for sure be coming back to have them do my headlights and tail lights!Update: I did go back to get some bezels painted, as well as get some auto parts put on for me. They have remained consistent in their customer service and prices! This will be my go-to place for my car!

Really professional and speedy repairs. I've brought my cars over here for the past 5 yrs with no issues. I have referred trans body to my family and friends. The facility is top notch and organized which is a plus. Great quality work and customer service!

I am so pleased with the work they do here. I took my car here a few years ago for a broken passenger mirror. They were the best price and even painted it. I also came a few days ago for just a broken mirror glass which the dealership was trying to charge me over $600 because they said I couldn't just change the glass. I came here and they said no way and were able to change it all for only $160. Definitely recommend them, never trying to take advantage of you.

I had no recommendations so I basically selected these guys at random. Their estimate was reasonable and the work was perfect. They communicated and even called me because they had to spend an extra twenty bucks. No surprises. My car looked brand new when they finished. I highly recommend them.

The Trans Auto Body shop team is amazing. Fixed my car after a co-worker backed into my vehicle, looked brand new when they were done. Highly recommend! I live in McKinney and will drive to ARLINGTON just to have the type of service they offer there. Amazing group of guy's!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.
